Day to Day Shop Al Barsha1 I recently had an unfortunate experience with one of the customer service representatives .When I approached the staff for an exchange, the customer service guy behaved very rudely and aggressively and he himself mentioned he is the owner and “you do whatever you want “PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE “ The incident occurred on today 8:30 pm during my visit to the store. I explained the reason for the exchange politely, but instead of offering assistance, the staff member responded with a hostile and dismissive attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of customer service provided. As a loyal customer, I believe that respectful and courteous behavior should be a priority for any business. Everything is so affordable so it's a must place to buy everything that you need I mean not everything that you need is in there but the price is so right!

they claim my card has declined yet the purchase is made. It's okay if it happens once but more than that makes me question the management why not check with the bank to atleast make a refund. Or is that what is done to cover the discounts you offer?

I like this place.. Lots of items of daily usage...in front have parkings....also too much offers....staff is very co operative.....quality of products is OK......we can say its very good for a middle class person......I love to see offers on kids items....there are plenty of offers on kids and womens items
