I presented myself at MEDCARE with severe influenza and no voice. Dr. Dana Jada was so dismissive and refused to give me any medicine but said I can give you 2 days sick off. I said how am I supposed to get better without any medicine? She said I can’t give you anything you are allergic to NSIDS in your record my Aunt said their isn’t different medicine? She said I don’t know what allergies you have I am not going to give you any medicine let’s get this over. A good doctor will ask questions like what allergies you have to see. Even if she doesn’t know there is a way to talk to people that isn’t RUDE. Absolutely awful treatment and I will be taking this matter forward. I ended up going to medclinic where a wonderful doctor asked me all the necessary questions and explained many things about my sickness he carried out tests and all the necessary medicine he even called the next day to see how I was if the medicine was effective. That is what you call a REAL doctor and not this poor excuse of one that I experienced in MEDCARE

It was my first time to visit this medical center. I had an appointment with Dr Rania. She is officially my dentist. I finally found an excellent dentist to entrust her on my teeth. They are also on time when it comes to appointments, although it took me a week to get an appointment. But finally I have no pain. Thank you Dr Rania and thanks for the professional service.

Dr Michael Atteya is the best Pediatrician we've seen here in Dubai, he is absolutely fantastic, meticulous and immensely knowledgeable; he does not give unnecessary medications and treatment like many other doctors, his attitude and the way he conduct himself showing that he is very passionate to what he is doing. I am very satisfied with my physio and with the treatment I have received by dr Soumya one of the best in this field, she is very approachable and helpful am feeling day by day much better with her physiotherapy Extremely helpful . I normally like going to MEDCARE, however in this circumstance I was left feeling kind of discriminated and thought I would add a review. I am not going to mention names (as thats not who I am) however, I dont think its right to refuse to meet a patient in your office and direct them to wait in another doctors office - ofcourse everyone who comes to the hospital is sick - so exactly what is the reason for not wanting me to enter your office? and by the way this is not the first time this has happened to me at Medcare Rashidiya for consultation.

If you have less than one Star I will give Worst experince ever, no one care they let me wait for 35 min. To check if my insurance covered or not then when I asked again they said still they are checking, suddenly my Emirates ID was on table they did nothing whenever you go it will not take 5 min to check they thing we came from jungle or what Even so they were not busy but they were working on some documents you feel like you are going to them for free I arrived 10 min before my appointment but no one show respect at all, even when I asked him to give me my ID I don't want waste more time he did not bother to say anything just return it back like he was happy I'm leaving If you can't serve your patients then don't waste their time and take appointment Even when they called me to confirm my appointment I asked them to check if I'm covered or not she got my Emirates ID number and never call me back even so she promised to call me back So, I left and don't know till now if I'm covered or not I will raise this to my insurance company also and in social media Like no one care Never ever come back again

Only giving one star because can’t give zero. Terrible service provided from them! Spent more than 10 days trying to book an exam as simple as a ultrasound for soft tissue because the attendants don’t return the call and each of the many times I called their call center for appointments they couldn’t do it and couldn’t get in touch with the sector in the hospital. They also don’t reply e-mails, none of the many emails I’ve sent. I’m frustrated for having wasted my time with this place, but relieved to get to know how bad it is now, at the beginning, instead of when I was going to do a possible surgery there. If you can, avoid it!

Medcare Al Rashidya branch is very clean and organised. They have professional staff. I tried 3 times and each time I was satisfied. Also they gave me a warm welcome from the front reception guy. Special thanks to Ibrahim Askar, the front reception guy who met me in a nice way and he completed my registration quickly and professionally.

At the time of my visit there were 3 people seating in the cabin 2 are Arabic speakers. All of them are attentive to the customers but the service is very slow as if they have so much backlog. I suggest to new clients/customers to call the hotline number first before booking your appointment and ask the staff about the least busy timings. I came 15 mins. before my appointment time and I was meet by my doctor after 45 mins. Bookings through WhatsApp is available but no integration in there system, as customer care staff asked me again about my details in person. The nurse call me to remind my appointment but didn't know I was already in the reception area waiting to meet the doctor. The current system in placed are not working as too many people waiting at the reception area and crying for their appointment all were exposed with each other and no social distancing were followed. I suggest to have a separate reception cabin to manage new clients or allocated for PCR test only. Use a token system with large screen monitors in front of reception to let everyone know about their slot number to avoid congestion on the area. To the management if customer feedback is important to you, you will find a way to address the issue. If not, you'll find an excuse.

It was amazing to visit and meet Dr. Marwa Gaafar the most excellent doctor that I have ever seen very well educated, An excellent service and environment with friendly staff thank you so much I do highly recommend

Had a really bad experience at the reception counter. I even tried to leave feedback using their portal and it doesn’t allow me to do so. Their systems are cumbersome and they make things quite difficult

I had the worst experience with this medical center I had appointment for 4:30 pm and I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes and they told me I have to wait another 15 minute because there is another person waiting. No respect for appointments at all, I don't recommend them at all.

They clinic doing by them self 5 stars there is nothing for 5 star. I have such bad experience with them. They don’t answer call they don’t send results of test on time. You have to run and plus they don’t care you sick or no. Only west of money.

Amazing doctors with great treatment specially with the asthmatic.

I came to Medcare with disc dislocation on my neck. After 10 sessions of physiotherapy, my condition has improved a lot. I use to have difficulties in even getting up from bed or sitting down but non of that has re-occurring now. I would like to recommend especially Dr. Soumya Anto at Medcare Rasidhiya. Not only that she has been patient in giving treatments to me but also she taught me a couple of exercises that I can do daily. She has somehow fix my shoulder posture while treating my neck dislocation. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I visited there 2 days back - not happy with the way they deal at reception it was bit unwelcoming - like someone does favor for free. The nurses also were very scared like they already know without test that I have Corona and will give to them even from 2 meters away - moreover the Lab result is also delayed for sample taken 2 days back and till now I do not recieved my report ! May be I was exception but I guess they are nice for Locals & high profiles only

Medcare is a high level medical service Centers I always appreciate their hospitality, cooperation I’d like to especially thank Dr. Soumya, for her knowledge, and professionalism during the physiotherapy sessions.

Dr.Michael Atteya was a great help for both of my kids, normally my kids don't like doctors but he was so friendly with them. On another note, i have always suffered from doctors prescribe a lot of medicines ( just in case), which was so exhausting for their little bodies, but Dr.Michael gave us what's really needed for my kids' cases and it was so efficient. Thank you Dr.Michael for being so helpful.
