I don't even know why they have the counter if there is no salesperson if we ask from certain brand they force us to buy something from brand they suggests do they think the person who comes to purchase doesn't even know wat make up is ? 😐

I bought some presents for my kids from this shop. An LOL doll remote operated battery car and a scooty. Traveled back home and opened the toys. Battery car didn't run. Parts were missing from the scooty. Very frustrating. Do not except any item from this shop without testing. All boxed items should be assembled before paying.

I purchased a Gosh eyeliner from their Dubai Mall branch. It was completely dried out, they should do a product quality check to ensure products aren't old, or old stock should be discarded as required.

Lifestyle is a leading retail destination with ZERO customer service. I have been facing an issue since a week and they couldn't solve it until now and i dont see them working on them . Have been in contact with the cashier and store in charge. Well they dont care about their customers. Speaking to the store in charge her words being ' Try using the voucher in Dubai mall' . Shameful you tell me that you cannot solve my issue in burjuman so i should go all they way to dubai mall. Issue : got an E-gift voucher which clearly stated instant redemption and was valid could not be used in lifestyle Burjuman and the cashier just told system cannot take it. It was an IT issue they took my number and told it will be solved. Horrible experience as i was not able to buy those items during sale and now i dont even know if they are acting upon the matter. Very disappointed but next time not going to lifestyle. There are other competing outlets in UAE. Well thank you for not listening to your customers.
