Don't be fooled by the 4 stars, this hotel is as good as they get. I've stayed in hotels that cost 3 times as much and are half as polished. Everything was in-order and there was literally nothing that annoyed me and made me think 'This could be improved' The breakfast selection was good and more importantly, the quality world-class. Additionally, the restaurant was full of air and it felt very relaxing. The rooms were well designed with a sitting area plus a working desk. And the views of the Dubai skyline were amazing, all the way from Creek Harbour, to Marina, to Downtown, to Zayed Road.

Staff are friendly and helpful. From the day we arrived to the hotel, valet service, reception, housekeeping staff greeted us with a warm smile. My family have our breakfast daily at sirocco, the variety of food, beverages are well prepared. Special mention to Donna, very friendly. The housekeeping staff on level 12 are super helpful, thank you! We also went to the coffeehouse has excellent snacks and drinks. The bar, Joe's backyard is also nice place to chill and hangout, cozy. Overall, our experience in Holiday Inn is memorable and worth the money. Really loved my stay here at Holiday Inn. I always come here whenever I have staycations or family over. Great rooms for the value, very clean and always well maintained. You sometimes wonder what makes a hotel stay memorable and pleasant. For me it's usually the people and the services. Here my experience with Holiday Inn Festival City is really positive. While the hotel restaurant may get crowded at times in the morning, the team stays attentive and very friendly. Ms Donna really excels and ensured that I always had a good start to the day. Apart from that the hotel offers a superb view from the pool level, spacious rooms and of course a direct connection to the mall - so you can simply walk over. I stayed in the hotel multiple times and will likely return when staying in Dubai.

In my humble opinion! It should be ranked lower than 4 stars Compared to other hotels in Dubai Location is close to the airport but 10-20 minutes from most of the Dubai attractions. Rooms are clean, housekeeping is very good. Reception, concierge and restaurant staff are helpful, respectful and professional. BUT!! Reusable water bottles?! Seriously? I’m all for being eco friendly but not tot he degree of reusable water bottles in hotel rooms 😅 Had an incident with using the hotel iron, steam spatter was dark brown, I guess because it hasn’t been used for a long time And no maintenance of these appliances was carried out! No hair drier in the room. If you need one ask housekeeping. I only had lunch in the hotel, food is good 👍🏼

Beautiful hotel, the breakfast is so varied and portions available until they close - i just wish people didn’t waste food that much… the staff is amazingly helpful, nice and professional. It’s out last day of our stay here and we are sad to go because the experience was great. The staff made our stay great by being helpful and supportive in every field including assisting with gluten free bread during breakfast. The selection at breakfast was vast with a selection of Arabic, Asian and Western. The staff at the kitchen were great both in and out, with exceptional hospitality. The chefs ensured foods were fresh and the table service staff from Donna and Cherry and the rest were very friendly and supportive. Can’t wait to be back again.

For everyone’s convenience, the hotel has a direct and easy to follow path into festival city mall, as well as the location of the hotel being central to almost all of the best Dubai spots and scenery. room was well kept and cleaned— honestly slept like a baby. breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay because of its tasty and delicious variety. i just wished the bread selection is with the same area of the toaster but nonetheless everything was great. thank you so much! :)

Staff all around is brilliant. We arrive at the hotel an hour before the checkin time as our requested room not available we were given alternative for a day. Breakfast experience was great, Vicky is doing a good job of relating with the customers he is always very helpful.

The breakfast area is very large and spacious.You can actually have breakfast like a king as the number of dishes are so many and tge spread is often. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We first came because of the great location but they are extremely clean and the service in phenomenal. From the front desk to house keeping, everyone is kind and helpful. Mohit was really helpful in guiding us and informing us about nearby attractions and markets. We will definitely be back.

The stay was so great to the point that my kids were crying upon leaving. Even this morning, upon waking up, the first thing my son asked “are we going back to the hotel?”This was our second time and it seems that we will keep on coming back! Each and every staff are great and always greets us with a smile. But one special employee truly made our stay exceptional is Philip. He ensured that our needs has been taken care of. He followed up on our request and made sure that it has been actioned. Our kids love him and always looking for him whenever we go to the lobby. The surprise cake for my husband’s birthday is also lovely, along with the birthday card from housekeeping. From the wonderful service of Philip at the reception desk, the delicious breakfast along with the assistance from Ajay, the lifeguards at the pool and to the staff at the kids club, thank you so much for making our stay spectacular.

