It is a decent hotel in mid of city. Good service and food was okay.

The room size was spacious but not maintained. Low housekeeping services, tariff like 5-star property but standards like 1-star property. I was asked 900dh for a 1-night extension for 1 BR but got far best deal in AirBNB with 500dh 2 BR with all amenities in a key location.

It was a horrible experience They claim to have a dozen facilities, all false, We stayed in the hotel for two weeks, we hardly got room service for 5 days(which they claim to provide daily), that too i had to call 3 TIMES for it and lastly i had to go down to the reception myself to ask for it, so i started calling at 11 am for it and got the service at 8 pm There was a female receptionist who made the experience worse, charged us one day extra, as we checked out I STRONGLY WOULDN'T SUGGEST this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay, One can find many great options in the same or lower price range with much better services

Well maintained and rooms are bright and beautiful. Bathroom is clean and nice. Good value for money. Many restaurants are located close by.

Not really the best value for money. The rooms need to be renewed, especially the fridge, TV, etc. The lift did not work on the first day.

Went to check rooms for 1 month stay. It is expensive for it's location and room quality compared to other serviced hotel apartments I have seen in last couple of days. Haven't stayed there so can't comment on service

Problem with their power outlet sockets. Need to take some changes, other than this the hotel is good. The reason being giving one star is for that power outlets sockets totally disappointed me and telephone too working some times only

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was helpful. However, they could not resolve the brown water issue that we faced in our kitchen area. Also since it was the new year's time, they could not give us another room/apartment. Good for travellers with family/groups.

It located at sharjah, Rooms are ordinary and servises so. Breakfast is ordinary too.

V stayed here for 2 nights. The kitchen roof leaded.. Ac gas was over they said but despite repairs in the morning the entire roof leaked n the kitchen floor was filled with water. They didnt hv first aid nor did they have ice when my son slipped n injured his lip.. Sad..

One of the worst hotels in the UAE. The service is very poor and the rooms are old and not clean. It feels like you are living in the 1960's. I put the "do not disturb" sign, however, the cleaning employee opened the door and entered the room while I was with my wife. When I complained about the incident to the hotel management and asked them not to complete my reservation and to return my money, they refused and offered me an apartment of one room and a hall, then I agreed. In this apartment, the bed was broken, the sofas were uncomfortable and expired, and the Wi-Fi did not reach the room, although the distance was only two meters. One of my worst experiences in the UAE.

The worst hotel and staff you can ever see without any exaggeration. I booked in this hotel and came from Saudi Arabia driving for more than 10 continues hours, and when I arrived and try to check in, they informed me my reservation has been cancelled because they just decided to increase the fees (more than 3 times of the original booked price!!!!!!!!) Truly this place should not be considered as a hotel, and they lack the basic morals & business ethics..

Everything in the hotel literally does not work The gym is broken, the rooms are full of insects, the hotel staff are of no help to you, and the prices compared to the service are very high. An experience that will not be repeated
