I am staying in Ramada hotel and suites as long stay guests hotels service is excellent.. specially housekeeping team great service maintaining the room very well ..thanks to attendant khuram and supervisor Abdul for supporting us in our stay

I have to say I am a little disappointed in the fact that as long-term guests (3 months so far) we are not being made aware of events or changes that are being made in the hotel. We were not told about the Christmas carolers in the lobby at Christmas time, if my husband didn't walk in and see it, we would have never known about it. After being away from home for 3 months, something like this would have been nice to enjoy. (I did not know about it, so I could not get ready and downstairs before it was over.) Secondly, I heard there was a New Year's Eve party, not sure if that was for specific people or not but the person we talked to said it was for anyone. Why were we not invited? Thirdly, I have been paying for a bus and taxi to go to the Dubai mall when I could have been using the service offered for free from the hotel had I been informed of it. I only found out yesterday that they have been shuttling people daily. This is disappointing because I definitely would have taken advantage of this many times. What else are we missing out on and what do we have to do to get on the accepted list? As a side note, the staff here are amazing thats why you got 4 stars and not 3.

Hotel room are very good and spacious. Great to go with family trip. Food is excellent. Hotel staff and food lounge are very supportive. If you are planning to go on a long weekend with large friends and families, it is a very nice and decent place, where you have many options to go around for food and shopping. Mr. Ramzan who I interacted around the hotel is a very sweet, polite and hardworking staff. Best hotel in Ajman.

This hotel has a human touch. When we arrived at the reception I was attended by Ms. Emma. She Accommodate us with full sincerity and even greeted me instantly as she noticed it was my birthday that day. I booked a studio was upgraded for 1 bedroom for free!!! They have also brought in my room with a slice of a birthday Cake!!! How amazing!!! Again Emma, thank you for your kindness and continually do it because you might change people lives. As per experienced, breakfast on this hotel is definitely 100% recommended and room is Comfy. Definitely will comeback again.

I recently stayed at Ramada Hotel in Ajman and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the amenities are quite impressive. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. However, I must express my disappointment with the customer service 😞 On the first day of my stay, I requested an extra blanket from the front desk, but unfortunately, it wasn't provided😔. I followed up again the next day, but still, I didn't receive it. This was quite frustrating, as I needed the blanket to keep me warm during the night. Aside from the lack of prompt response to my request for an extra blanket, everything else was great. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food was delicious. The hotel's location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. In summary, I would recommend Ramada Hotel in Ajman for its amenities and location. However, the hotel management needs to improve their customer service to ensure that guests' requests are promptly attended to.

Perfect place for staying in Ajman. Really good prices and food is excellent. Breakfast is full of everything and good products. Swimming pool is nice 👍🏻 and gym topnotch. Personnel is really competent and dedicated.

I have to make a special mention for the young lady from Nepal who was the housekeeping for my department. Gita was always cheerful and made sure everything was in excellent condition with nothing being to much for her. Even when I was in meetings it did not deter her from going about her job with as little disturbance as possible. The hotel should be grateful to have her represent them.

This Holiday Inn is in a prime location and the rooms are well designed and very comfortable. The hotel is definitely worth the money. Accommodation is fast, rooms are huge, requests are fulfilled this minute, food is beyond praise, sandy beach is private, lifeguards are on the alert. The entire staff is very responsive and professional. Special thanks to Zuhra and Otabek who made our stay amazing.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and polite. Restaurant has great selection of food, and it always tastes great! All of the requests were fulfilled by staff timely. A pleasant place to stay. The only unpleasant moment is carpeted floor in the rooms, that looks stained. Hotel is a bit "worn", but that is not a big deal when staff is nice, friendly and helpful :-)

We have celebrated my brother’s wedding at the majestic ballroom and everything was perfect because of the kind cooperation by Marlyn who took care of everything and all the staff working with her did a great job. Nicely located Comfortable rooms Service is very good, staff is very polite and humble. Always helps you if you need anything otherwise. Just wanna share the memorable experience:- - 20 April 2023 and It's our 25th wedding anniversary and we renewed our vows. Ramada doesn't know that it's our anniversary, on Check-In time our room got upgraded and it was a wonderful gift to us, when Ramada knew they made a simple complimentary for us that makes us feel special. It was an excellent stay, staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating specially to Ms. AMINA she's so approachable and we feel so at home. And we enjoyed the food it's so delicious. I am staying here for last 3 months approximately. Excellent service especially the room service is too good. All needs are taken care of. I specially want to mention my room service agent Shahid and his supervisor Sari Hari who are extremely courteous and professional.

A good value for what you expect and get. My personal view: staff, personnel could be much better instructed and more friendly. Had feeling nobody of staff felt satisfied or happy. That came over as a general feeling. It's sad ,as definitely it's a good place with many extras and nice facilities. But it cannot be accepted to pay for a nice flat or suite and you wait 30 min to supply you some bottles of water. Many other points could be mentioned. Do not prefer to comment. With a better communication under all. The stay or use of facilities would be 100 times better. I am not paid neither a influencer ou honest.

Im a guest at Black Ramada on Shaikh bin Zayed st and the service is great so far. Sulaiman is excellent at his job as he cleans our room everyday very carefully and to our preference. This is my go to hotel on every trip of mine to the UAE.. great hospitality, house keeping and the food- Ahhhmazingggg! Especially Ramzan, the person who greets as we enter the hotel, the sweetest person ever and always ready to help whenever I need! He’d come running to assist whenever needed. And this person at the restaurant- Pukaar, really sweet and great service whenever I was at the restaurant! 100% recommend! However the people at the reception could behave better- they come off a little bit rude at times.

