Modern Clinic, Abu Shagara Shagara branch has a very pleasant hospital atmosphere, having a friendly and caring Doctors and Staffs. Very hygienic hospital and stress free ambiance. I had high regards with Dr. Safarulla Khan having very pleasant professionalism and very informative. While Doctora Peer was soft spoken and kind as well. However I spoiled the initial prescribed medicine. It was not practical that I purchased the whole month tablets. Only to find out that was not the proper medicine after releasing my lab test. Jayaram Illikkal Best Doctor we have come across in UAE after visiting many other branded hospitals. We had visited Dr. Jayaram for my daughter, usually my Daughter who is 1.5 years never ever gets comfartble with Doctors and would be crying. He took very good care in all the detailing while we say without any impatience and didn't prescribe any unwanted medicines or test as well. I think these kind of Doctors are required when others consider this profession just as money making business.

I visited Modern Clinic with a severe toothache, hence, for extraction of my wisdom tooth. It was really nice experience from the day one. I was consulted by Dr. Huma, she got an excellent attitude and patient care skills. They followed up on my progress, providing clear instructions until I fully recovered. Also, they processed the insurance on time, ensuring only necessary procedures were carried out, relieving me of any worries about claim approval.

A good clinic with a diverse panel of doctors. I always visit the clinic for any illnesses or medical issues. Recently I got Root Canal procedure done on my right lower jaw molar at the clinic by Dr.Huma. She was very proficient and performed the procedure with minimal pain and fuss to me. I appreciate her informing me about what she was doing and regularly checking if I was in discomfort during the sittings. The complete procedure was done at very reasonable cost and to my satisfaction. I would recommend the clinic and Dr. Huma to people looking to get dental work done.

Four days back 15th November became a game changer in my life. I went there only for the lab tests but for the approval I had to visit Dr.Rahmana, I just casually discussed my multiple issues with her and told her that Im suffering from 10 years and real fed up of my life. She started my treatment and today only after 2 days im feeling better and very hopeful also.The best thing I liked about her is that she personally contacted me the same night and motivated me to start treatment, although I was thinking to drag it and start it later, but just because of her motivation, I started it the same night and now feeling better also. Really appreciate her and the cooperative nurses and female staff over there.

I came to visit Dr. Fatima Hanan on 30th Jan 2024 at 5 P.M. and the receptionist asked me to wait as she told me that doctor will start her duty by 5.30. I waited till 5.30 pm and since no one called me then I approach the receptionist and then she said that she will call me. By that time she already registered the patient and she gave me the second token. If you are not able to provide the token on time, then please note down the patient details and call the patients based on the visit time. I believe the management will look into this and attaching the token here. Also the receptionist was not on uniform and I believe that she is new and she accompanied by a senior staff as that staff was on uniform. It's not fare and please respect the patients time.

Fist time I've visited Modern Clinic was back in July 2023 when I fell down the stairs and suffered some injuries. The second time was just this last Saturday when I had to be checked and cured for my tonsilitis. Nothing was changed on these 2 occasions, from the smiling faces of the receptionists, the accommodating and knowledgeable staff nurses, cashiers and cleaning staff. Worst clinic, i was injured by a nail in my foot and what they did is sooo unprofessional. The GP did open my wound but don't know what he was doing at all,beelds out too much he did make a big hole and did not stich it, the out of anger inwent to prime medical and they told me this GP did a big mistake by letting the wound open, they also unable to stich it because of how they cut tje wound. Good thing prime medical abu shagara helped me cleaned the wound properly.

We recently moved from the UK to UAE . Wasn’t sure where to go for dental treatment. A family friend recommended Dr. Huma Chander in this clinic. She was exceptional, professional and knew what she was doing and saying. Answered all the questions very well and I received top notch dental treatment. In fact, better than I received for years in London from my family dentist. Rates are affordable too for private treatment. Conclusion, Dr. Huma Chander would be our family dentist here in the UAE. HIGHLY Recommended.

I had to consult Dr. Fouzul (dentist). After an initial consultation 4 days ago, I was advised to get some fillings done. This was done today and the experience was frankly the best "dental experience" I have had so far. The treatment was absolutely painless, quick and very efficient. I was in and out of the clinic in literally 20 minutes. Dr. Fouzul is a no-nonsense doctor and explains the issue and treatment very well and clearly. He does not recommended unnecessary procedures. Modern Clinic is cheaper than other "chain" clinics but their standard of service is the same or better. Staff is quick, polite and efficient. Thank you for the care!

I went there last week for regular checkup. Nurse Siji attended me there. She was very friendly and took care of me like a big brother. She was very patient friendly and understood the pain of each and every patient. I didn't at all feel the pain when she pricked me to take blood for regular checkup. She is very talented and well experienced. She is really an asset for the organization. I must really appreciate her good work!! The waiting time also was very less over there. The doctor there Dr. Azim also was very good and given good treatment.

I would rate my experience with Modern Clinic as truly 5 star. The Clinic is in a central location in Sharjah and is always clean and tidy with good ambience. The Filipino Receptionist remembers your phone number and opens your file without even having to mention your number. She recognises you on phone when you call and attends to politely and patiently. The nursing staff greet you well and are friendly. Dr. Mridula who treated us has been truly professional, kind, friendly and always available to us when we call the Clinic for help or advice. I have not come across a doctor in the UAE who is more concerned about her patient than the patient himself. It's a pretty busy clinic, and their biggest drawback is the lack of a proper appointment system, you need to wait helplessly for at least an hour to see a doctor,, this is especially painful once you visit them with some serious conditions. However I would like to specifically mention Dr.Safarullah Khan who is extremely friendly and helpful understanding the patients, the nurses are caring too. Nevertheless I'm sceptical if I would ever visit them thinking of the long wait every time I go there.

The dental service is poor. We have to come back three times and still with no use. We went to a better dentist just to resolve our concern. The operations manager, Vetrikondan T, was not helpful, is very rude, walks away when being talked to, and calls our personal phone number to threaten and hanged up in the middle of the conversation. He is very unprofessional and should be removed from the clinic IMMEDIATELY. Taking a patient's clinical records for his self interest is alarming and illegal. He is a threat to the patients and the clinic's good name.
