Would give it a zero if I could. Sleepy service, poor food quality, and the teapot was burnt and had some dirty sediment on it.

Overall good experience. Great menu that has a lot of variety. A little pricey but it’s worth the quality of the food.

Excellent restaurant and good service. The breakfast is excellent some comes with offer hot and cold drinks. They provide toasts,jam,butter and Honey with breakfast. Good design and decor of the restaurant.

I ordered passion fruit mojito and it was bad and too much sweet in it like they put 1 kg of sugar .. its 3/10 And for pasta the mushrooms was burned when i told them they change it .. it was like 3.5/10

Cheesecake, pistachio cake and Moroccan Tea is the best to have it here. Could be crowded anytime of the day but a good place to unwind with friends during evening time 👍

The best cakes & tarts ever!!! This place keeps surprising me with new desserts on the menu, all are tasty especially trimusu, vanilla pistachio cake and white chocolate 💕

Nice evening meal sat outside enjoying the warm evening. Service good as you'd expect, very polite & courteous. The non-alcoholic cocktails, particularly the strawberry mojito was very tasty. We had the bbq chicken with vegan cheese, spinach lasagne & the truffle burger. All good choices, well cooked & very tasty. Great menu, with an excellent choice of meals & drinks. We ended up visiting 3 times during our short stay, twice for evening meal and once for a late breakfast. All good, thank you.

This place is a jewel! Have been coming here for years, experience is always better. The atmosphere is adorable, takes you back to old English times, decor of the place leaves you speechless, each corner is unique in its own! Staff is very professional and beyond kind. Real gentlemen offering an impeccable service. After food we ordered coffee which is served with a very delicate small cake and cookie. My child loves it, the staff noticed his enthusiasm and got him his own plate of sweets. Very thoughtful. The food is mouthwatering. Cooked to perfection, highly recommend the ribs and the scaloppine plates with the quinoa salad as a side. Sweets are light and delicious. The place also sells chocolates adorably packaged. Beautiful inside out! Updated:I always come back to this specific branch and it is always a great experience. The food is cooked to perfection. Had the new York striplion it was medium to well done yet with crunchy sides, best steak in years! The beacon salad sidedish is a delight, burst of flavor. Also ordered the scaloppine al limonene, delicious! First time to try the French toast as dessert, my nephew was amazed! enjoyed till the last bite. Staff is very professional. Definetely in my top 3 places to be. Thanks, great job always!

Good food and drinks but slow service

The services staff were not friendly and they were untrained they got our order wrong and when we told them the waiter huffed and puffed as if it was our fault. The food tasted good once we got the right order. The restaurant was hot

This is one of favorite restaurants of our family. The staff is friendly and kids friendly, quick turnaround, a quality food. Pastry is delicious and big choice. We love this place for its cosy atmosphere. Also good for family and friends meet ups. Would like to especially mention supervisor Taher who is really very attentive and guests oriented, and makes his guests feel at home, and waiter Paul, who is also devotedly does his work. Tasty food is half of success for any restaurant, and another half of whole success depends on the friendly and quality staff. They made us come again to their restaurant))

“To be or or not to be, that is the question” Well certainly it was meant to be 😆at Shakespeare for a well- rounded brekkie of bespoke eggs, sausages, bacon and the condiments that complemented this wholesome breakfast. Not forgetting the 2 beverages of orange juice and coffee that was an excellent wash down. Good value for money and efficient service “cracked our noble hearts” 🤣🤣🤣 Methinks..

Such a delightful restaurant. Loved the decor, great service, delicious food. Vegan options as well. Overall ambience is welcoming. I will go back. Highly recommend the vegan breakfast platter.

Happened to entered but beyond expectation!! We ordered arabic coffee, Moroccan mint tea and both tasted amazing. atmosphere also awesome. antique european style. highly recommended

Unfortunately a big drop in service and quality of food. So dissapointing especially I have been a customer since the opening. Staff forgetting basic things like serving the complementary bread and butter .and when you ask them they serve it like we ate in a bor camp. Bread in the main order not fresh at all.
