it
was
a
disappointing
experience.
Despite
there
being
10
staff
members
on
duty,
none
of
them
seemed
interested
in
taking
orders.
Instead,
they
were
engrossed
in
their
mobile
phones
and
chatting
with
each
other.
This
isn't
the
first
time
I've
encountered
such
indifference
from
the
staff,
which
is
surprising
considering
I'm
a
daily
customer.
After
waiting
for
nearly
30
minutes
without
any
attention,
I
had
no
choice
but
to
leave.
The
lack
of
customer
service
and
repeated
occurrences
of
this
issue
are
truly
frustrating
and
unacceptable.
