My daughter and I visited the newly opened indoor theme park called Glitch located in Level 2 of Al Ghurair Centre yesterday. It is a great venue for kids, teens and adults. Glitch features more than 30 attractions including bowling alley, VR games, arcade games, indoor roller gliding arena and more. It is an exciting place that is worth visiting!

Not worth the hype, very basic & limited attractions. Waiting times for jungle scout is way too long for no reason.

Fun thrills and games for the kids. Zip liner, rope climbing, obstacle course, some arcade games, plus a bowling alley.

Not at all what we hoped for. My 9 year old had to do a jungle course that 5 year olds go on even though he could do the higher one with his eyes closed. You only get 15 min per activity. I don’t recommend this for kids older than 9 to be honest. Even my 8 year old was a bit bored. Probably good for younger ones but then make sure you check the minimum height restrictions .

We had a amazing time at Glitch Dubai. Afridi was so helpful and he made sure my daughter had a very memorable birthday here. Everyone was so kind, Afridi explained everything to us, excellent customer service skills. He deserves a pay rise ☺️ Thank you Afridi for making Muskaans bday so so special, we will remember you for a very long time.

Their wall climbing is very far from parents, we cant even take decent pictures/ videos and we cant even cheer for our kids. They only have 1 attendant for multiple kids which doesn’t feel safe. The adventure park in dubai hills is much better, their barrier distance is reasonable.

Thrill games , zip lines , arcade , climbing wall and others , wide space, very clean and well arranged, friendly staff , worth to visit it , need real promotion and good marketing. For the fact limited activities, it is still good to visit it at least once a time, along with the kids . Located at ghurair Centre means that centre of dubai and parking lots available, Best thing it is located to the food court . All in all, you need to present your attendance there . Play safely.
