I don't want to give even one star also, because it was such a nightmare that i didn't want to recall. We 2 families booked 2 rooms and we almost changed 4 rooms because the first room we entered was a smoking room and the next room we couldn't sleep because it's ac is not working properly. We called the maintenance many times and they couldn't solve it. My child starts crying at midnight because of sweating and the other family also experiences the same they also change the room by 3 am.. Worst experience; the bed linen was also not clean I could find some hair strands in the pillows... Even the lift is not working properly, no fan or ac in the lift. We can see the maintenance people on every floor. Very bad experience..

The entrance and exit of the hotel is very difficult due to the maintenance work in the neighboring streets. The rooms are somewhat acceptable. Severe disturbance from the guests, children and the cleaning staff, as they sit in front of the rooms and talk loudly and annoyingly. The elevator is very hot and slow. Checking out and checking the room takes a long time. I do not recommend this. The place for those who want to rest.

Honestly, one of the greatest hotels in Ajman, very high quality for what you're paying, and the hotel atmosphere and outlay is just perfect, also great internet, great hospitality, the food was just perfectttttt, and honestly special thanks to Balu Nizar from the front office, he managed to fulfill almost every single request we had, the only thing that might need an update or change in the system or timing is the gym time and house keeping as it can be a bit confusing the first few days, however also special thanks to Ranjana Nepali from house keeping as she was one of the best in the staff and made sure to do her job unlike anyone else 👏🏼

poor service.. dirty rooms the bed cover dirty is used already, toilet very smells bad, and room very hot.. don't come

Very nice and super sound proof. Good for family living area ... Also staff very cooperative and very respected.

From the beginning when i check in with reception i feel like its 7 star services the staff is perfect helpful and friendly and always smiling . today is my second day in hotel and i try breakfast in the restaurant its very good and food was good tasty also the service from mr. Amjad was very welcomed and perfect thanks for his attitude

As of today, Monday, July 10, 2023, I regret to inform you that the hotel's spa remains closed as it is still awaiting approval from the local municipalities. Additionally, the cafe is not currently in operation. It is also important to note that some guests may have experienced difficulties communicating with the staff, as they appeared to have limited proficiency in English and exhibited a lack of motivation in their work.

Considering this is a 3 stars hotel, Rooms are very clean, the best thing about this hotel is that staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, I've stayed about 2 weeks and I really impressed by the staff Mr.Balu from the front desk and Mr. Amjad from the Resturant. Definitely i will visit the hotel again, highly recommended for families.

Such a wonderful Hotel. I stay more then 10 days staff and services very nice. There is Sirius restaurant have food and services very attractive.
