Excellent location. Amazing sea views. It’s worth booking a room overlooking the sea to enjoy the sunset. Rooms are clean and spacious. Up to Fairmont standards. Food it’s good. Hotel offers different types of restaurants and a fantastic buffet at the all-day dining restaurant. Staff is professional and polite. The only bad thing I can review is checkout. We waited for more than 30 minutes due to shortage of front desk staff during checkout. Overall it’s a hotel I recommend.

Hotel is really 5 star Fairmont, the lovers of Fairmont hotels chain will know what I mean. Enjoyed in room, swimming pool, beach. Amazing view m the Gulf. Service in restaurants could be better, not really on 5 stars level. Breakfast was perfect. Think that I will come again

I do not usually write reviews but I had to do so this time, on arrival to the hotel we had to wait a while to check in as the lady behind the desk was really struggling . she asked us to wait on the sofa as we were early (12.45PM) . We booked all inclusive but no refreshments were offered so we had to go to a burger place 5 minutes walk from the hotel to grab a bite. when we came back still the rooms were not ready (14.30 )so went for a walk on the pier and finally they called us to check in and were told because of the wait, we've been upgraded to deluxe rooms but I've already paid for such rooms ( Deluxe king & Deluxe Twin ). The rooms were clean the view was amazing. The shock was in the F&B outlets, understaffed & untrained, we had to ask for everything Exp cutlery, clean glasses, drinks and the food was repetitive. The 2 stars are for housekeeping who were always helpful and kept our rooms very clean. in 5 days I've stayed there, I haven't seen the Hotel Manager, The F&B Manager nor the Executive chef anywhere in the building. It's a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views but unfortunately very badly run.

Hotel rooms are huge and have everything you could ever need. Food good but lacked variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They really need to make improvements with the All Inclusive package with regards to the drinks which are available. But had a good holiday overall 😌

Overall the hotel is really great, but they have some pros and cons. They’re as following. Pros: Really nice staff, relatively quick response in the reception and on the phone, really good food at the Italian and Turkish restaurant & really great location right by a private beach with a view of Ajman and Sharjah also visible from the upper rooms, beach view from almost all rooms, free shuttle bus to Dubai mall and back 2 times a day, a really great selection of drinks & a really great location for a great sand beach! Cons: Unfortunately you don’t have all inclusive even though that’s what you choose, you need to pay for the watermelons on the beach, the ice cream and you need to sign every time you order a drink or something to eat from the salt and sea bar, the Turkish restaurant has a sad atmosphere if you eat with a family unfortunately, there was a girl singing the day we ate there which was July 16th, the thing is it was not very pleasant to hear loud music while you were trying to eat with your family, very big problem unfortunately, another thing is you don’t have anything in the mini bar due to covid, the room service was expensive and only available on the day of arrival if you arrived after midnight & the selection of meats in the buffet was not really the best, but the Indian food was good so it compensates for it. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes I would most definitely, but you should be aware that not everything is included in the all inclusive and you should not be shocked if you need to sign every time you get a drink, the pool is really great but you need to be 18 or above to get a drink from the pool side of the bar, if you’re below 18 you need to order and sign on the side with the seating area. Thank you for a great week anyways.

We booked this hotel for our vacation during stay in Dubai. Nice location at the beach. Outside and inside look of the hotel is very good. Food is very expensive inside cafeteria. Plus I found they have lack of charging station inside the room. Room service is good and furniture is spacious. As per the price of the hotel, they don’t met the criteria that we expected. You can find any good hotel at this price.

Doesn’t give you a 5 stars hotel feeling. For whatever they offer - it is overpriced. Long check in. Rooms are spacious but need better cleaning (the phone is sticky and icky to touch even). Shower essentials are in a refillable bottles attached to the wall. But I have to say ballroom is pretty! Sea View is pretty, but the fake grass next to the pool needed a replacement for couple of years ago.

