To be sincere about my experience with ibn sina, gynaecology department, it was a bad and frustrating experience. Just a waste of money on doctor appointments, though the tests i was made to do, they were at least good for my own knowledge but the doctor consultation was a total waste of money. She asks you to come back on a date when your 7 days free consultation expires. I was more satisfied before the treatment with gynaecologist here but now i feel frustrated about my condition.

The most terrible service ever! Anybody with an avg to good insurance surely wouldn't go back here…i only came to see Dr Geetha Varghese as she is considered really experienced in the field. The nurses were angry, impolite and arrogant… Only good thing here is few front office desk ppl who behaved well… Rest alll is absolute disaster

Worst hospital with the only intention of business. Some Malayali nurses r there, who will surely discriminate you, a low class & high class. (I had an image of a nurse as an angel, it has changed to devil). Shame on them. Above all, If u have extra bucks nd insurence card , They will squeeze it nd return it. ( this is my first review, only bcz, i suffered a lot from there than my sickness)

A very unfortunate experience visiting Ms.Geeta Varghese..Rather than caring or focusing on patient's health,she was more into doing all the test covered under the insurance may be her aim is to fill her pocket only...went with hope but came back crying and with extreme mental pressure...We asked for travel consent letter but forcefully we're asked to do the delivery here or else you can consult another doctor..this was her attitude..She made me to do usg at 7th month starting which my other doctor told it should be done only before travel..A pregnant women needs care and words that calms and relaxes her but this was very pathetic situation and I recommend noone to consult her even if the front desk offers you an appointment with her..kindly reject.. I could see so many negative comments about the same doctor but still why the authorities aren't taking required action or try to change the way she is doing now..Be gentle with the patient's rather than making the situation worser than before..

Horrible experience at the GYN, poor management of patient traffic. Kept us waiting for more than 4 hrs for consultation past lunch hour without notifying of the waiting time. No use of booking appointments in advance. Management minting money from over booking, even for report reviews.

Posting my wife's experience: Had very bad experience consulting Ms. Geetha. She is every example of how a doctor should not be. I read a few bad remarks about her from other patients as well.. She came across very rude and unempathetic. She Wasn’t a least bit interested about elaborating on the diagnosis and I had to keep pushing her to speak out “precious pearls” from her mouth. My husband who was worried about my unfathomable heavy bleeding that lasted for 20 days had a few questions to ask her as well. When he began asking doubts, she brushed him away as if she didn’t care. She didn’t care about the patients or (me) let alone the patients’ husbands. She had the scan report of which she didn’t discuss the entire diagnosis to me and may be this is the reason why people resort to googling their symptoms and diagnosis online. She never mentioned about one diagnosis in the report and I had to ask her about it that side, and to my dismay she responded “first you treat this, then comes that” blankly. As a medical professional, I wonder what kind of “ill-treatment” all her patients had been receiving (if this is the case with all, that is). She was reluctant to reason out the possibilities of my symptoms and relied to my every query as “may be”. I wished she had used more than three words while talking to her patient. I was appalled at her lack of empathy, rudeness and unethical behaviour from such a professional. I could even sense the anxiety and tension in the eyes of the nurse working under her. She too lacked the ethics of her profession and treated me like some random woman who came for a free consultation. I had complained about my heavy bleeding while waiting for over an hour, still she failed to show a least bit concern(she could have asked me to atleast go home as there were lot of patients who had appointment, I was waiting for my walk in). I had to return home to my baby, so tired and dehydrated. As far as I came to learn, the clinic had been receiving lot of negative remarks from unsatisfied patients in terms of service and cooperation. If you could improve based on the remarks from people, well and good. Thank you so much

I have had the worst experience with the gynecologist Dr Fausiya. Her service was really bad. She does not even ask the patient to sit down and discuss. I had to keep asking her questions, is this okay or not okay, please tell me about this more. She showed zero interest. She was only worried about taking the consultation fee, ultrasound fee, prescribing the medicine not even giving clear instruction about the medicines and she even said we have other patients as well, please hurry up.

Almost all Dr's are available here. Radiologist, pediatrician, ophthalmologist, ent, Gynecologist ,GP . I went to Ent Dr for my daughter. Good service. Parking bit difficult in this area. Appointment can be taken through toll free number to avoid waiting.

The minimum waiting time to reach reception is 1hr. Very slow the patient registration process. Only one staff is handling in 2nd floor most of the days. He is trying to do his level best. Management should look into the matter and take necessary actions to avoid the delay in receptions as patients are coming to the hospital due to the sickness, and they can't wait more due to their health conditions. The rest of the things are feeling good, and treatment is also good.

