Worst experience with this hospital related with COVID RT-PCT test.They lost the PCR sample collected and coudn't provide a result within 24h.No response to our emails (several email to different email addresses). Hold on many minutes on phone without any solution.Moreover, the PCR test is not made within hospital, another laboratory is involved. Hard to solve this puzzle for a traveler person.Emergency room is always full and the front office is in chaos.Recommandation: try to find another clinic for a RT-PCR test.

I understand there is massive workload and appreciate medical staff’s efforts. However, there is no system in place with only 1 registration. For people like us who waited for 3 hours and token got changed cause someone manually wrote it from 60-97, it is not fair. You need more registrations and a proper queueing system to ensure social distance. Edit: To add to this, it’s been 3 months since I posted and still no call or action from the hospital. Guys, please be careful before going there. A strong no-no.

My mum visited this hospital for a problem with her hands and was seen by Dr Prof Robert Heirner, Hand surgeon. It was a great experience. The professor was amazing in his approach- discrete, respectful and professional. The staff were also very helpful and prompt in their behaviour. I was referred to this hospital by my good friend, Mr Shadab and I am very thankful to him. A feedback that I would give is that perhaps the hospital would benefit from the presence of a podiatrist to help the myriad of patients with diabetic neuropathy and osteoarthritis. The PCR testing whole staff are too slow. They are unable to handle appointments. And their scanner & ticket printer are always faulty whenever I went there, still the staffs are juggling with faulty systems and devices. Making the people to wait for long time. Further more even having confirmed appointment they are not giving parking as well. The security always denying to park vehicle in hospital parking. Once or twice it can be understood but alwaysssss. The same experience no improvement at all. Strongly not recommended. Better go to other clinics or hospital.

Really friendly and helpful staff here. I had a change in my insurance and they were very patient in re submitting forms. I highly recommend Dr Prem Charles, excellent doctor for your ortho needs. Also the physio therapist Mr: Mohamed Nadeem really did wonders for my painful arm situation. They have valet parking available or you can self park in their basement. There is a Starbucks as well on the ground level if you have a waiting period.

Very good hospital with high quality health care services. The hospital building is multi storey with underground parking. There are a wide range of orthopaedic services besides other health care and emergency department. I have done my treatment with Dr. Ahmed Essa, he was such a professional orthopaedist and very kind person, he also tried his best to provide discounts when you don't have an insurance. Actually the hospital is very expensive.

One of the worst i have ever experienced. I have been to hospitals in Thailand,Egypt, germany, India, uk, usa, and qatar but never experience such management and nursing services. Think million times before you need to be hospitalized. I am escorting my mother i have been waiting for two hours for a bed sheet Nd they told told me they have only 4 and they are not clean!! The room has insect flying !! I have complained but nothing has changed since first admission for my mother 3 months ago. The only reason we came back to this punishment hospital is Dr Alaa which i pray every day he found another job in another hospital soon - inshalla-

I would like to thank Dr. Alaaeldin Talaat for treating my neck and lower back pain particularly when I had my facet injection in the lower back November last year as it was painless and effective procedure. I’m pain free untill now and hopefully it will last longer till next year. Also, to the nurses and receptionists esp. to Mary & Husam who were very professional & helpful from the start till end of my consultation. Therefore, I recommended this hospital to my 2 friends who also consulted Dr. Alaa and had the same spine health issues like me. I am totally satisfied with Adam Vital hospital. The way they care for patient improvement is Awesome. Dr. Prem Charles one of the best doctor I have ever seen. Very polite and explanatory. I was not able to walk due to ligament tear and patella dislocation even after 1.5 months. But Dr. Prem gave confidence and good treatment. I must say about Dr. Atosa Erfan my physiotherapist, she is wonderful. Kind and her magical treatment made me to walk in 2nd session itself. Thanks to both of them. This laboratory has been chosen by the airline Etihad as the reference in Dubai for processing PCR tests for mandatory test for travelers. If you want some advice don't use it !! despite having followed all their indications, even anticipating the sampling time by 2 hours and despite having spent the whole day soliciting the result of the swab, the result did not arrive in time and we were denied boarding on Etihad Airways with the result that we had to stay in Abu Dhabi for another night at our expense, we had to do a new tampon at our expense, pay an expensive penalty ticket for changing the plane and a whole series of further expenses at our charge (Taxi, etc etc). One tip, don't trust this UNRELIABLE hospital Post message: they write that they will call you to appear attentive to the customer, but in reality they did not do it after more than 20 days of waiting. Did a PCR test around 1200 am on the 8th Feb and got the results same day around 12 noon (12hours) very satisfied. Take your PCR test usually 48 hours prior to your departure TIME and will get your results 12-24 hours by email. Same as most other places 150 AED = $40 Definitely recommend this place. Also if you don’t receive your results with 24 hours go back and they will help you. Staff are all professional and have a nice attitude.

