Dear Dr George , I would like to express my sincere appreciation ! I delivered two healthy babies with Dr George and I will always recommend him to all my family / friends ! It is hard to describe with words how grateful I am for being able to deliver babies with Dr George. Dr George is very passionate about his profession, calm, true gentleman, very professional, knowledgeable, well respected by all staff - I delivered babies in both Mediclinic and Kings Hospital and in both places staff was speaking highly about Dr George . Additionally Dr George is always ready to listen and answer another set of 100 questions on each visit :) Also what I found very important - Dr George due to his calm personality is able to provide peaceful, soothing environment during visits and most importantly during delivery :) Thank you Dr George !

I waited more than an hour and STILL didn’t see the doctor. My appointment was at 4, I had to leave at 5:10 because the doctor was still busy. (It was my first appointment, supposedly, of many to come). It’s so frustrating to just wait and wait and see no end. Not to mention the inconvenience of the whole clinic not being covered by any insurance company and the hassle of reimbursement. Still you at least expect good service. Forget service, you expect a minimal level of punctuality. But when waiting over an hour at a first appointment, the whole place looses the professionalism it should exude for a patient to trust the caregiver. I know that at any health facility delays can be expected. Sure, emergencies happen. Ten, fifteen, even half an hour can be excused. Anything more, then I expect to receive a call asking me to push my appointment, or reschedule. Not just me, all the following patients. However, Genesis Healthcare chose a different path. “Make the patient wait and see who storms out first.” It’s me, I stormed out first. Update: As I mentioned in my review, emergencies happen. I’m not one to think these things are out of the ordinary. And indeed the nurse kept informing of the delay. She informed me over and over for 1 hour and more. Each time saying that it’s almost done. What the clinic fails to understand is that, while informing the patient is essential, why wasn’t I told that this will push my appointment for over an hour. Again, emergencies happen; fine, tell your upcoming patients before they come or as soon as they arrive. “Listen guys we had an emergency we’re going to have to push your appointments.” Easy, clean, understandable. The response received from the clinic doesn’t acknowledge the possibility of inconvenience and frustration to the patient. Furthermore, an apology would probably have sufficed. Please note that my review is not targeting the doctor or the level of healthcare the clinic provides, I never got to that part.

We had an incredible experience with Dr George and the Entire genesis team with our first baby. Dr George’s knowledge attentiveness and energy made us feel very very well taken care of. The Genesis team including the nurses and midwives were incredible and so caring throughout the pregnancy and delivery. It truly felt like a second home. We will definitely be coming back to Genesis for future pregnancies.

Genesis is an amazing health care centre. From managing a high risk pregnancy to first class doctors addressing different complications, while putting the patient’s needs first and foremost are not an easy thing to do. Everyone from amazing OB-Gyns Dr. Deemah and Dr. Maria to the very specialized fetal medicine with Dr. Hussein, excellent endocrinology care with Dr. Rahila, the always wonderful physio care with Alexandra, invaluable insights from midwives Martie and Dru- the whole team is one to be proud of. The staff is just as carefully selected to ensure an all around supportive environment.

I am beyond thrilled for the service I received during my twin pregnancy from the team at Genesis. Dr Maria and Dr Hussein helped me feel safe and comfortable at every appointment from the first scan to delivery and the follow up appointments thereafter. My Caesarean section was performed by Dr Hussein with the assistance of Dr George who worked amazingly together. My twin girls were delivered safely and I my scar healed beautifully. The work of Dr Hussein, Dr George and Dr Maria and their skill set is in a league of their own. I am also, extremely happy and appreciative for the support from all the Genesis staff especially Nova and Camille. They are always kind and courteous and have made every visit at Genesis enjoyable & comfortable for me. I am truly grateful.

This was my second pregnancy with doctor Gorge and his lovely team. Doctor Gorge has been a great support to me and my family during my both pregnancies, he gave me the best advices throughout my pregnancies and made sure to have a smooth deliveries. He discusses everything in advance and make sure to answer all my questions and calm my concerns as a new mom or second mom. I highly recommend doctor Gorge’s clinic to anyone who is seeking medical professionals and looking for the best medical advices and wants to have a great experience overall.