I had a fabulous stay and was so well looked after by all the staff, from those on reception, the pool bar, restaurant, cleaners to IT support - all were so friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. I stayed 12 nights for work and the rooms and facilities were excellent. The location was picturesque and the stay was so comfortable with the convenience of the beautiful beach, pool and local area to enjoy too. It never seemed crowded and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - I am already looking forward to returning in October.

Very beautiful hotel and the room is spacious. The staffs are very helpful. They have a free bus shuttle that will take you to dubai mall which was very helpful. It has lots of local restaurant around it with different cuisine. The cost of food is very cheap and can try different types for dinner.

Ajman is the smallest of the United Arab Emirates and the Fairmont is arguably the flagship hotel there. We spent a week at the Fairmont at the end of September 2021 and also received a room upgrade, which is why the price-performance ratio can be described as very good. The price level is in any case below that in Dubai. However, if you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, you should probably opt for an adults-only hotel, especially since there are many Russian guests with children. In a 5-star category, we have to be strict and criticize that the housekeeping (cleanliness) has to accept slight cutbacks. In the service, on the other hand, we were positively surprised: The waiters Neeraj, Kenneth and Mark Angelo looked after us prudently, which we want to explicitly note; of course, in the hope that this positive customer feedback is also appreciated by the management.

I stayed in different hotels in UAE and this is One of the best hotels, I have stayed. I have booked a sea view room for me and my wife's anniversary and the room was perfect, and the view is amazing!! They even give us a greeting cake in our room!!The price will surely meet the quality of the hotel. Staff are also friendly and they give us additional 1hr on our check out time!! I will surely recommend the hotel! I will be coming back for sure!! Thank you Fairmont Ajman!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

My 1st time in a 5*, decided to treat myself. The place is beautiful, It looks and feels 5*, the pool and beach spot was lovely and I really enjoyed my stay. However, I would have to rate the service more like a 3*, which was the only thing that let it down. Service for anything is very slow, food orders were wrong each time. We were given a complimentary breakfast after some issues, and then were charged for it. Had we not checked the bill we wouldn't have seen it, so make sure you check your bill at checkout! This was resolved but took a awhile, making us late leaving. The room was lovely and spacious but had some easily fixed flaws. The individual light switches didn't work, so was either all lights on or all lights off via the master switch, the toilet flush button would stick meaning water would flow constantly all day and night making it very noisy, unless you unstuck it. Not what I expected from a 5*, but take those things out, I would stay here again and I would recommend this place if you want to lay on the beach or by the pool and have Relaxing break.

Location was great, reception stuff were nice and helpful. Unit view was amazing, suite was nice and spacious. Both TVs in the unit I stayed in had screen issues, electricity plugs were not functioning, hot water takes time till it come out. The one bedroom suite had design flows, bathroom area takes very big space of the unit overall size, there was no separator or tempered glass for the shower so the person who takes shower will be visible to anyone in the bedroom.

I visited the Fairmont Ajman for a family wedding. The best thing about this hotel is the beach location. The rooms have a balcony overlooking the pool and with a view of the beach. It’s absolutely beautiful! Parking was free and easily available. Highly recommend it.

We stayed at Fairmont for 3 nights. We had such a nice experience. Room was spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was very nice. The swimming pool was small however has a nice little drink shack attached to it. The staff were friendly and the room service was quick. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back again sometime.

Very clean and accessible hotel. I was welcomed nicely by reception. Had a fast check in service. We stayed at the King Room and I was just amazed with the room size, I loved how everything was designed especially the bathtub. They also have coffee capsules which I enjoyed using! The pool was big enough for the guests. The resort had water sports activities that we were able to avail. Breakfast was amazing and had quite a lot of varieties that you can choose from. The staff was accommodating and would approach us from time to time to ask if we needed anything.

Memorable stay... Breathtaking views from the sea view rooms especially the sunset part. Rooms are spacious and hotel in general has modern look and super clean. It is a beach front hotel with nice sand and big pool with plenty of sunbeds. Food is the only thing that needs an improvement as the main restaurant smelled bad and food options were not as many.

