Waste of money. The rooms are super tiny and they’re so dirty. There are stains everywhere on nearly all furniture. The bathrooms are very unhygienic - there were not only stains but also pieces of hair around the sink. Look at some of the photos I’ve attached. This is far from a 4 star hotel. I asked for different rooms and they managed to show me other rooms but they were all of the same poor quality.

This is my first and last time in this hotel, the corridors smells dusty and unclean. The room is TOO SMALL. The water heater is not working properly in the shower. The breakfast area is crowded and the food variety is limited and it was TOO LOUD for morning. They didn’t even serve normal white bread. The tomato and other vegetables looked not clean. Even the buffet area is not that clean and no one would even care to keep things clean and neat. Last but not least, ALL elevators were out of service by early morning and it took us more than 15 minutes to reach to the restaurant and the whole hotel was using the service elevator (which was also out of service for some time). There is HUGE lack of organization and maintenance.

The cleanliness of the room was quite fine, however, the air conditioning system was not working properly and the room was not cooling enough. Moreover, there were no curtains installed on the window, which resulted in too much light coming in from outside, making it difficult to sleep, especially in the morning. It was a disappointing experience, and it felt like the room was allocated to us as a result of an online booking from another site, without due consideration for our comfort. Overall, I would rate this experience as one star and would not recommend this place to anyone."

We stayed here for 6 nights and we had a great and comfortable stay. Everything was in order. Room service was great. Special thanks to all reception staff. Mr Ishak, Sandeep and two other people including two ladies. Sorry I am unable to recollect all names. The hotel is at a great location close to attractions. Plenty of restaurants around including supermarket. Will stay again.

I have stayed here several times over past 6 years. Reflections is better now than several years ago but the staff are always friendly and helpful. Manager Ishak is attentive and courteous and staff are great. Dubai has gotten extremely expensive during winter months and value for Money Reflections is clean and great location for metro , airport and they have added CNN on television in English. I wouldn’t want to sit in the room 4 days only due to size of room but it is clean and functions great as a base to explore Dubai or quick overnight close to airport. Great value.

It was great because of the cooperative staff, very good location and beautiful view. Facilities are amazing but a few issue were present. Firstly, the mirrors in the breakfast area were not clean; secondly, the swimming pool is not functional. Else service is very good.

Location of this hotel is good but I had worst experience with room service and food ... switches and buttons and room door entry buttons was not working fine and 8th floor had pathetic smell 24rs. even I complained twice before leave the hotel but no action been taken by authorities,

The hotel is well located in the middle of the city. Downtown Dubai and old Dubai are both very accessible as long as you have a car. The hotel has quite a few restaurants nearby. Has a supermarket in the next building. Staff is friendly. But they do bother you at check out time so bear that in mind. Over all good value for money. We stayed for almost a month and we're visiting for business.

We stayed at the Reflections for one night. It was great for a day to get some good shut eye (sleep). The manager Mr. Surendra allowed us to check in at 10 AM even though we made our reservation online. From my understanding early check in times are only granted to people who book directly with the hotel. The room is small but has a balcony. The fridge works perfectly. It made our water really cold. 👍🏿 There is a window with built in blinds separating the bathroom and bedroom. We stayed in the London room. It’s a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the Al Jadaf metro station on a cool night. The C04 bus stop is a 1-2 minute walk in front of the Shaklan grocery store which is located to the left of the hotel facing the road. There is also a restaurant that has an open 24 hour sign (to the left of the hotel). We didn’t eat there but we did visit the grove store to buy water. It’s a conveniently located hotel. Also, there’s a shuttle that goes to Dubai Festival City Mall which includes pickup and drop off.

Hotel is excellent Room service is perfect House keeping department is very nice. Mr. Ijaz and one Sirilanakan guy Dhurshman (Name is not sure) is highly appreciated. Buffet serving guy is also very humble. But delux room is very small and laundry is too much expensive. No kitchen even sink to wash some food.

Very good and cheap hotel. Far from metro for 10-15 minutes walking but for me it's not a problem. Was been alone in 2-person room. Very cute, really, thanks!

This hotel failed to provide customer satisfaction. we booked this hotel because we want to enjoy our EID holiday and planning to use the pool unfortunately they didn't inform us ahead or no any notifications on agoda app that this is currently under maintenance. This would be our first and last in this hotel and would dif not recommend.

