I had tried verity of dishes. I never got disappointed by their food and service. Staff too are polite.

This place is well known for their charcoal chicken. For a change we not only tried their grills, we also tried their Biryanis and Fish Meal. Overall taste is nice and budget friendly too. The delivery was on time too.

One of the best restaurant i visited in Dubai... Very delicious food. Neat and clean environment.. very good to go with family and friends... All staff are very friendly and more informative about all the dishes... Must try is Pathirakkozhi dish spicy and tasty one... Highly recommended

Usually I would have given 3 stars owing to the service and taste of the food.. it was ok ok, but the one additional star for the ambience. This place is pretty awesome for its outdoor seating. Food is ok ok and typically Keralite. Super pocket friendly.. good to visit as it’s close to my work place. The service could have been better I’m stressing again because the waiter who served us was bit indifferent. The poori my friend ordered was super crispy like a papad and we have to tell him to exchange for some appams.

0 customer service, i have been odering food since years now. Today when i ordered chicken shezwan friend rice...i was told it is for 19 dhs...it was 18 before ...which is fine.. then asked the person to send extra Shezwan sauce along with the food. This person replied back saying 1 dhs extra for rhe sauce. I told this person that i am regular cm and never ever i have been asked to pay extra for the sauce. I get a reply with a menu in pdf asking to go an check the menu.. its not about the money...but there is a way to communicate and this person was super rude...i will never order again from here and it is advisable to not promote such behaviour and avoid restaurants like these who have no respect.

This is one of the worst restaurants seen in Dubai. A place where there is no courtesy to even respond to a complaint. Never order biriyani from here. They don't give you food worth what you pay for food. They only give you some rice and half an egg in the Biriyani you order, which is not enough for even one person.

Foods are good.. actually we r your regular costumers but since we r not giving tips some of your staff was not attending or entertained us.. not happened only this time but several times, even they saw us and they r free and just we reached that time but no one was there to take our order instead they tell to the service or cleaner boy to come over us.. educate your staff to entertain your costumer equally.

Good Kerala food. The paratha was fresh and beef curry was tasty. Good portion and enough for 2 people. Service is bit slow but the food copensates that.

The portion of king fish biryani is verry small.. i know just 18.00 aed only,but is not fair they will serve like this amount of food, compare before was ok,but they surprised me of change. I know cause i always order this type of food.. i was complained to the manager name mr. Ashif they took back my food and returned to the kitchen am expect they serve a bigger portion but still the same portion verry small.. nobody will satisfy this small portion of fish.

Had to wait alot for a plate of Biriyani. They didn't even inform me it was over. AC was not working, I ordered a juice which was not served and asked about it until I reminded them while leaving. The washroom smells bad.

I visited GCR restaurant today around 6 pm for lunch, and it was a disappointing experience. Despite there being 10 staff members on duty, none of them seemed interested in taking orders. Instead, they were engrossed in their mobile phones and chatting with each other. This isn't the first time I've encountered such indifference from the staff, which is surprising considering I'm a daily customer. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes without any attention, I had no choice but to leave. The lack of customer service and repeated occurrences of this issue are truly frustrating and unacceptable. Very bad delivery service I never saw like these type of staff for handling delivery service and call answer i oder the food now abound then one and half hour they are making lie they stuck on road but road are clear and now they are not answering my call they are big lier and delivery very late

Services are good but I don't like the food. No taste, not hot, and barbecue was dry and hard.

I'm a usual customer. The food is very great. The food disappointed me very rarely which is understandable. Usually order most of the time. So doesn't know about customer service. Whatsapp response is good and timly.. There is one issue though. The delivery time is very long. I have repeatedly said them that it's ok for the delay but customer should be made aware of that. But there is no change in this so far. So now I reduced ordering from them.

I ordered a Pothi Biriyani costs 17 dirham but the quantity was really pathetic.. The quantity is sooo less that may be its not sufficient to a kid. Even I tried pothi biriyani from Thalassery (thats also in satwa) and they will give good quantity with just 15. But Green city is so bad with the quantity.. I dont recommend to order food from them. Im note sure about dine in..
