Shatha is a well known hair artist.. Some colours are done amazingly by her, others maybe not, so be specific about what you choose.. Have not tried make up yet.. Other services are normal.. They dont meet the standards expected.. Hygiene standard is not as expected as well.. Prices are high.. Staff are friendly (thank you Rose & Soshma).. Customer service is not great, definitely needs improvement especially when speaking to your customer.. What a customer need is: (to leave happy).. Its not about judging the place nor being picky, however certain things are expected when you go somewhere for their reputation and when you pay good money!

Nice customer service. Nail technicians know what they’re doing and they will advise according to your needs. Their hammam maghrebi is also nice. Will come back.

Its been good time doing all services in Shatha beauty center but the best thing is morrocon bath oh my god very professional lady I tried normal and special with massage for me I do on regular basis thanks to shatha and Zienb .

A nice place, but not in holidays or occasions, not organized at all .. the therapist is a with you for a while the disappear, for the service they cant keep the same momentum.. one visit os great the other is not that much .. I really expect more from shatha, also the stylist who did my hair was EXTREMELY ROUGH which is wrong since my hair type breaks easily..

Professional staff, salon style is comforting, I let Nora chose my new haircut and it was absolutely stunning. Will definitely try other services later.

The Shatha Beauty Centre is a wonderful place! The people that work there are very helpful, polite, and always ready to listen to what you need. They have a large variety of services that suit many different kinds of people. Prices are on the higher end, but, believe me, I got the worth of every cent I paid for. In addition to that, there are some pretty good promotions from time to time, that do generally make a difference. Every time I’ve been to the Shatha Beauty Centre they haven’t failed me, and I totally recommend anyone in search for a good Beauty Centre to go there!