Good location. It's near the airport and we can easily visit the Festival city mall without going outside in this hot weather. It's connected to the mall directly. Foods in the Sirocco located on the ground floor were good. They had Asian food on Friday, it was really authentic. And breakfasts were also good. There is outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa on the 3rd floor.

The the property is lovely, rooms are spacious and clean. The location is also great. Their staff are very friendly. At breakfast we're were served by a lady called Ruth from Kenya and she is such an amazing person and very warm. This will now be our home everytime we are in Dubai. I would highly recommend it.

I have been a frequent visitor to Holiday Inn, Festival City. The stay here has always been amazing...with amazing services & amazing breakfast served here. The staff over here is very friendly & always there for you when you need help. There's a guy called Santosh who's responsible for the room cleaning services on my floor. He's been really courteous during my entire stay here. He's always with a smile & always ready to serve you the best. I am very happy to be associated with Holiday Inn. The hotel staff are excellent, all so friendly and helpful. The food is good, plenty of choice and everywhere is exceptionally clean. The concierge on duty 10/9 went out of his way to sort out a minor problem we had with a tour that we hadn’t even booked through the hotel. Would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

We travelled for business and the hotel was great! The housekeeping service was really nice, the room was super clean and they provided bottles of water everyday. I want to particularly thank the kindness and attentive service of chef Pranab: I asked for gluten free bread and he came with a plate full of other gluten free staff in addition to what I asked 😊! We will surely come back if we will be in Dubai for business trips.

Food at Sirocco was good with many choices. Ambiance was nice as this was our first meal from the airport. The staff was very attentive and very accommodating. Special mention to staff members: Carla, Ana Rose, Jessie, joard and Malcolm. The service was very good, despite the number of customers they served... we did not feel neglected at all. You will have the best time of your life, There's a spa, a swimming pool, a gym, and a 5 star buffet, It's even linked to Dubai Festival City Mall, On the M floor, there is a bridge linking the hotel with the mall. The service in this hotel is absolutely amazing, The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. We asked reception if they could bring us food from the breakfast buffet as it was too busy to go in person, Reception was able to bring us up some food and it was amazing! The chef did a really good job at cooking the food. Chaturanga the housekeeping guy was really friendly and super clean! We had a really good time with him. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing 2 nights stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Start from check in Kaye was a sweet and amazing to make check in process smooth and make sure she assigned a good room. And Breakfast experience was fabulous and Malcolm, vincent and John were went over and beyond to help make our breakfast is enjoyable. Breakfast area room temperature was even perfect. I highly recommend this hotel if you pass by to Dubai.

We encountered great service in the Sirocco Restaurant. We were greeted by a very nice lady named Anna-Rose. She also served us very well with the great hospitality spirit. And she arrange romantic set up & cake for us in the room since its our anniversary. We are so happy and very satisfied with her service. I would recommend her for next time we come here again.

I love the size of the room most especially how comfortable the bed is. My room is situated at the end of the floor, which grants me a quieter spot away from the elevator. Oh and I also enjoy the hotel's body products! I love how Dilruk wears an infectious smile and he is very polite. His attention to detail in attending to my room is excellent. He has a friendly personality and you'll not miss him when you bump to him in the corridor.

All the staff here are very nice and approachable. Room is clean and comfy, I slept perfectly fine. Breakfast buffet is good but I noticed more their very approachable staff. Ms. Donna and Mr. Vicky are excellent in their service, easy to talk to and before you ask what you need they already have it and hand it to you. Even Malcolm, Khalid and Nivi, they are very attentive to the needs of the guests and smiles a lot. all in all I had a very nice stay here in Holiday Inn and will surely love to go back.

Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City is a professionally run hotel. Good sized, clean rooms. If shopping is your 'go to' relaxation technique, this hotel is very well located, with direct internal access to the huge attached Shopping Mall. Buffet options available in the coffee shop, for all three meals, although not as opulent as regular hotel buffets go. Will recommend whole heartedly.

I was very impressed with the hotel as a whole. The breakfast menu was extensive and very good. The staff were always very polite, helpful and friendly. The pool area was very pleasant and relaxing, with the added bonus of a bar for snacks and drinks. My room was perfect. A very comfortable bed and sofa and good selection of tea and coffee.