The best thing about Ibinsina medical center is they have almost all specialities.The patients who have low insurance networks can consult Doctors in Ibinsina. They have a good number of patients everyday because of this. Honestly, people's who are not thinking that VVIPs can go to this Medical centre.

Very bad experience. I called to book an appointment and when I went there they told me I don’t have one. I had to wait 2 hours and still they didn’t let me in. left without getting checked by the doctor because I was too ill to wait more. specially that the environment is so uncomfortable The hospital is not clean. No social distancing. Definitely not organized. So tight and crowded.

The clinic is doing well with hard working doctors and Patient relations executives; always doing their best to serve patients. Prices are readily affordable and basic insurance policies accepted which explains why the clinic is always busy. Overall I believe they are doing the best they can and patients can also cooperate with the members of staff to ensure smooth flow of operations. Keep up the good work Ibinsina medical center 😊

Very Poor reception and management, you don't know how to schedule your patient properly. We came early and was assisted last! The token you have is very much useless as you cannot even know who came first for that doctor. You have to wait minimum 2hours to be assisted! Very bad experience specially if your bringing your kids.

Recently visited gynaecology department of Ibin Sina for a check up for my wife. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. Dr. Malini & the staff at the reception department were polite, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this medical centre to anyone looking for something similar services.

I wish there was an option of negative stars.. its been years i have been coming to this stupid clinic again and again and again and again!! And eveytime on the counter after taking my id they ask have you come here before? Wow!! No one knows the system on reception!! You want a referrel by mistake? Then they will make a toy out of you and would just tell u go here go there when u open file at floor 1 for gynae they send u for gp at 3rd with your pregnent wife and then after 1 hour wait they wiuld ask you to go back to first floor insurance and by that time your appointment time is finished!! Wow!! I dont want to compare you with name but there are other clinics in ajman who handle this approvals and all seamlessly because their aim is to provide best service not to just ruin your whole day!! We are not free to spend hours n hours here waiting for your stupid system to work!! I hope this clinic gets closed so no one would ever go through this suffering k

I recently visited “ Ibin Sina “for my child's eye appointment. The ophthalmology department impressed with a satisfactory approach, and the consultation fees were reasonable compared to other clinics. However, finding parking was challenging. Overall, positive experience with some room for improvement in parking convenience.

I visited with my wife at Ibn Sina Medical Center Ajman on 20th Nov 2021 for a PCR test for traveling. I follow up for the report next day 21st Nov 2021 at 2:00 PM and after every hour. They told me to wait half an hour for the report that said that there was a problem with their system. At around 8:35 they confirmed through a call that they will refund my ticket if I don't get the report. Then I went to Thumbay lab to do a PCR test through express service and got the result in 3 hours because our flight was on 2-00 AM 22nd Nov 2021. Even after I did not get the report from their side. Yesterday they shared the report with me where it is clearly mentioned that the report was not verified till 12:00 AM 22nd Nov 2021 and even I did not get the report after that. I followed up my refund with Ibn Sina lab and now they are telling me to bring 4 people for the corona test and you will get your refund. From where I can bring the corona patient for my refund.

The moment you enter this clinic, you get treated like a Government hospital of some 3rd world country. The doctors and nurses are busy with their own chit chats and patients are let to take care of themselves. Patients get cured even before them meet any doctor since the waiting time is endless.

I had visited this clinic yesterday ,with all reviews I had seen here but need to change all opinions now They are too much busy because this clinic is the one accepting all insurances which are basic so needed more time for approvals, so the staffs over there understand me the situation and said once approval get they will call and got a cal from them exactly as they said So didn’t wasted my time there, One suggestion is that change the lift in ibinsina And the other is about the pharmacy they are not slow they are working hard for their customers and thats what we cant say any bad for them because they are helping their customers So hoping all things should managed appropriately and conveniently

Worst experience foe the 2nd time. My TODDLER was prescribed ANTIBIOTICS without even getting the blood test results. My baby’s illness was VIRAL and not bacterial . Due to wrong medication my daughter got rashes all over her body. We REGRET going ibn sina ajman!

Poor management of patient traffic resulting in overbooking. Rude, inefficient nurse at the OB/GYN. Pointless appointment token system. Uselessly book in advance then wait whole day for consultation since nurse calls in patients randomly. Many waiting since morning past lunch hour for consultation for no good reason on the one holiday everyone gets. Full day gone waste because of this.