I stayed last year but just remember now to put a review because I will come to dubai again. I think I stayed in 1106 before. One of lady named Diya, I remember thé name very well because he has such a wonderful customer services. I hope she's stil there when I come back. ~Hassan

U have made it a magic moment and the wow effect on my wife’s 40th Ruby Birthday party. I wanted to thank you personally for all the help and support in making the event happen. I’m sorry I did not revert as soon as the event was over. I’d like to add how much of respect and courtesy you and your staff had shown and had always been very supportive and helpful, obliging with a smile. The IT personnel was very helpful in sorting out the issues before the event. The Engineers from the Engineering team were very helpful and also the housekeeping team for having kept everything neat and clean all set for the event. This gives us a reason to return. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone, our family and friends are really very happy with your services and we also loved the food. The food was amazing and tasty. First of all, this hotel does not deserve to be called hotel, these are just BUDGET ROOMS. Doesn’t even deserve a star ⭐️. I stayed only for few hours because the service was very bad. Initially they have given me the so-called “VIP parking” infront of the hotel. After 4 hours, the reception called me in the middle of my sleep to remove my car. Just like that??? Yes! Another thing, they called through the landline (take note, second call in the middle of my sleep) asking if the housekeeping is in my room. How can you ask your guest such a question??? The room smelled like emanating from worn out shoes. First thing I did was disinfect the room with my handy alcohol spray. You wouldn’t want to touch anything. The feeling if distrust and skepticism in every corner. To sum it up, IT SMELLS DIRTY, LOOKS DIRTY, and IT FEELS DIRTY. Not worth your money. You can find better ones with the same price.

The location is convenient, parking is available, friendly check-in customer service and staff. Breakfast is not worth the price, juice is flavor powder( Tang). Rooms are small, not well equipped and very boring. I had no options that is why I booked there, not good experience.

Room - quite small and unhygienic. The floors were dusty and the TV only has 2 channels which I informed reception but no one came. The phone intercom is also not working. Bathroom - small and unhygienic as there are cigarette burns in the tub and some black spots as well. The tub drains very slow as if its partially clogged. Breakfast - average Reception - when my family came for check-in they didn't have my records so it took some time for them to prepare everything for me including my door access. I booked with Agoda app. Overall - Definitely my first and last in this hotel.

Updated review after 4 months of stay in the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels around Dubai. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place with expeptional staff this is a place for you. Big thanks to the whole staff of reception, security, restaurant part for their services all of this period. Also to Dhanushka, Eric and rest cleaning staff for the great daily room cleaning provided. Everything were great! Will definitely revisit this place!

The experience of this hotel was absolutely terrible. The rooms and washroom were so small you didn't even have any space. We called in for extra bedding and the person who came asked us, THE GUESTS, that where should he put the bed as there was no space. He himself didn't know how to put it there. The staff was very unapologetic and greedy. We asked them to pack some food for us but they denied and as soon as i said what if you charge us for it, they agreed readily. Even the drinking water was paid. This wasn't my first time traveling to dubai, i come here very often and i have never had any problems with charging ports except for this hotel. My charger couldn't fit in it so i asked them what could i do and they said buy a multipin from us, i told them why can't the hotel provide it and then they can have it back when i leave but they said that it isn't them selling it, it's the supermarket. In another hotel i needed an iphone charging cable and i didn't have it, they themselves bought it from the supermarket and didn't even charge me for it and gave it to me for free. And you know what when i went down to buy it, it was in THEIR OWN shop, not a supermarket. They were earning from it. So they lied too and didn't even say sorry to any of the issues we faced. In fact one of the staff members at the reception even laughed at our problems. I have never paid money for plates and spoons at ANY HOTEL except this. And when i asked why are they like this they said "it's just the way of this hotel". Okay keep you way to yourself, this is the worst experience you can have in a hotel. When we arrived not even the room was properly clean, the bedsheet had stains. Even the location is very terrible, it's far from the city. If you want a terrible hotel experience for once go ahead and try this hotel. They should for once reflect into themselves and see what's wrong with them. The reflections hotel where the guest gets reflected enough to never come back

We had a Farewell party for one of our Colleague at Reflections Jadaff and the staffs Mr. Sudhir,Dinesh .... were friendly and happy to assist with all the requirements. Food was amazing (finger licking), location was convenient and close to metro station - easy to access. Recommended to have event parties at Reflections Jadaff.
