I took 1 room with Fex AD, The Receptionist guy is not smiling, felt like I'm taking from his rooms not the hotel. I didn't find any Towels in the washroom at all. I found remaining tea in the Kettle. Looks like the previous guest made tea straight inside the Kettle and it was not cleaned by the Room service after. I found some insects on the bed but I'm not going to post the pics. I went down to complain, and again the same guy with No Smile told me if you don't like the room I'm giving another room, But I'm NOT Refunding even when I told him I will complain, he has no tension at all. We accepted The new room because it was late already and I don't have time to search for different hotel and he is not refunding us. The new room was cleaner specialy the Bed. Tissues were very less, less than half in the washroom and in room. They got me Towels for new room and additional water. Parking is Free, but you will park the car by yourself, no Valet Parking.

It was a bad experience from day one, I booked for 7 nights as coming from CANADA. The room key was not opening, I had to go twice to reception to activate the key. Dirty bed sheets and mattress with visible stinks. TV and remote was not connected. Called the room service many times to get it fixed. No towels available most of the time. Tabaco smell all over the room way.

The room was clean and quiet but kind of smelt damp however, the bathroom was filthy, the bathtub and the sink were extremely dirty with brown stains inside couldn’t even shower as it was so disgusting. Also usually hotels give you a sanction to check out by 2 p.m., if you check-in at midnight but we had to pay an extra 100 AED just to check-out by 2 p.m. Overall, the facility is clean apart from the two negative points they have.

A Mixed Bag of Comfort and Quirk Al Hayat Hotel situates itself comfortably in the domain of decent accommodations, delivering on service with a professional touch. The staff exhibit a readiness to assist, making the stay relatively smooth. Yet, as the sun casts its light, the shadows of oddities begin to appear, creating a contrast hard to overlook. The rooms, though fundamentally sound, harbor elements of weirdness. A mysterious spot in the bathroom and an unexplained red coloration on the table raise more questions than comfort. It's these peculiarities that slightly mar the homely ambiance one seeks in a hotel room. Location-wise, Al Hayat holds a neutral ground. It's neither nestled in the bustling heart of the city nor too far detached. It provides a balanced act of accessibility and retreat, though lacking a distinctive edge that could propel it into the realm of exceptional. The crowning jewel, however, is the stunning rooftop swimming pool. It's a refreshing oasis that offers a splendid escape amidst the urban surroundings. The panoramic view from the rooftop adds a serene touch to the aquatic joy, making each dip a revitalizing experience. In summary, Al Hayat Hotel is a blend of comforting service and peculiar room facets, balanced by its okay location and elevated significantly by its rooftop pool marvel. It remains a decent choice for travelers who can overlook minor oddities in favor of enjoying the higher notes it hits in service and recreational facilities.

The hotel is one of the best affordable 4 star hotels in sharjah. The view from the roof and some of the rooms is amazing. It is opposite to king Faisal masjid and Dubai Islamic bank. U can get free parking and very good breakfast. The service is good but can be improved a little. Neat and clean hotel. Friendly stuffs. They have free swimming pool, gym , steam room and sauna available along with the room and breakfast buffet. I would definitely be staying here everytime I visit sharjah. Highly recommended

Breakfast is the only good thing about the hotel. Stayed for 17 days and every day have to call again and again for towel in the bathroom. Service people were arrogant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the experience was made even better by the incredibly friendly and accommodating hotel manager.I want to express my gratitude to the hotel manager Mr. Basit for going the extra mile to create a memorable and enjoyable stay. His friendly behavior and exceptional customer service skills deserve recognition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay with a personal touch.
