Worst hotel experience in we had. Very poor sanitation, when we entered the room there are too much flies and cockroaches! The floor is so sticky and room stinks! The worst of them all there is a broken pieces of glass on the floor!!! I have a 2 yr old baby who might me get glass cut!!! You should avoid this hotel at all cost. It's a horor experience to us. Don't let it happen to your family as well. I just prayed they will fix all of there issues. From staffs, maintenance and facilities. Everything! God bless.

This was the worst experience I have tried ever in my life , booking was a family with 2 children. I have reported an AC problem and have no action at early morning. After that they shifted me at afternoon time to another apartment, guess what ? No ac too it is hot . Settings was 18 c but actual temperature about 30 .. we suffered for the 2 nights .. staff can’t refund you or do anything. I would highly suggest you to not even book there please. This is really annoying from their management!!

The location is convenient, near the main road in Ajman. Front Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We were checked in by Abdulaziz. Overally, not such a bad place. My kids really enjoyed and that's what matters. My son wants to visit the other Ewan hotel in Ajman as well....

Month before i booked, i asked the reservation team that we are coming from abu dhabi and requested to have early check in as we have exam in Gulf Medical University the next day, which they agreed at 1pm we can check in. However, we arrived at 2:30pm expecting that the room is ready as we need ti take a rest for the next day exam. But then, room still not ready, we still have to wait for another 30mins as per the receptionist even though i told them that we have an early check in booking. Still they cant do anything about it. Finally we checked-in in 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette, but upon entering the room, smell was so disgusting, microwave smells burnt, fridge wasn’t turned on very smelly, garbage bin was so smelly like rotten eggs, and there wasn’t utensils and kitchenware for us to cook food. Their reason was, it wasnt allowed to cook when pandemic started. But upon booking, kitchenette was there and never mentioned about cant use it. We even stopped by the grocery store to buy things we needed as need comfortable and peaceful during our stay in preparation of our exam. We then asked them to give us atleast pan and pot, they said they can provide us but old one, we didnt expect how it was till we received them, the paints of the kitcherware were gone and so sticky. We ended up not cooking as we dont want go get sick during our exam. A/C wasn’t working, we didnt complain it because we dont have time already, we need to focus in our exam. Also we found bed bugs full of blood 🥵. Staff were very accommodating and friendly though. But the overall stay, poor. Very poor. Room is like haunted Not clean A/C not working Fridge were not open, smelly Sofas with white stains Bed with bedbugs No kitchenware

Moderately maintained, spacious hotel apartment. Nice location with car parking. Breakfast is not up to the standards . Room service and the restaurant has plenty of options to improve.

My mother, my sister, and I rented a room here for a night. The room itself was spacious and the bathrooms were amazing. There wasn't much service because we didn't really ask for any so I can't rate it, but the location is a bit far from any shops or supermarket. Coupled by the fact that they only provide two small water bottles, you have to bring your own water. Eitherway, it was a comfortable enough stay.

One of the most pathetic experience ever in UAE. First of all employees at the reception are very rude. No customer happiness or retention intentions. I booked via call almost 4-5 days prior I visited them. My only 2 consideration were a smoking room and a bath tab. I was given a room with no amenities, no toiletries. Have to call AC maintenance almost 5 times in a day. AC still not working. I asked a room change they said they are full we can check tomorrow. I still managed next day he is like we have only one option which he showed and was stinking had small cockroach and AC issues. When I escalated in the middle of the afternoon around 1 pm. The guy at the reception says Khalas we have this room you like it stay or you can checkout khalas. Rude, irritated, no customer service, rigid , adamant. Just because I had my mom who was sleeping since she didnt slept whole night I continued . Not recommended at all

I made a mistake to book the hotel through booking web site. I tried to contact the hotel to cancel my booking right after I noticed. But the hotel never replied to me, and they charged all cost even though I never stayed. It is true that I made a mistake, but I can't understand they never replied to me even though I emailed them more than 5 times.

I came for the iftar buffet, and was genuinely disgusted. The price caught my eye as it was cheap 55 AED for the buffet but I was shocked when I walked into the lobby to be packed face first with the tables and chairs for the buffet. The food was abysmal the grill was cold and dry, which was the theme of most of their dishes. The gamey taste in all of their foods made me want to throw up and don’t get me started on the “soup of the day” which looked like they blended a live chicken in river water and smelt like it too. All in all id say save your money and eat in McDonalds, you’ll experience more fine dining there, or pay extra and go somewhere proper. 1/5 and I stand by that number

The place does not offer a parking, you have to park on the street, check in experience was ok except one employee (AbdulAziz) who was trying all he can to delay the process. Room was not properly cleaned, no bathroom towels and they didn’t not send any even when asked. I even found a cockroach on the bed

The best description for this hotel would be TERRIBLE ,they don't make up your room.unless you remind. They don't even give you water ,may be cutting on expenses. Horrible service.you always have to yell for service and that is the only language they understand.

So the people here looks nice and willing to help , but they are not concentrating to help you only they do multiple task, so you have to do ask them many times and keep reminding them on things such as bringing the mattress to the room. I’m waiting currently in the hotel for so long without the mattress also, don’t think that someone will come and pick up your luggage, you will have to carry them yourself. They said someone will come to the car and take it but waited so long and no one came. I had to take all four luggage myself. The room looks good size but they are an old kind condition. Found many bugs as I entered the room in the sofa, telephone table and bed. When I told them in a nice way, no one cared they are like “OK”. The room temp from the bed room and living room are connected you can’t separate them.