The hotel has been home for me for the last 2 months and it's been an amazing experience. Floor house keeper Md. AMIN took care of all the house keeping requirements personally and made me feel like home. They decorated my room and treated me with a cake and fruit basket on my birthday which was really welcoming. Reception staff and other hotel staff are also very accommodating and warm. They have shuttle service to their private beach and to Dubai mall. Thank You all for a wonderful experience..

We are visiting the hotel for the third time. I think this is a good indicator. The food is excellent: all possible types of meat, pasta, rice, salads, cheeses and sausages. Separately, I would like to note delicious cream soups. You can always see fresh fruits here: for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is very tasty! The staff are very friendly. Always smiling, always trying to help and solve problems. Cleaner Amin is doing a great job! Everything is clean, shiny and smells wonderful! The transfer takes you to the sea and Dubai mall for free. The beach has everything for a comfortable rest: toilet, shower, umbrellas, sunbeds. We strongly recommend this hotel!

Got everything you look for a comfortable stay. The staff is so well mannered, very soft spoken, listens to your requests very carefully and makes you feel like at home. obviously didn't get chance to interact with all staff members but it's worth mentioning the name of RUBEL. We are staying here for approximately 6 months and have to say the staff so far have been great! Fairoos has been doing a great job keeping the room tidy for us. The hotel is right across the street from a grocery store which makes it easy to grab goods as well.

In August we had our Nikkah and reception in the ballroom of the Ramada Hotel which was outstanding! From start to finish we had a great experience with every aspect of planning and conducting the event. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, extremely hospitable and incredibly accommodating and flexible. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and happy with all of our selections, even when we made last minute changes! The day of the event everything was as promised. The room was decorated beautifully and was freshly cleaned, the food was fantastic and all of the guests commented on how delicious everything was. The salads and desserts, especially the date pudding cake which was exceptional! I highly recommend trying it! Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend having any future events at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham!

The swimming classes by health club at Ramada was a really fabulous experience.Me and my friend Akshaya attended class on September.We both were complete first timers and literally have no idea about it.Our coach Mr.Ahmed was very professional,well behaved and had got really nice sense of humour.He train you according to your abilities at every stage and give honest reviews without making you feel low.Other staffs are also nice and friendly.Pool and other facilities are well maintained.From childrens to adults(especially ladies) can go classes there with no doubt.

We had booked the majestic banquet hall at Ramada. Thanks to the the banquet managers Ms. Aziza and Mr. Mohamed for being so cooperative and friendly. The hall was very beautiful and the decor was very well done. Food served at our function was very delicious as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with such professional staff and managers which made my son's wedding very special and memorable. I would highly recommend hosting events at Ramada as they take care of every small details.

We really liked the hotel, delicious food, large rooms, good service. The room was cleaned well, the Foysal cleaner always asked for our cleaning wishes, replenished the gel and shampoo in a timely manner. We were extended our stay before departure by 2 hours. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and come back ourselves.

It is really great to stay in this Hotel. I am a long stayed guest in this hotel. Everything was going good but then I had some issue with noise because of their maintenance works. But the Hotel management solved my issue with high priority. Their Guest Manager Mr. Aun Abbas personally came to my room to solve my issues. They have upgraded my room and I have been shifted to another building, another beautiful room. What a nice gesture. They know how to value their guest. We usually chose to stay here whenever we visit Dubai, mostly because of the value offered for the money paid. Rooms and services are very good and the pool as well is really clean. What needs a call out is their restaurant. Both in terms of ambience and food it deserves a 5-star rating. Breakfast and dinner buffet spreads are awesome, the taste and quality of food is just top-notch...every visit has just got better. Kudos to the management and staff for making our visits memorable!

The building is not very impressive from outside but inside lies a gem. The suite I got had a nice sitting space, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms with an attached kitchen. It was a comfortable stay and will go back if the need arises. Highly recommend this property 👍👍👍

This is my second stay here and the staff at the restaurant are top notch. Especially Jocelyn, Rumesha and Mohammad they all greet me everyday with a smile and how are you doing. I don’t even have to request my drink, because they have it ready for me once I have got my food from the buffet. It's my best chioce this time to chose Ramada here. The room is warm and clean. And the service is very kindly. Housekeeping response very fast at anytime you call. I d like to chosw it too next time.

One of the better Ramada hotels in Ajman. They have a wide variety of services and their swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms are well maintained. The hotel is usually quite busy during the weekends even with all the rooms as the rates here are cheaper than their other counterparts. The breakfast service here is good, but it can get crowded between 9-10 am. The rooms are very spacious and most of them come with an inbuilt kitchen and balcony. The royal suite here is very large and they have all the amenities needed, including 2 bathrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. It may take some time (and a few calls to the reception) to bring in a few toiletries/water bottles during peak hours. They provide free shuttle services as well to travel to the Ajman beach, Dubai mall and other places within the city. Overall, it was a very good experience with them. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for cheap yet luxurious stays within the UAE.

Rating this 5 stars because the service is exceptional. The food and the selection of the buffet is very good. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and dinner. The staff however made the stay. The gym facility is very good, and the pool is very child friendly. The manager Mr Raja Mansoor is a great guy and helped us wherever he could, very accommodating. If you're looking for plush perfect rooms, then the hotel was slightly dated, but that didn't affect our stay in the slightest. Definitely will be going back

From Arrival to departure, the hotel staff were very helpful, the hotel is clean , breakfast is good and the staff were very attentive and responsive. Huge thanks to Essam, the night manager . Eda from reservation and Maysara who all made the trip enjoyable for the family. We booked four suites and we all enjoyed the hotel facilities as a family.

A very excellent hotel in terms of location and means of transportation. The staff are very good and have a high degree of respect, taste, friendliness and cooperation. I especially mention Mr. Dawood, who is responsible for the room cleaning service on the 12th floor of the second tower. He is truly a respectable person.
