This hotel is located on a small outcrop, and has good views from the rooms, although the area is rugged and harsh. The hot springs nearby, a walk down the hill using a stairway, are a nice feature. It's a quiet escape to nowhere. It offers comfortable, large rooms, and it's off the beaten track. Guests at the pool, especially the kids, can cause for noise in the room. Beware that the Spa does not offer any services during Ramadan! I have been to stay twice now, but there was no notification when we booked during that period, so we were surprised. I felt that the staff were poorly trained and demotivated at the time. Service was inconsistent.

Mineral spring with very warm water. Deeply relaxing. Heals scars. Heals joints. There is nothing from the service except water at the entrance. But everything is clean and quiet. If there aren't too many people. Women and men go to different baths. We can't do it together.

Pool v dirty, rooms look old

It's a ok ok place, service is not up to the mark but the rooms are neat and clean but be prepared to carry your laptop with some movies and songs as the TV channels doesn't work🙄

We were sleeping at nine in the morning, and the cleaners opened the door for us very simply, and they did not come out until we shouted at them, and the reception desk was extremely abusive.
