Very nice afternoon tea set up ✨ I wished there were scones available with jam and cream. But appart from that it was very nice treats, sweets & pastries 😋✨

I went to this place twice and it deserves less than 1 star for bad bad bad service. Both times service was bad. They probably need to go to Laduree in Roissy airport and learn what service means.

Amazing macaroons and coffee as always, plus the staff was very friendly and attentive, especially our server Eliza! Would definitely recommend this place!

One of my favorite restaurants for great lunches! Excellent range of dishes, aesthetic presentation of dishes and high quality food! My favorite dish in this place is Quiche! The taste is the same as in Paris.

Staff has absolutely no manners. Worst service ever. Waiters try to micromanage you, no space to breathe, commenting on my choices and caring only about up selling.

Just walked out of here as we did not want to entertain their atrocious policy - apparently they stop you from consuming your own water at this establishment. So now my family and I will no longer be patrons of Ladurèe. Anywhere.

Unfortunately with very different quality standards than in France, for example the Onion Soup should rather be called Onion Water. Worst Onion Soup I have ever tasted, mostly water and no taste. Same standards for the other offerings I tried.

A nice French coffee shop in a quiet area within the mall of the emirates in a nice area. Well known to prepare coffee ☕️, tea 🍵, sweets, soup 🍲, and some sandwiches.. The tea variety is interesting tea 🍵 👀 I enjoyed going there and relax while my kids playing .... It worth trying ....sweets are also good and tasty... Onion soup 🍲 😋 yummy....

The food is not testy also the water cup have smell like fish . The chocolate drink also very haevy and the test is not good . I order also rasuberry tart its not teasty

Ate there a day before Christmas. Staff is professional. The service is great. The space is a bit small but is rather more private than the one in Dubai Mall.

Wonderful service from Eliza, who was always smiling. Lovely ambience and delicious Marie Antoinette Tea. Would be nice if the Rose Latte was in stock, but overall, it was a pleasant experience and beautifully designed. Definitely the concept of the parisian ambience. Lovely for the Afternoon Tea setting.

Amazing coffee and a top notch staff. The Manager even checked on me to see if everything was good, which not many places do. The shop was absolutely spotless and overall vibe was just perfect. We were treated very well. 11/10

Visited Laduree today. Firstly I must say that the place is a bit pricey however the food and hospitality is absolutely worth it. Mikee, our hostess, was absolutely amazing and very welcoming. She helped us order the best and the food was very rich and tasty. Definitely would come back.

Had a quick desert at ladurèe with my family. We ordered pain perdu, raspberry macaron called "Isfahan" and grand cru chocolate Éclair with a oatmilk cappuccino. We got amazingly served by Roberto, thx for that :)

Lovely atmosphere, the food was amazing as usual. Gary’s service was of top quality as he was extremely patient and helpful with me. Roberto’s service was also splendid.

Waited over 40 minutes for first course (3 tables occupied in restaurant) they served us basic toasted bread

Roberto from the Laduree MOE branch is the best by far from all Laduree I have been to. Great personality and very accommodating to our request. Will surely come back.

They had the creamiest HOT CHOCOLATE i've ever had, just the right bitterness, though it is 70% chocolate. The cream on the side made the experience heavenly, Kuya Roberto was right. First time I had cream brulee, and will surely order again on my next visit. Kuya Roberto is well oriented with the menu and recommended just what I was looking for that afternoon cravings. In addition, Ms. Sheila was very attentive and assisted me the rest of the afternoon.

Laduree is always a guarantee for high quality and decadent desserts! However, the mall of the emirates branch also has top-notch service. Roberto, our server, went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. He took care of our restless toddler and even got her complimentary biscuits. Amazing!
