I was initially scheduled for 10:30 AM, but they rescheduled me for 11:45 AM a day before my procedure due to another client coming in. I had to decline as I had a 12NN appointment, so we agreed on 10:15 AM. Despite arriving at 10 am, the receptionist wasn't very helpful in explaining the procedure, particularly given it was my first time in the clinic. She merely instructed me to fill out a form and handed me a number. The cleaning process felt rushed, wrapping up in less than 20-15 minutes, and notably, no dental cheek retractor was used, contributing to the discomfort. Additionally, I had anticipated receiving aftercare instructions, but unfortunately, none were provided. While I had initially considered having my filling and braces done at this clinic, the quality of service has led me to reconsider that decision.

I'm in the process of completing my dental procedure plan ,been to my 3rd session yesterday and 3 or 4 more to go. I can conclude that it s beyond my expectation ,the services from Ms.Dianne who assisted me for reservation up to the convenient payment plan that I can manage and afford. ALSO The very professional dentist Dr.Veenith and his nurse who really amazed me. Overall highly recommended Team of professionals! Thank you very much.

It’s always a great experience with Ms. Louise for my laser hair removal. Very approachable, nice and friendly. Reminding the patient all the time about the do’s and don’t before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to have laser hair removal ☺️

We do our dental service here in Queens Medical Centre in Burjuman and the staff is always accomodating & very friendly esp. the receptionist when you enter the clinic. Specifically, Ms. Shay in Burjuman branch who is very helpful and knowledgeable of what she's doing. The doctors are very approachable & informative esp.
