Front desk ladies are Lovely.. kept their cool, made you feel welcomed , pleasant in all situations… I the Cree running the back are Awesome … extremely knowledgeable about the test and needed labs/orders needed. They were friendly and efficient!! You can see they enjoy the work the do!! The Team down in Augusta is simply Amazing!!! Thank you!!

I had a great experience at Nova Medical on Deans Bridge Rd. Debra and the staff were very professional and friendly. The wait time wasn't bad and again, the staff were very professional. I highly recommend!

I recently went here for a drug screening and I told the lady that when I walked in and she told me to write my name in the sign on sheet and sit down which I did. After 3 hours I asked if I needed to do paperwork because I saw everyone else that was doing a drug test do that THEN SHE GAVE ME THE STUFF TO SIGN IN. Don't know her name but she was the African American lady at the desk with blonde extensions.and clearly she was having a bad day saying how she just wanted to walk out multiple times. Very unprofessional and don't pay attention to people sitting there

Pre-Employment Drug Screening scheduled on same day as visit.. Arrived and they got me right in! All the Staff I came in contact with were laid back and customer friendly.

In and out very quickly for new hire drug screening. Staff friendly. No paperwork received link via cell phone. Good experience for my first time there!

This is such a great practice! Everyone is helpful and friendly. I love Dr Hicks and Angie. Such wonderful and caring people. I hope I never have to change care givers.

Got there and filled out papers online. Didn't wait too long. Got in the back and they took great care of me. Highly recommended!! Great Staff!

This is ridiculous,came in at 8:50 for physical assessment and drug test yet it’s 10am. People coming in signing in and going straight to the back. Like what kind of system is this? It has never taken this long to do a drug test nor physical assessment. BTW DO NOT GO TO NOVA,TRUST ME!!!! Go to Evans/grovetown for anything you work related.