Dr. Atosa Erfan is the best Physiotherapist I have ever visited, very professional, skilled, punctual and kind . Her needle style is very helpful I felt improvement with my lower back disc just after few visits. She is really know what to do …. I would highly recommendation for her

I had five sessions of physiotherapy approved in the Garhoud branch. For some reason, I was able to attend only two sessions. The staff said they needed to apply for approval again since I've completed a month since getting my initial go from the insurance. It's been two weeks already waiting for a call from them to book my remaining sessions. They can't understand that this is post-surgery therapy. Everything in this hospital is so slow and chaotic. They easily throw the blame on each other. Excluding doctors, everybody else doesn't know what they are doing. I feel pity for their doctors as they deserve a better place based on their qualities to work. Please make sure to have plenty of free time, ready to get wasted when you deal with Adam Vital Hospital. You can easily spend hours just waiting for silly stuff to be done.

My PCR result was released within 24 hours as promised by the friendly front office staff. The nurses conducted the test professionally. I received my report via email. Inspite of the rush the hospital team was able to manage the situation. Kudos to the team. Thank you!!

I had a labral hip tear and Dr Ossama Abdallah conducted keyhole surgery. I had never been to Adam Vital Hospital, but when I googled best hip doctor, Ossama’s name was at the top. The surgery was very successful, and I am extremely pleased with not only the results, but the pre care they provided me with. From my initial meeting with Dr Abdallah to now (for hip reviews), I have been extremely happy with the care and understand he has shown me. If I had any other musculoskeletal issues Adam Vital would be my first port of call. The post care I experienced was amazing. I have had five physiotherapy sessions so far with Dorota illona Ochel Bielak. I have had physiotherapy in the past and honestly not seen much progress from it. However, Dorota took it very gently and not only helped build the strength back with my hip, but gave me confidence and assurance to continue with the physio at home as per her instructions. She is a really friendly person, so it is easy to spend time with her.

Great experience as a first timer. The services that I receive was excellent. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you and I never was made to wait. Special thanks to Sana who went the length to make sure all is well.

Had a nice experience wih the staff a while back from ER when I went in abruptly during a work day with a fever and body pain. I was quite tired and the staff made sure that I recovered well before I left for home and even took time to check back via phone once I left if I reached safe and was feeling better. Full marks to the team for the care and caution.

Dr Amr Elyamani is a good doctor, and gave me good surgery I am able to walk on my own, and other doctors that checking on me. I would have given 1000 starts to the service provided by Dr. Prem Charles and Physio Dr. Nadeem for my speedy recovery. I had an ACL ligament tear with meniscus damage and had to go through surgery, it was Dr. Prem who had given his service. He was so professional and polite and always showered positive energy. I have hardly consulted him for the last 3 months and have made a good friend in this shot period. Before my surgery I had many friends who recommend Dr. Prem, and knowing him in personal, I know why people recommend him. I’m so great full and thankful to you doctor. I also want to thank Dr. Nadeem from physiotherapy who served me during my 5 sessions of physiotherapy at Adam Vital Hospital. He was so kind and encouraging during the sessions and believe me or not I had a speedy recovery. I could walk normal and ease just in 2 months’ time. I was told by other doctors it will take minimum 3 months for recovery and to walk normal, I proved them wrong with the help of Dr. Prem and Dr. Nadeem. Once again heartfelt thanks. Highly recommend both of them and will share my experience with my friends in need.

This hospital is not worth the money or the time. I promise you are better off elsewhere. I have been to many hospitals here in dubai and I am from the UK and I can say this is the worst experience I have ever had. They were extremely dodgy with the billing. Never clear about costs and expectations. They had no structure almost as if they were just only figuring out how to actually RUN a hospital! The huge price tags they slap on with their white paint is not enough to distract people from the poorly run service here. We were here all day awhile they inconvenienced my disabled dad. I gave a 1 star rating just so I can give this review. People do your research! Be careful and you can definitely get something better elsewhere! Dubai is filled with many more reputable and trustworthy hospitals! Dubai is good this hospital is bad! Edit: Adam vital hospital is actually willing to improve patient experience which is the most impressive thing for me. Back for a follow up and even with different staffs on duty who didn’t know us from before you could see they had quickly investigated and implemented systems to improve communication. Many hospitals would ignore your complaints but adam hospital was very proactive and I do appreciate it. Great job! Great equipments and staff are constantly being trained to provide the best service. I personally would like to recommend and thank the cardio and Neuro departments here especially Dr Tamer and Dr Tareq with their 5 star service. They made us come back because you really can’t find such skilled specialists anywhere in dubai I’ll be very honest.