The hotel staff were amazing to my wife and me. We were greeted by the front desk and were informed that our double room has been upgraded to a Junior Suite on the tenth floor. The breakfast was amazing with many different cuisines to meet everyone's taste and preference. We had an amazing time at the beach and the attending staff were super attentive and helpful. We tried the Turkish restaurant and the Hookah experience was on point. The staff have made my stay exceptional. I would definitely recommend. Selim Hegazy

The stay was nice and all the standards were followed accordingly. But we were board in the evenings as the staff who was in charge said there is no restaurants open with live music. But in the morning we came to know that there was a live music and we just spent our day in the room. I think that the staff should be competent and give the accurate information. It was so disappointing as we were coming to have some entertainment and especially live music. I would definitely say no Fairmont again.

The hotel is always on top! 2 Times here. Everything is perfect, location, rooms. service. I came with two families, 8 people, everything made me happy! But there is one problem, this is a bar, in a bar on the street, they are treated like (sorry for this word) pigs! The children waited 30 minutes for now . We took an All-inclusive package, but they gave us some kind of payment receipt at the bar, it confused us. A year ago, this was not the case, but there is another detail, one shower works, two used to work. And so a good hotel with a nice pool. 9/10

Beautiful Hotel, great structures, but what makes great hotels is people who deal with people. Went to Turkish outlet waited half an hour outside and went inside again spoke to waiter informed waiting for long, he Was polite told will come to take order another 20 mts. No response ..left.

The rooms are really nice. The beach is pretty good too with reasonably comfy sunbeds provided. Pity the swimming pool is cold. Surely in the Emirates its not costly to heat the pool in December 🤔

BEST SERVICE! Took my friends to watch the world up final at Key restaurant and even though it was so busy they really served well and without any delays. I totally recommend this place as I have been a regular here for the past year and they never disappoint with the service and food!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and elegantly appointed. The amenities, from the pool to the on-site restaurant, were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. I can't praise this place enough; it made my trip memorable. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Fantastic room, excellent service & staff. Very helpful housekeeping member called Nayem, the room was always kept in excellent condition. The food and evening service are always helpful, friendly & approachable 😌 The only downside for me was the amount of children in the pool, they should be an adult only zone around the pool bar area as the lack of manners from a lot of the children put me off using the pool

Hotel is gorgeous, rooms are great and the facilities brilliant all be it the Spa is expensive. We felt despite several complaints regarding the Spectrum Restaurant that the food as detailed below fell well below expectation. When your expecting fully inclusive to find your restricted to 100 AED per meal is also disappointing and very misleading. It’s also virtually impossible to get a cold served drink here and the quality of the drinks is very poor. Overall extremely disappointed and would think twice about visiting again.

It has been such a great experience and lots of wonderful memories at the Fairmont Ajman hotel. I have celebrated my Birthday during our stay and we’ve booked Oasis Pyramid. Fairmont Ajman is a beachfront five star hotel beautifully situated in Ajman, 30 minutes away from the bustling metropolis of Dubai. Ajman offers an exciting mix of beaches and mangroves to museums and malls that will tempt travellers of all ages. I loved the hotel and the restaurants there

First: While our stay we didn’t see any one from the managerial team looking for his customers satisfaction or observing how the business is going on the floor. *in the pool bar we requested special order he apologized and we asked for his supervisor he said we don’t have supervisor in here on the floor. second: Advice: give more attention to the one day visitor because he’s willing to explore the hotel and spend more money than others who stay for longer because these ones will pay only for the room rate and the breakfast. Third: world wide nowadays they give more attention to one day visit or local tourism duo to COVID-19. Fourth: spa prices are very high than any other 7 stars Dubai hotels. The facility quality is great. Some of the stuff is well trained, qualified, helpful and knows how to satisfy the customer like Mr. ahmed (concierge) and Mr. Aamer operation Italian restaurant.

