This hotel is clearly not 4* as advertised. First, the rooms are below standard and not clean. Second, the restroom was dirty and supplies like shower gel/toilet rolls/shampoos were woefully in short supply. Third, the hotel has about nine night clubs making sleeping in your room at night near impossible. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was really substandard and nowhere close to what they advertised. I went once and that was it. Nevertheless, the location is great - in the heart of Deira and close to many tourist places. For your money's worth, you can get other hotels in the area. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The one star is for the good room which I got. Please ensure to read the following before you plan your stay at this hotel: 1. NEVER EVER use their basement parking. It is the worst place to park. If you have a descent size car, it cannot go through the parking bay. I had a most horrendous experience to park and remove my car here although paying AED 20 for one day. 2. Not at all a stay of choice for family experience. This place totally turns vulgar at night. There are men calling at night to the people especially girls. 3. The music is loud throughout the night and you cannot sleep due to the music and terrible base ambiance. 4. The visitors using the hotel are mostly cheap. 5. The AC cooling was average. 6. They are still using flat screen satellite TV in 21st century which doesn’t even work. Overall, I would never recommend anyone to use this premises especially if you are coming with your family.

I had the worst experience, bad smell dirty rooms mold in the bathroom. This place is wayy worse then a 1 star. At night they have so many drunk men that it’s so uncomfortable to get into. Location is horrible it’s in the most dirty part of Dubai. Charging plugs don’t work bad smell from everywhere the pillows are disgusting bathroom sealing have water dripping from them. Honestly this hotel does not deserve the 4 stars it’s the worst experience.

The hotel is ok. Don't expect too much. It seems to be pretty old and it definitely needs a renovation. Room smelled musty! I left after one day. In first floor are clubs. After 9pm you can hear the beat. I didn't have breakfast, cause I had to wait. But saw that 5 other people's waited as well. I would rather recommend to spend a bit more money for a better hotel.

I saw nice photo of hotel, looked luxury from pics, so booked for 3 nights, but about an hour after checked in decided to change it for just 1 night. Paid room of 32m² with balcony and got small max 20m² without balcony. After complaints got another small room with balcony. There were some noise from construction works the day I checked in and also the day I leaved. Reception staff was OK, the lift guy was very polite and kind.

1) Not recommended for families with kids as 1st and 2nd floors are full of multiple bars, crowded with Cheap public at night. 2) room services are veryyy pooooor. Even if you ask to do it properly they do not. 3) breakfast is pathetic. 4) far from almost all popular attractions of Dubai. Please avoid stay at this hotel.

This is not for a family hotel..not good ambience for my 20 year old daughter. you will not get a good gesture from the receptionist especially MARYAM. We are a family of 3 so i book a superior room, still they did not allow us and instead suggest to book a room for 4.this hotel not deserve to be a 4star as need improvement in all aspects.you have to pay for parking, ice etc. we can hear from our room the very loud music from their bar. Poorly maintained hotel including washrooms, even after repeated requests you will get the room rearranged but no thorough cleaning is done, food is pathetic. Location is odd for most of the tourist destinations. Doesn't qualify for 4 star hotel

The staff are friendly, the rooms and facilities are okay though more can be done. You should take down the swimmpool photos as they are misleading when the pool is no longer in an open area. Second you need to mind your guests as you have about 5 clubs inside the hotel especially for someone who is a light sleeper, consider placing them in a floor where the noise can't interrupt them or make the clubs totally soundproof, thirdly have staff who can communicate and know the ammedities of the hotel. The hotel should be rated as 3 star not 4

Stayed there for two weeks in Dec/may3/22. Hotel is loud. Loud music every night until 3am. Also loud noises from the street. Breakfast is very bad. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Manager seems to think that it's the guests job to make him happy. I can't recommend this hotel at all. How did this house receive four stars? Unbelievable.