As a patient doctors should wear proper uniform, name tags, (not jeans and shirt). Extremely disappointed with overall service, especially From Dr NAZIM who said over phone, “I don’t care what marketing offers to do” “go do whatever u want”. On each every small or big hospital they do provide water with dispenser unfortunately in Adam Vital only 1 for entire floor.

On the 24th of February 2022, I had sustained a horrible injury to my leg and ankle while in training, getting ready for a karate competition in a month's time, which would mark my debut as an amateur karateka. When I arrived at Adam Vital, I was hoping for the best news, which would be that it's just a sprain and would heal in no time. Unfortunately that wasn't that case. I was informed that I had broken my leg, and torn multiple ligaments in my ankle. They told me that I'd have to go in for surgery as well, and heal for almost a year. Luckily for me, I had the best team of doctors supporting me every step of the way. The amazing Dr. Osama Abdullah, who lead the surgery on my leg. The greatest of the greats, Dr. Amr El Yamani, who I followed up with an recommended I take physiotherapy with the best of all physiotherapists, Dr. Hazel Marie. After a year of healing, sessions, and hard work, I was told that I could finally re-participate in my competitions! January 28th marks the day of my return, where I set off flying, achieving 2 golds, and a silver medal off the bat. I was having some joint and bone-related issues and Dr. Ossama Abdallah did a superb job with exceptional care. He is absolutely thorough and ensured to reach to the bottom of the case. His diagnosis and care is beyond words. I have not come across such level of kindness, reassurance and patience which every child needs. The personal touch that Dr. Ossama gives to the patients especially to the younger ones, laughing, joking and encouraging us, takes all the stress away. He would personally follow-up on each and every management step and ensures that the whole process goes smooth. Emergency reception is slow. Only 1 guy in the reception. Guy was good but couldn't handle the appointments. Our appointment for PCR test was at 11. 00 am, we came at 10.30 am. Actual PCR test was done at 11.30 am!

I am trying to contact the hospital to book an appointment to my dad no answer i stayed on line for 7 minutes 4 times ,but still the same nobody answer me so i decided to send them an e mail to request for an appointment they call me hours later saying that i should contact nad alhamar branch cause the cant arrange an appointment for me so i asked them to contact the other branch and recontact me but nothing happens i send an email still no respond i did the a live chatting and still they officer never appears i waited for 15 minutes . i am so disappointed DR.Adam will leave and no one cares to call back or to respond my e mail.

Great Physiotherapy Department , especially Mohamed Nadeem has been supportive through out the therapy. Calm and patient and is able to guide through the entire process until recovery . He is capable of understanding the underlying condition and recommends only what is needed .

We got a very good after care at the hotel, nurses and physiotherapy team were sent to the hotel to do check ups daily for some time. They were professionally working with discipline. DR. I had an appointment at Adam vital hospital and waited for 40 minutes, only to be informed that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor had left for a meeting. This lack of consideration for patients' time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hospital's organization and respect for patient care."

I was in pain for the last 8 years and I visited many places, undergone and received endless medications, injections, MRIs and false diagnosis. but that was all till I met Dr. Osama Abdullah for a second opinion. He diagnosed my condition from a brief glimpse at my x ray and careful listening to my long standing complaint. and still he did not rush for surgery and he tried giving me an injection to see if I may show any improvement. He ordered the right investigation MRI hip arthrography and I received a correct diagnosis finally and eventually I had the surgery at my left hip. I am still recovering but I feel improvement already. He has the expertise to perform a key hole hip arthroscopy procedures and he is a truly ethical and a very thorough person. I had severe neck pain due to disc prolapse with numbness. I saw Dr Elias and he was so patient and walked me through the diagnosis and possible treatments. He recommended sessions of physio for a trial and i started my physiotherapy with Melissa. Melissa was so empathic helped with alleviating my anxiety, made sure i was always comfortable with every session while working her magic. I am so pleased i chose Adam Vital for my treatment.