I loved my time in this beautiful hotel in 2017. After visiting other countries we have decided to return to the Fairmont Ajman at the end of this month for our wedding anniversary. We loved the rooms with large comfortable beds, fantastic bathroom with separate shower and bath and sea view balcony. The restaurants provide loads of choice. The pool and beach is beautiful. The patio areas and shisha areas are also lovely at night. It's just what is needed for a relaxing, comfortable and memorable stay and I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel right by the water! Attended a wedding and the venue was breathtaking with a 180 view of the water from the ballroom! Chef Anwar is the best, cooks all the food to perfection, delicious!! The newlywed suite was absolutely gorgeous with rose petals all over the master bedroom and the bathroom. Most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in by far!

Stayed in the hotel for 7 days with family. The hotel is big, but very well organised. The pool is good and clean, in front of the inside doors and there are almost always free sunbeds. The best thing for me was the sea. Еxcellent beach with very fine sand and smooth entrance to the sea.Food in restaurant was very tasty, but everyday it was the same, and the service in restaurant need to be improved.

Nice hotel but the pool needs changes. Why it's open only till 8pm. We couldn't fully enjoy it, they even took our towels once we been just sitting next not entering the water. Not nice.

It was astonishing experience at Fairmount. We had the official staff dinner organized in topaz ball. I must say the services were really good. Staff was humble, similing and asked you every now and then if you need something. Great hospitality. Food was good too. The grill was not good it was hard like rock. I would suggest if they could increase the variety in the main course it would be the best. Overall great experience.

The best housekeeping Team. Had me welcomed a surprise birthday decorations! Generous hotel toiletries all were provided in the room and no need to keep calling the operator. The housekeeping really did the job at their best. The room is spacious and amenities are all you need. Restaurants are great choices with delicious food.

Great hotel. Service is very good. The food is really nice. It's located right on the beach. We liked the idea that we as a couple may eat at the Turkish or Italian restaurant instead of the main buffet restaurant and get a value of 200 AED. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Dubai city. During rush-hour, it takes 60-75 minutes to get there by bus. Consider going on Friday or Saturday where the same trip can be made in 35 minutes.

We went on this hotel for a quick trip. Going to the hotel from Dubai took time because we had difficulties finding the entrance near the roundabout. 😂 We are well-attended by the staff. Our room was well-selected. It was overseeing the pool and the beach! Awesome! ❤ The rooms are clean and superior. The interiors are well-kept and the room is elegant. Highly recommended. 💯

Delighted with views and location. Rooms big and spacious with sea views .Bed and pillows super comfortable we had Some minor isuues with room coffee maker and ac but it was dealt with promptly. Food and staff all friendly enough. Restaurant little busy in breakfast and difficult to get attention of the staff to clean tables seem little short on staff nos. Breakfast is average with all normal food and drinks expected . Good value for money and would go again surely to try out pool and spa.

Hotel is fabulous with beach front. Breakfast has lots of variety, room are good with sea facing balcony. Pool with bar and kids pool is Nice.I have already been there for at least 5,7 times from past 2,3 years. Was planning to go soon and called reservations where guy name Maher in reservation sound rude and direct. He don't have hospitality enthusiasm, he don't know how to talk to customer . He is just yes no guy. Very unprofessional for hotel like this. Hope they will educate him regarding customer service or put him in other field where he don't need to deal with guest directly.

I don’t know what’s the experience with the rooms but I am always going for the beach. There is no waiters to take orders at the beach. You need either to walk to the bar or call the reception insistently only they will send someone to take your order at the beach side. The beach and beds are excellent but the service is very poor . You better bring your drinks and food from home.

  • 5/5 Susan W. 1 year ago on Google
Staff were wonderful. Buffet food is quite repetitive but good. Unfortunately people are reserving sunbeds and not using them which is annoying. The pool and sea are refreshing and the swim up bar is a godsend! Staff at the bar are fantastic.

The experience was just awesome as it was my birthday so they surprised us with a small cake. Room was very big and clean as we booked for suite room with ocean view. They had belly dance show and a fire show that night. Also upon request they write happy birthday or happy anniversary on beach in big letters. The taste of food was ok but they can always improves it.
