They do have amazing food, very delicious sweets, and nice venue with a sea view that you will love watching all the time. You will enjoy and love your overall experience no doubt. Sadly, the customer service experience was poor, some of them are friendly sometimes, but they are not professionals at all. It doesn’t matter of this place is not a fine dining or not located at a luxury location, they have to take into consideration training the staff as much as they could to satisfy the customers especially when their prices are high.

Our friends recommended this place for breakfast. To try everything we ordered the Royal Breakfast. It was looking awesome and also presented very well. However, we didn't like it, maybe it was not our taste, but the kids did like it maybe because of the sugar rush. The place was crowded with people. Families with kids were sitting inside and those smoking were outside and enjoying the beach view.

Their menu is full of Turkish food options. If you want to treat yourself as royal don’t hesitate to come and have their breakfast. They are treating you with platters ending with fruit basket and sweet as complimentary. For #shishalovers, one of best shisha I have experienced here. The shisha is light and flavorful. They are also offer a lot of great dishes for lunch and dinner. So, you have to come again and again to try some great food and it will worth it!

With a breath taking, chill air, oozing wind and serene waves and sounds, i found my peace here. Had the sultana breakfast for two, amazing spread and finger licking healthy meal with nice sulaimani, baklava icecream was wow and double apple shisha for the calls in you. Great patio located on the deck overlooking the sea. The food was good and delicious but nothing extraordinary. I think the Restaurent is a bit over priced and the cost mostly is due to the location and the view of the sea. The patio is open roof and you can smoke (which they serve) so you wouldn’t be able to enjoy it if you have young kids. Perfect choice for a relaxing Saturday night outing with a friend or family.

The space of the hall is ok but it’s too crowded, they arranged the tables near to each other with no space between which gives a feel of uncomfortable. The diversity in the breakfast dishes is not good. They serve a lot of small dishes with olives and nuts to fill the tray. The egg portion too small. The cheese platter also not reach the level of the Turkey cheese quality. Finally, the prices are expensive based on the quality and quantity being served. There are many Turkey restaurants served much better food with better prices. They may rethink about their service policy.

The service is ok (not great) 3 stars Here things what they should fix: 1) A server was talking on the phone out loud multiple times. 2) The server does not lessen to what we ask and keep repeating a prior answer to my wife... My wife had to stop him and asked him to lessen to the question first 3) outside seating is not available for non smokers or families with babies!! So if you have a baby you cannot sit there... Fantastic Turkish restaurant with stunning views of the ocean. The place reminds me of Moonshadows in Malibu, CA. Food is authentic, and delicious. Lots of traditional dishes try and good salads too. I suggest taking a table by the window overlooking the ocean. Came here for lunch and will definitely return to try dinner. Definitely a must when you're in Ajman.

If it were only to take good pictures of their food and ambience. The food was not special. Don't mean to sound negative. The food was good, but for the price on the menu, I'm not going there again. They served us complementary sweets at the end, but from the looks of it, nobody on the table seemed keen to try it. The staff was friendly, except for one lady who seemed naturally rude, and my friend got offended by her behaviour. They have indoor and outdoor seating. And their outdoor terrace has a great view over the sea. The restrooms are outside the restaurant, public restrooms. All in all, it's a nice place to eat every once in a blue moon, or if you're rich and don't mind spending so much money on food.

We drive all the way from Dubai just for this place. The restaurant is absolutely perfect in every single way. The view is stunning (I recommend going in the afternoon towards sunset). The staff is lovely, they're all super nice and helpful, honestly hospitality at its best. And their food is literally from another world - by far the best turkish food I've ever hard. 100% would recommend. It's worth the trip any day, you won't be disappointed. I really wanted to post pictures of the food but we ate it too fast. Also definitely try their turkish coffee.

