I really loved all desert and matka deserts are yummy. some of the restaurant say not available, but here we can enjoy all the types of vegan delicious recipes. Restrooms are cleaned. staffs are here very friendly and very good in serving. I must say thanks to Chefs here serving healthy and yummy. God bless them. Vegetarian with a style but not as expected. Was served used pickle tray, spoon looked used by previous customer, promptly replaced. Looks clean up to table top, however under the table cleanness lacking, mess from previous customers. Desert spoon given 1x Dry 1x wet disappointment with careless. Masala tea, classic milk tea served without saucers same with gajar Halwa. Struggled to enjoy, left dish unfinished. Needs attention with presentation too. Taste was not as expected, less than half drunk, for desert and tea, we had to wait over 20 minutes. Waited patiently, nearly asked for the bill last minute we were served. Very disappointed.

Parking to begin is a problem.... Craved vegetarian hence visited.... Ordered South Indian thali which was alright.... Lassi was on point and so was the Rabdi Coconut Matka

Kamat Resturant is a nice family restaurant. We order different types of Masala Dosas, Paneer Tikka and Breads. Food was good, especially Paneer Tikka. Masala Dosa was good but was little sweet. It might be due sweetness of potato. The support staff was very friendly and supportive.

Kamat is one of the finest Veg. Restaurants in the UAE. We are a regular guests at Kamat's since 2003. The one thing they have maintained is the Quality and the taste. The staff is courteous and prompt in their services. A must visit place for all your veg. Quest from all parts of India...be it the Mumbai Fast Food from Vada Pav, Chaats to Pav Bhaji, South Indian Delicacies, North Indian Tandoori Treats. The Desserts are also lip smacking from all parts of India. Overall a Very Satisfying Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner at Kamat's Restaurant.

Shababeek, is located in Qasba,Sharjah. It’s very rare that DineOutDubai, does a Sharjah cover, cause we feel it doesn’t work with the profile. We’ve been recommended this venue for the last year, henceforth decided to try it for Saturday lunch. Weather is wonderful & this venue has a lovely outdoor seating area. For starters, we had hummus with meat & some Fatet, that were stuffed with sujouk. These came with an assortment of breads, super cute, small ones, loved the one with the multi seeds. Mains were chicken rice topped with filo pastry, another traditional classic with a modern twist, and other was a mixed grill. Decent portions, good for sharing. Quality of meat used in the mixed grill was great. Last but not the least was desserts ! Yes tried two cause both seemed irresistible, first was offcourse 3m Ali & other was Ma’amoul this was has lots of pistachio & cheese, perfect with a black coffee ! Place is lovely and is recommended for families, don’t forget to order the fatet & save room for desserts.

Ordered today Vegetable Pulao, through Zomato. It was as bad as plain white rice.... no taste......no aroma. Few beans, carrot peices were not even cooked properly. I frequently order from Kamat other items. But never got such a bad food experience from them.

A Big NO NO for Kamat and a real disappointment. They have some really cool options to choose from their Menu but when its actual on your table, its a totally different dish altogether. It was a dine-in and we ordered Paneer Tikka Masala as per their portrayed picture and the actual dish was served something different and they insisted repeatedly that it is the same order. YOU WILL BE HELPLESS.

If your wallet is full money and if you care about expensive but not tasty food. Then Kamat will be best place.

This restaurant used to be one of the best in Abu Shagara Area but now there are other restaurants around with much better taste and options. The Management team should take initiative to improvise the taste and varitiey of options. But still, I am one of the oldest customer of this Restaurant and still check ins to this restaurant. I visited restaurant today and to my surprise it was worst experience. We ordered malai kofta which came with taste less gravy same as “Kadhi Pakoda”. Other item was Paneer Hakka Noodles which without any particular tast, negligible salt. I don’t expect to visit any near time.

Papadi chat is eatable, spring dosa is spicy but eatable. We ordered 1 spring dosa, 2 butter naan, 1 malai kofta, 1 papdi chat and 1 coke can small for all these items we paid 82 AED/- out of which only papdi chat was eatable.
