The building has gone from being the best to now the worst, maintenance has become a responsibility of the tenant and the service provider is up for looting the residents. Imagine a water leak in the washroom and you are at the mercy of your personal plumber. This was in poor taste from Al Kamda (Owners of Smark 4)

Worst management and money hungry. Avoid at any cost

Kamda Investment scores a zero on my list, they went from being the best to the most money hungry, callous individuals on the planet. Resorting to cheap tricks, trying to snatch out hard earned money from the residents of smark4.

The team at Kamda Investment is harassing tenants at their residential building named Smark 4 by increasing rents over 80%. Daylight robbery, I'd avoid all their properties and wish action be taken to protect the rights of the consumers.

Kamda Investment is harassing tenants and forcing us out from Smark 4 (a residential complex in Nahda 1, Dubai). Increasing rents anywhere between 75 - 80%. Avoid at all costs, request DLD to protect the rights of us consumers.

Avoid at all costs, the building management has increased rent by 80% Charging amenities fee for a broken gym and a pool the size of a bath tub. Maintenance visits are chargeable anywhere beytween 500 AED (one bed), 750 AED (2 bed) and 1000 AED (3 bed). I pray that no one is forced out of their homes like Kamda Investment has, karma always comes around.

Initially when we moved into Smark 4, the management was very supportive and accessible. But, now since last year the management has been harassing the tenants in every possible way, be it the rental increase or the maintenance. Nobody at the higher level cares to listen and make the necessary changes.

We have 2 types of cleaning. Basic cleaning and Deep cleaning: - Basic cleaning- we are cleaning the floor, we do mopping, vacuum, and dusting. our minimum is 3 hours. 30aed per hour/per person, price of 90aed - Deep cleaning- we are cleaning each and every portion of the house, including balcony, cupboard, shelf, walls, floors and furniture also. our minimum is 3 hours. 45aed per hour/per person, price135aed. - additional 30 aed for Equipment. Prices depends on how big the place is.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this property management company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their practices are not only unethical but also illegal. Unacceptable predatory behavior overcharging tenants with exorbitant rent increase (50% plus) against RERA law disguising as amenities fees, making it incredibly difficult for residents to live in this pressured situation. Their harassment of tenants is utterly reprehensible. It's clear that profit takes precedence over the well-being of tenants here. I implore anyone considering renting properties from Al Kamda to think twice. Seek out a more ethical and law-abiding alternative. Our homes should be places of security, not sources of stress and financial exploitation.

Red alert to new tenent, pls don’t think of renting an apartment in this building. Management is the worst, unrealistic and arrogant. They don’t follow UAE rules or rera guidelines. Asking for 50% plus rent hike and additional fees in the name of amenities such as (GARBAGE COLLECTION, CLEANING THE BUILDING AND SECURITY GUARD). Shame on the management to ask for exorbitant fees and looting tenent on basic management of building. Entire management is working their best to spoil the name of the landlord.

Very good location, Big rooms and nice neighbourhood, a lot of supermarket and mini markets around, hospitals, pharmacy, gyms, saloons... you name it, they have it all nearby.

The landlord is like a thug, increasing the rent exorbitantly and providing poor maintenance services to force out the residents.

Clean and secure building. Nice flats. Good friendly security guards. Parking need permit.

Nice building yu have a lot of option Regarding Shopping in the area and its quite i wouldnt mind living here

Well maintained family building

Good acomodation, with bus and taxi services near by, good grocery stores next to it, 10 minutes walk to a big Mall plenty of stores, restaurants and cinemas.

Very big, very clean, very neat and very fine building where Emirates staffs are hosted can't be less than this situation.

Super security.....very clean environment.....great people.....nice facility