Date 10/july/2023 Room no. 320 This hotel is not good for any one because the service is very very bad. I lost my gold jewelleries in my room Which cost around 60k,we go outside to explore dubai and after we come to hotel I see that my gold jewelleries are not there and we talk to hotel manager and they don't even listen once, some of hotel staff did this theft(chori). The hotel will not take any action against this. We are alerting you that this hotel is not perfect at all.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband for 4 days. Service is very poor, from bar too much noise was there and surrounding was not good. From outside hotel is good but from inside it is very bad. Breakfast which they serve was same everyday no variety, tasteless and not according to the guest of different regions.

My worst experience of traveling to Dubai was choosing this hotel, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional, the hotel is noisy and they are under repair from morning to night, and you are not allowed to sleep comfortably, the care of the rooms was awful in the period of only 4 days of stay. It was cleaned once, the annoying smell is constantly scattered in the space, in general, if you want to waste your money, choose this hotel.

It was one of the scariest hotels I have ever experienced Very, very poor service, very simple and awful breakfast, you can imagine they wanted to charge us 10 dirhams for ice, and for the first time, the extra bed in the charging room was so bad that I had to go downstairs for the health of my back. To be honest it's not a 4 star hotel. 2 or 3 star is suitable for it. Room isn't clean and you may could not sleep because of too much noise from street. Breakfast is good.

Giving 1star is also a waste of thing... As i stayed for 4nights no proper maintenance, have to call the reception for each and every thing including the dental kit. The service is on other level (worst) which they wouldn't care at all but they always do remind us about the payments in advance or late check-out. As Our agent said it is a four star hotel butthere is no basic needs. Last but the least the food is utmost disaster and they do maintain the punctuality for closing the counters.

Bad ambience, bad service, bedsheets are not cleaned, bath towels are not getting changed daily, they are not clean as well. They dont clean toilets also. Cigarette fumes everywhere. Phone, TV doesn't work. Rooms are with shared door from inside.

The room was pretty decent. No complaints here. The problem was with the restroom. It was stinking, may be it was always locked. Room service sprayed some room refreshner. Hotel is worst would never recommend to have a stay over there as i have twice visit in dubai and compare to this hotel premier inn is must best in providing services which is three star hotel. Golden Tulip Services are worst beside two water bottle they will not give you any extra, cleanliness is worst not providing any extra towels and no bath soap, dental kit and shaving kits was available.

The room smells mouldy, the key of the room doesn’t work often, people in the reception area are not friendly, more than 3 night club in the building which makes it noisy and it is not the place to book of you are travelling with your family. The only good part was the housekeeping staff was really nice and friendly.

The hotel is nice if you are on a budget. Basic amenities available and staff is very kind. Housekeeping is done daily, Saroj was very kind with us. There are a few pubs in the hotel where the music can be loud but luckily we were on the fifth floor and we heard nothing. AC worked well all throughout our stay. It might be a little incovenient for shower time as there was only a tub. Overall we had a good time. Do not hesitate to reach out for the staff to help.

We celebrated my the birthday of a friend's son. room was perfect because it is spacious. AC is working fine and the view of the the part and city is amazing. Location is also good as it is just few minutes away from the Metro Train and shopping Malls and restaurants. Highly recommended if you are going with friends.

I would like to commend the staffs, especially the FnB Manager- Mr. Joy Rebello. He is really good in his department. Good communication skills, smart decision making....Good leadership he has. Breakfast is so good, plus great service! Kudos to the management for having him! Keep it up Mr. Rebello! Looking forward to stay here again when i come back in Dubai....

Me and my fiance were scammed here. We lodged in at 6am on the 5th(we paid extra because they said we were lodging early). We paid for 2nights at extra cost. We were asked to leave the next day 6th. They claimed we lodged on the 4th just because it was morning of the 5th. After collecting extra money from us??? Who does that? I wont even recommend let alone go back there.

I stayed there for one week, the service was to bad, reception communications was very bad. I paid a room with two beds when i booked it than when i my guest arrive i have to pay even extra. This hotel is a disastre don't try it. The forniture are also to old.