I had called the clinic to request the price range of a mini tummy tuck over the phone.  The receptionist informed me a consultation would be required as the cost would be related to my specific requirements. During the consultation we discussed three options, all a mini tummy tuck in some format.  When I received my quotation, it was a flat rate.  I queried the fact that we discussed three different types of procedures, and I was expecting three quotations.  I was informed that the price is indeed a flat fee. My initial phone query was simply for a cost estimate.  I paid a 750dhs consultation fee to find out that the price was indeed a set price which could have been communicated over the telephone.   To be told that no standard price can be shared because the procedure price varies, simply wasn't true.   I'd have had more respect if someone had said that it is a flat fee but this will only be divulged in a consultation. I am writing the review because I honestly found the lack of transparency (no available pricing parameters available on the website or over the phone) very off putting of your services, and it has made me question the integrity of the clinic.  I did email the clinic to communicate this feedback as I wanted to bring it to your attention however I never received a response.

Second delivery with Dr.George. What an amazing "useless prescriptions/useless advices/useless treatments"- free, Doctor. Best surgeon for C-section. And an amazing human being. Dr.George, thank You.

Best delivery experience ever with Dr Georges and his entire team from nurses to anesthesiologist.. after having experienced a nightmare delivery with my first baby; I decided to adopt Dr Georges for my second one and he changed my whole perception on labor. I had a C section with him this time and had such a quick/almost painless recovery. I will forever be thankfull for this. Since then I consult Genesis clinics for different matters and have not been disappointed one single time. One of the best clinics and care so far in Dubai :)

There are no words that can describe the professionalism and kindness of the doctors & the stuff at Genesis!! I have delivered my son with Dr Salma and she bas been nothing but amazing, kind & caring! I always felt safe, taken care of and she always took time to speak to me and my husband and answer all our questions! she is not only a great doctor, but a lovely human being too. And delivering baby with her was the best day ever, she makes you feel good and safe!! Other departments are great too, I have seen Dr Milos dermatologist who has been very thorough in assessing my skin condition. I love Genesis because they are very professional, you get all your reports on time and doctor always call to give you an explanation/analysis. Highly recommend going to this clinic!

I recently had visited Genesis Clinic for a checkup with dr. Salma. I must underscore the exceptional qualities she exhibits - her outstanding professionalism and her capacity to establish profound emotional connections with her patients. She invests time in meaningful conversations and addresses all health concerns with the utmost professionalism. Also, I would be remiss not to commend the clinic's affable staff and the serene ambiance, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience.

When we relocated from Sydney, we had concerns about the quality and consistency of healthcare services in Dubai... We used Dr. George during my wife’s pregnancy and he delivered our son. We took antenatal classes here and had Dru Campbell who is one of the midwives visit us at home for consultations after the baby arrived. And we are now using Dr Zainab there as our pediatrician The whole experience has been amazing. It’s always a good environment when we visit the clinic. Not overcrowded or too busy. We don’t have to wait Dr George and his staff were amazing. he came highly recommended by our friends who had been with him and we would 100% recommend him too Dru was lovely and a huge help in the home visits in the first few weeks when we had lots of questions and things to figure out And Dr Zainab is just amazing and great with our son Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience

There are absolutely no words to describe how incredible the doctors and staff are at Genesis, from the reception team to the doctors and specialist, they are all so friendly, helpful and caring. I would like to say a special thank you to Dr.Hussein, where do I even begin; besides being the most incredible specialist he is the most kind, caring and empathetic person I have ever met. He is so reassuring and truly has his patients best interests at heart. Dr.Hussein is truly incredible and I will be forever grateful for his expertise but also his empathy and kindness.

Dr George is probably one of the best Doctors we came across while looking for the right doctor ,who would look after us through out my pregnancy and deliver our baby. I cannot express how satisfied we are with Genesis! Best decision was to book an appointment at the beginning of my pregnancy with Dr. George. Dr. George gave his full attention in every appointment as if I was the only patient he had, he answered all questions and was always available if we needed something via SMS. His calmness and professionalism was a major factor in easing the pregnancy. My C section with Dr. George was super smooth and the recovery was fast. The entire team at the clinic were always helpful and professional from the receptionists to nurses (nurse Juby and nurse Lini) to the Drs.