Great taste chicken BBQ

Update: unfortunately, I have to edit my comment from 2 years ago (it was 5 starts).. The quality of this restaurant has dramatically changed. The food today was really bad; too oily and fatty. Canned tomato sauce was used for İskender Kebap and the meat was full of fat pieces. When we complained, the waiter practically said that's the way it is now. That is too sad, because we really liked this restaurant.. we drove from Dubai every few month there.. well.. not anymore. (We had lunch around 2pm.. not it is 1:00am and I still can't sleep of stomach ache)

Beautiful place. Very good view of the sea front. Went there for a quite breakfast early morning. We even got a very good window table. But in no time the place was nearly full. The food was amazing, lots of variety and good portion fit for a King... No wonder it was called Sultan Breakfast !!!

This place is one of the restaurant that serves Turkish food In Ajman and the location of them is in front of the sea (ajman Cornich) but unfortunately it’s indoors so they have two indoor areas inside One inside it’s not looking at the sea and the other one m it’s looking on the sea so you will have a beautiful view when you are taking your breakfast there they have the famous Turkish breakfast which is contain so many dishes like egg ,pastries ,cream ,honey ,Turkish tea ,greens, and shakshoka also so you have everything that you want on breakfast table together in one place The food was tasty i liked it really but to be totally honest it’s pricey compared to what you actually have because for me no protein in the whole menu but egg and it’s like only one egg in the omelette and in the shakshoka most of it was tomato and hint of egg in so you pay around 160 AED for small quantities of cheese and greens and pastries so they need to make the breakfast worth the money And also one more problem that my wife faced there in different day she went there with a friend to have coffee and desserts and she wanted to enjoy the sea view but they wouldn’t let her set on the tables near the sea unless she will order breakfast other wise she need to set somewhere else and this is not fair and not professional at all because no role says that ever so this was bad attitude from them i hope they will take care of those problems or no one will come and joy at they’re Resturant good thing that you have a view no need to be rude about it at all So to summarize the experience the food good The view good Attitude not professional at all The price high $$$ compared to what you have

Really good food and the guys in the kitchen work 1,000 mph! The food came out quite fast! Everything we ordered was delicious and the atmosphere was lively. The mixed grill was great and there was a dish with yogurt spices and meat which was stellar. One of the best dishes I’ve had while in the UAE. I really enjoyed their lentil soup as well. It was hearty and filling. I definitely recommend a nice lunch at this spot!

View sea is nice but was very hot and no one help to close the curtains or turn on the AC.. food is average with high prices compare to Ajman .. will not come back

Absolutely amazing ! By far one of the best turkish resturants in UAE. The Ajman branch is a gem. The ambiance, the view, the food and the sisha is beyond 5stars in my opinion. Try the pomegranate salad which is amazing and the complementary bread and desert is something we never expected. Suggest to be there to see the sunset and you will not regret it!

Omg this place is one of the best! I love turkish food and there are so many in Dubai but Sultan Saray is definitely one of my favorite now! The food is delicious the quality and taste is amazing! The prices are reasonable and the service is great! Staff was soo nice and welcoming.

Nice breakfast but can be better, maybe they should add more choices for the cheese selection and for the eggs ( they are offering only a small plate of eggs with sucuk for 2 people). Also, maybe to add simit to the bread selection. Good service, staff friendly and the best is the AMAZING view on the sea!

Beautiful ambience and good food. Service is also nice .they offer complimentary desserts at the end so order your desserts accordingly.The area near the windows have the best views but kids are not allowed there as it's a smoking area.

Tried This Restaraunt for the first time and it was a great experience. Food was bit expensive comparative to the local restaurants but it was worth it . Amazing food with a breathtaking sea view . The staff was bit busy but very humble and cooperative. The time we went the Restaraunt was fully packed They offer shisha also apart from food so perfect spot to have shisha At the end of the meal we were offered complimentary dessert and tea and it was a perfect ending to such a great meal Here goes 5 star.

Sultan Saray is of of the best Turkish restaurants I have ever been to, in addition to that it has an amazing outdoor view on the sea, it is a special weather now to have a breakfast with your loved ones, there is a good selection breakfast for 2, fried egg with sojok, and other with tomatoes, different variety of cheese 🧀 there best turkish bread and tea. I enjoy every minute there. Their shisha is excellent.