Do not waste your money and do not be attracted by their lobby it is the only area which is clean and Nice. They really do not care... Once you have paid they will not provide any service. The housekeeping is very light and poir if you are lucky to have a good Guy who is honest and tryi g to do his best.they said apparament but really do not pay more for that as there is nothing that can be called appartment nothing is working well and they do not provide what is necessary for the guest to cook little bit. The tap is in very bad condition it is the same for the bathroom you can also share your appartment with special guest like crockroach... They can be also in your fridge so really just avoid to be sick... As they really do not care they will provide you a spray that is it... A very poor customer care as I sent email and never reply to me. The floor is suppose to be non smoker but almost every day the alarm turn on as other guests smoke... And they have a very poor vaccum si if you have allergy or asthma you can already book an appointment with your doctor.

My booking for 16 nights (2 bedrooms apartment), thinking that the stay will be comfortable, however, you need to peg for house keeping, no kitchen equipments, old TV screen and the car parking you may find it full if you arrived late specially in the weekends. I wouldn't recommend it for any one else.. Staff is friendly (I'm still here by the way)

Good place to stay for a night everything near to you

Location is really good with easy access to city centre and sheikh mohd bin Zayed road, free parking in premises both within the building or off road, Hashim and Safeer Hypermarkets nearby. Rooms are spacious, old furniture though and poor lighting in the rooms, lacking lots of utensils. Staff are friendly and helpful,however clearly under motivated Breakfast is simple with limited options (you get what you pay for) dining hall is marvellous though. Honestly I believe this hotel will benefit from big change in senior management

Great in areas, but with furniture, appliances and toilet in bad conditions. Also with bad room services. The corridors always with cooking smells, starting in the morning and very noisy. Also was the first time in my life where I pay in advance my staying.

This hotel was once clean and used to have good service. Unfortunately on our last visit, the rooms didn't look clean and the furniture was in bad shape. The management must do something about it or else people have better options.

this is the worst hotel i have ever been too. This place looks haunted and cheap,the blankets feel like towels and there's bugs and flys all over. They take 1 hour to clean and the room still looks dirty, the place is very dark I even got suspicious before I even got here I only looked at the reviews and started getting second thoughts. The stains all over the couch is disgusting I don't even know what it is but that so disgusting. P.s. the massage guy in the front entrance looks weird

Filthy apartment, super rude management, utterly disgusting experience and would not recommend to my worst enemy. Please Ewan, sort yourselves out before you go out of business. Rooms were unclean, sheets were nasty and disgusting. Literally looked like it was in shambles and falling apart. Atleast make an effort for new customers/tenants.

Its nice and cleane but the room service is bad and slow to answer

The hotel room service was pathetic. They don't keep the water bottles in the room need to call again and again for the water bottles. And for the towels i don't why this thing happened they cleaned my room and they didn't put the towels in my bathroom i called the receptionist and also for room service but just for the towels they took almost 1 hour.

Very noisy, on the freeway, the AC and fridge were noisy as well,there was a smell maybe of detergent or paint couldn’t withstand more than a night I slept only 3 hours.

Location is good. Near to city center. Restaurants and shopping malls are nearby. It is a. Quiet area and parking is available all the time. Cleanliness is good. The room service are coming daily to check and clean. Restaurant should start earlier, but they are always late. They have insects problem, not severe, but they have small insects in the kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, not in the bedroom.

We were not expecting much to be honest, it is advertised as self catering but it is not. No pan, plates, cutlery. There were not enough towels for the amount of people checking in. The stove had 2 plates but one knob to switch on 1 plate. Fridge was off in the room when we arrived and had to switch between the same plug for the microwave. We just expected everything to be there and be functional.

This hotel used to be one of my pointed destinations in Ajman. I have booked the same room back in 2017 surprisingly now in 2023 the room has the same equipments. One of the mattress is broken as well as the cupboard. We informed the receptionist but never give any attention. The left is the worst you could experience, The receptionist herself was another story with a wired attitude. We had to wait for her to interpret our talk when someone comes into the recipient yet she would ask us to not talk if she talks to the other guest ( very irrespective and very unprofessional). Not going to repeat my visit again and I don’t recommend to anyone else until I see an obvious improvement.

We booked the hotel despite of other hotels around. The first visit we really like it, we felt like home that time. But the 2nd time we visit was a disappointment. How we can even relax and watch something if EVEN YOUTUBE doesn't exists in the tv. Couches is uncomfortable and anytime woods will poke you while sitting. We felt regret on booking it again. We don't mind about the poor kitchen equipment but atleast the TV.

Useless Iftar buffet. Charging 55 and the quality of food was so poor.

Great Hotel to stay in, very cheap but do have some downsides... one is that they have very gloomy halls, they have broken window shutters, some furniture are quite old, other than that they have great and friendly staff. They also have complimentary breakfasts and other food on menus, mostly mediocre but will keep you full.

This is a very bad hotel, first when I got into this hotel I went into floor 4 it was filled with coackroaches eating our hairs and our room then I went to floor 12 it was a good room with some flies but no coackroaches then the electricity broke to the floor 12 and we went to another room it is a kinda good room but a lot of coackroaches and a lot of flies and when we came to floor 5 there was some coackroaches and a lot of flies eating us ,some workers treat us bad like garbage I WILL WARN U DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IT IS BAD THE STUFF AND AC ALWAYS BREAKS AND THE AC SMELLS LIKE FEET AND FARTS THE BATHROOM SMELLS NOT GOOD. FIND A BUILDING THAT RENTS A MONTH OR ANOTHER HOTEL🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