I remember booking a prenatal appointment with Dr Salma based on a recommendation and as it was my first pregnancy, as you can imagine I was anxious and naturally had a lot of questions. It was important for me to find a OBGYN that I connected with as you have to development an intimate relationship during one of the most vulnerable times of your life. My experience with Dr Salma was overwhelmingly disappointing. I found her to lack warmth, empathy, bedside manners and professionalism. She had an inability to connect with a first time mum to be, and didn't feel like I would be comfortable under her care. So I didn't go back...found another Dr from a different hospital (Mediclinic Park view) and that was the best decision to have taken for me. You meet different obyns and its important you find one that you connect with and Dr Salma just wasn't that person for me.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Not only my family and I have been incredibly well treated and cared for by everyone out there - from the call center staff to nurses and doctor, but we also opted with the Genesis ENT team for the surgery that transformed our two-year-old daughter's life. From day one, Dr Annelyse was very accurate, very informative with us, the parents, and very kind to our little one, who had never allowed a doctor to examine her before. Dr Annelyse performed a beautiful surgery (adenoid, tonsils and ventilation ear tubes), our daughter had a wonderful post-surgery and an exceptional recovery - and we know that this is largely due to the doctor's technique and mastery. We also need to give an honorable mention to nurse Mari, who is an asset herself. Mari is one of the best healthcare professionals we have ever encountered on our journey - affectionate, human, very organized, efficient and available. It's an honor to be looked after by this team - exactly what a mother dreams for her daughter. The surgery was one of the best decisions of our lives to her and, even though it can be quite stressful to go through such a major procedure with a toddler, the team made us feel very safe, understood and sure of the reasons why we made this choice. I’ve been visiting Genesis Healthcare Centre for my own treatment and that of my family during 2023. I’d like to give a particular mention to Dr Rahila, Endocrinologist - by far one of the most competent and caring medical professionals I have met during my time in Dubai – would recommend her to others without hesitation. Overall service and professionalism of all staff at Genesis is class leading, and to be honest, a breath of fresh air in terms of giving trusted and consistent healthcare advice - a hard commodity to find in Dubai sometimes.

Dr George is above and beyond. Excellent scanning skills, amazing bedside manner, put my mind at ease during one of the most difficult times of my life. I am so happy to have met someone so competent and wonderful in Dubai.

Very professional services and an excellent well experienced staff . Dru visited my home on time , with great energy , answered every single one of my questions , guided me in the right direction as a new mom , shared some expert useful tips on how to manage some queries , support and clarifications I had , took height and weight measurements of baby right in the comfort of my home without needing to leave with a newborn , shared advice on lactation and feeding as well as sleep routines and much much more ! This service is highly recommended ! Thank you Genesis and thank you Dru !

Dr George and his team at Genesis are spectacular. I cannot express how exceptional their care is. Throughout my pregnancy Dr. George was extremely professional, so patient, allowed time for all my questions comfortably, always kept my best interest, and provided me a level of care during my pregnancy that I had not received anywhere else. Most importantly he’s the most skilled doctor I have experienced. The rest is the team is also amazing, from the admin staff, including Camille and Remy, to the awesome nurse Juby, they are just fantastic, they genuinely care about their patients and made me feel like family. I live in Abu Dhabi and gladly made the trips to Dubai for each appointment, as it was well worth it.

The Genesis Midwife homecare service I highly recommend. I decided to take one package as I didn’t want to drive to the clinic with my newborn baby. The service was perfect for me as they would check on my baby to see that he was growing well, give lactation support, follow up on my delivery recovery and answer any questions/worries I had. My midwife Dru was very professional, knowledgeable, warm and caring. I ended up taking a second package as well as it was very convenient to do everything at home. I go to Dr Victoria Scott Lang (as does my teen) - in less than one year…she has made a huge difference to both our lives. Having been to many dermatologists both here in Dubai and in London - Dr Victoria is without a doubt, the absolute best! Thank you Victoria and team. I also go to Dr Fiona - for all things menopausal….again, the best in town….she has helped turn my life around. Thank you Fiona - for everything. I was in the care of Dr. George and his wonderful team at Genesis for the last 2 months of my pregnancy and for the delivery. As first time parents to be we always felt like we were in the best of hands. Dr. George is not only an extremely experienced practitioner but also very gentle, caring and compassionate. He always took his time to explain everything in detail and to answer all our questions and ultimately also calm all our worries. As a patient he definitely goes out of his way to make sure that you are very well taken care of. We were so appreciative of his calming nature as it also made the delivery process smooth and relaxed as well! The team at Genesis (in particular his assistant Camille and Nurse Juby) were also incredibly caring and helpful. They made every visit a pleasure! Thank you