Unprofessional service. Found out they had given same appointment time to 3 people along with me. So had to wait 45 mins for my turn. The opthalmologist I saw was unprofessional just the same. She was clearly tired and wrapped up my turn in 5 mins with no exact result. When I asked about what was causing my problem she didn't even answer. She just handed over prescription for eye drops and asked next patient to come in. Waste of 120dhs. And for this attitude. Not recommended to anyone.

Day by day this clinic marching towards downwards. though doctors and treatment are extremely well, their service to patients are worst. If you gone there for opening file itself need 1 hour, after that there's nontoken system to meet doctor, after consultation if you have any injection or drips you might lose your temper. That kind of lagging irresponsible staffs are ruling thos clinic.

There tag line says always there to care, but it should be “ always there to loot”. Pathetic people disgusted staff, rude behaviour and what not. Only entertain specific people of their creed and caste. Others are just made suffer if you don’t speak language of theirs. Unprofessional doctor Malini, she made my wife cry by giving all negative feedback which my wife did never had and when I found on the prescription she wrote something which mu wife didn’t even mention at all , how come she concluded without any investigation. Worst people ever. Assistant namely Malu didn’t even bother to ask us if we have to see a doctor we were waiting but she kept on sending people of her choice and when I asked the way she got angry I was shocked and trust me I took my file and left without any investigation further. Because it was clear cut how horrible these people can be later. My gentle advice if you want to get better don’t go Ibin Sina to suffer more. There are lot better clinics around. very long line and also takes alot of time to take to the doctor. very slow process. back in 2020, my brother had extreme abdominal pain and was crying but the doctor was too slow and didnt show much mercy, my brother was fighting for his life, he was in very critical condition, appendix related condition. then after 4 hours f check up and stuff at almost midnight they sent us to amina hospital where the doctor was way better but eneded up doing his surgery in qasimi hospital

In my 8 years of UAE life i have never experienced this kind of overwhelming experience from any other clinics.. Starting from front office, even though they have to do double registration for insurance patient they are doing it very fastly... They are the best in town.Staffs are very friendly and very kind.. They are very down to earth. Almost all the basic and high end insurances are accepted there..so it is affordable for everyone... Affordable price is the main attraction... . . I strongly recommend.

ZERO customer service, unprofessional staff, after booking a schedule with the Doctor had to wait for an Hour & half, A pregnant lady in front of yelled at them and took her money back and left the clinic after waiting for more than 2 Hours. And They FORCE you to do the TESTS from selected Labs and threatens you if you did it for some where else they wouldn't see you. THIS MEDICAL CENTER NEED TO BE SHUT ....ASAP

I am not giving them 5 stars because they have any five star excellence in setup or facility.So WANNABE VIP's beware and kindly ignore my review.VIP's please proceed to other places. I am extremely happy with their down to earth economically priced services in a world of earth shattering medical cutthroat marketplace. I could do any test in their clinic without fear of them tearing through my bank account. I could see a doctor there for almost one fifth the cost of other hospitals. So for me they are five star. Also kindly do know, they are economical, so that much number of people will be available visiting Ibn Sina. Also do expect subsequent delays in procedure due to the amount of visitors .

Improper staff communication... my son wasn't feeling well so called ibn Sina clinic the Customer service said the doctor is available from this time to that time and when we went up there receptionist said the doctor is on vacation.. waste of time and money... plz have proper discussion within... The service that I receive from this medical center is excellent. And am very thankful to Dr. Balaji Krishnamoorthy (Physiotherapist).He is very professional and did a great job with my battle with Bels palsy. He explain me very clearly about this condition and treat me well as well as guide me properly regarding the exercises to follow. And am almost cured well now ,everything is back to normal thank god and him as well. Thanks a lot Doctor.

I just visited Ibin Sina Medical Center with my husband who had a cut on his finger for dressing of his hand as the doctor who checked him last Sunday told us to come after 5 days which is today Friday. We got to the premises and the lady at the front told us the doctor is not working today which is so unfair I had to cancel my work today and come with my husband for checkup as his medicine is also completely finished and his hand is going to be bandaid for 6 days tomorrow as they asked us to come which I have no idea if it’s going to be infected. Usually there is delay in consulting the doctor till getting medicine from the pharmacy, maybe because of the rush. But one thing I noticed that the insurance section lady staff in 3rd floor, her way of handling patients, interaction with them and quick assistance which is highly appreciated.

Sujanaina at front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and compassionate. She ensured right from registration to Dr consultation everything went smoothly.
