Very Rude Manager name Naushad in this branch very unprofessional, and does not know how to handle one customer who has point of view on their misleading items with packed of 2 items and says 25%. He was saying that these items packaged were not meant for selling of discount. So I said they you should have removed the 25% off from the items nor displayed but he was insisting that NO! This is not for sale at all and not for all the customer so I said, how the customer will know each item of you that not for promo if clearly says 25% off. Dear Management, your manager is unprofessional and doesnt accept his negligence of admitting that he made a mistake here. He humiliated me in the store and turn his back on me while i am still talking to him. Despite of his unprofessionalism i still purchased the items as single price of AED17.99 but hire someone who is professional and worth to receive monthly pay salary instead irresponsible one.

The manager of the store Taeeb might be hired to job blindly as he doesn't worth it. The security guy is more talkative and kind and trying to give solution for case. I bought 10 days back item standing Santa in mint box, unfortunately I opened it only after 9 days when I started doing decoration at home and I noticed it's not standing properly and I came to store to fix it or give me the same one as its not used and in mint condition. Manager without listing straight saying I will not change. I'm sure even owner of the store would not talk in that way. I got really angry about this. Come on if 3 days extra left that changes something? Really ? This guys doesn't worth his job.

One of my favorite department stores to get home consumables. The prices are rational compared with other hypermarkets. The staff are friendly. They have also loyalty card to collect points and spend on the products. The parking is available most of the time, but in weekends little bet hard to get there easily.

I went to the store a few days ago and was surprised at the prices of the toiletries on special at the moment and also the discounts I got on buying stationery that was applied when I got to the till to pay! Always a delight to visit and to stock up at those prices. Highly recommended!

Great hypermarket, we found it way to late on our last day. They have a lot of different things, food, non-food and for very reasonable prices. It doesn't look like it from the outside but it's great and we could have skipped some other malls, if we would have known this market.

One of the best store in neighbourhood 💫 They have all the stuffs from A to Z with affordable price. mostly they have good offers for selected products. Especially the behavior of staffs and their services is appreciable . Whenever I go there for any purpose Saifudheen,Siyas and Mokthar they are always willing to help me . 🤝 💯
