If you want to escape for a little from the city, you have to try this attraction. There are a lot of variety of birds, they are flying all around the building and there are not afraid of human so you can make a lot of funny pictures. The staff is super attentive and helpful. The bat cave is amazing. To visit at least one time. 2 times in a day they simulate a tropical storm.

Beautiful building and they have perfectly designed the path with bridges and different sections to make sure you can to be fully immersed in the forestry and see all the animals from every angle. It’s a short experience so is perfect for a stop of before or after lunch however not a whole day trip. Price is a bit expensive for what it is however overall a great time and lots of animals to see very up close.

It's such an amazing greenery set up with most exotic feather friends, a sloth family and other night creatures, reptiles, aquatic, insects which are a native of tropical, Savannah, rain forests etc. Lovely it looks like as soon as you enter into the place. They have created an ambience just the same as a forest where it drizzles, rains, thunders and even lightning can be seen. The birds love to get drenched and even they sing and fly with happiness. The birds are so friendly that you got to feed them, get a real close encounter with them as if you are one among them. An awesome experience. Must visit place!! 👍🏼

This is worth a visit. No negatives.Brilliant setup. Very interesting and keeps you entertained. Staff/Animal trainers are welcoming and helpful. This was my second visit and experienced new addition. Best part was the thunder and lightening with rain arrangements. Night Camping in the Rain forest is also available, seasonal.

Completely underrated attraction in Dubai! This definitely has to be the best place to visit. Beautifully created dome to enjoy the feel of forest with thunderstorm. Well designed architecture with beautiful and colourful species, creating a soothing sound and relaxation. Enjoyed every minute in there! Very friendly staff in there explaining each and everything. Appreciate the whole organisation in creating such experience in a dry city like Dubai. Definitely a must see and enjoyable place. Make memories!

A great immersive experience with friends ! A single tree designed in a way to accomodate the numerous animals/birds/insects! Its a wonderful experience with animals up close..though small but its one of a kind! The handout offered along with your ticket acts like a guide to point all animals in the arena! the staff present are more than willing and happy to share additional knowledge! whatever you purchase at the place will go towards the maintenance of these beautiful creatures! A must visit!

Wow. Just wow... One of my favorite places in Dubai. Everything is so well made, the building and the way the "forest" is arranged is really smart 😍 The animals looked quite happy there, it seems they enjoy the people coming to see them 😂 The birdies like to fly just above your head ahah. The staff was welcoming and really helpful. It's worth paying to visit that place! Take your time while visiting this wonderful place, check the bushes you might have good surprises 😉

Beautiful and talkative birds and animals. Felt like I was walking into Jurassic Park. Nature and animals are always worth it. While it's always good to be frugal, this is one time I'd recommend to spend on some souvenirs as the money of course will go towards taking care of these innocent and beautiful creations of God, towards the tireless staff and handlers and to help maintain the place.

Easily top 10 things to do while in Dubai. How this beautifully designed building hosting its own eco system in the middle of a city walk is something to behold. Truly nothing like this around. The journey is well thought of by starting on the top and walking your way down by a ramp and accessible to families with strollers or handicap needs. It's a beautiful way to have a one to one experience with animals that welcome you to their environment. They have all sorts of birds and reptiles and many more. The tickets are a bit high but understandable given the fact of maintenance etc.. I have visited this place over ten times since it's opened and truly enjoyed it every time.

Best place for kids to learn and enjoy. You can spend one to one and hour inside. Variety of birds 🦅 mainly parrot 🦜 and Macaw 🦜. Small animals also available. At 1 pm there was a rain & thunder show which was enjoyable. Basement some night animals are also available. Parking available just opposite of the Green planet at “ The Walk”.

You can say this is an indoor zoo with a rain forest theme. It provides you an opportunity to see lots of tropical animals like toucans, macaws, sloth 🦥 , iguanas, snakes, turtles as well as tropical plants. They also make an artificial thunderstorm so you can immerse yourself in the experience. You can enjoy a good one hour here and then help yourself with a coffee or ice cream in the outside cafeterias. Getting in to the entrance took more than half an hour as the place is designed to start your journey from the top floor and there are only two lifts that take you up there. Also, the adjacent parking is being used for covid screening so try to use the parking in the City Walk Building on the opposite side of the street.

A perfect couple hours getaway for family, wear a comfy shoes and sports wear, prepare your camera.. not too many animals as I expected it’s a forest but a waterfall and atmosphere, smoke it’s more of walking and taking photos my kids enjoyed the open kids area in the entrance the most , they have free parking right beside it. Ticket for 130

It's really worth for the experience if you never done similar tour before. It looks like they really care for every animal there. At the entrance you get picture which later you can convert into magnet picture :D Don't forget to say hi to curious parrot, in photos the one who biting the bolt :D if you happen to find him. And don't forget to visit night room as well. Overall it was really nice tour. We've been there right when the storm was so that was pretty cool too :D Out you can get shave ice or other food.

It’s a really nice and worthwhile experience. Compared to other zoos around the world that I’ve been to…It’s definitely on the smaller side. You can finish it in 30 to an hour but it’s really worth it. It’s great for kids. The design is that you start from the fourth floor and then you just walk your way down to the ground floor there a birds, bunnies, lizard, snakes, reptiles, fish, and there’s a sloth that you can play with. The price is really nice it’s 169 per person without the sloth playtime activity and I genuinely think it’s worth it. The animals in the birds are super nice and super friendly. There’s an outdoor café too.

Incredibly well made habitat for all sort of exotic birds. A fantastic place to enjoy the observation of semi free birds. Great facilities, very friendly staff and they offer some unique animal interactions like the one with the sloths. Definitely a fantastic leisure option for the whole famiy.

The ticket is pricey for what it is but probably they pay a lot for maintenain the planet. . Kids can enjoy seeing these animal live freely in a giant cage. As an adult and I love animal dearly, I see it differently. I enjoyed but not as much as some kids do so bring your little one. . Please don't touch animal and respect the staff!

Overnight stay. Staff were friendly, helpful and well informed. They engaged kids and adults. Monitored for safety of animals and guests. Food choices ranged from healthy to cheat day treats. Your choice! Water always available. Well organized. Covid conscious. Would go again.

Good place for kids to learn about animals. Make sure you go before 1:00 PM because the animals will be more active. I am against the concept of Zoos, but this place is like a reserve for animals the are subject to extinction because of deforestation.

The Green planet is an amazing building dedicated to the discovery of the forest and its animals. There are many varieties of animals, among which you can find free birds, snakes, frogs, rabbits, bats etc. the place is structured on 4 floors: everything is well detailed and studied in every detail, it truly reproduces the forest. There are some animals that are free, like the birds, and others that are caged, like snakes and poisonous species. There are detailed explanations of the animals living in The green planet, and the staff is happy to help when you ask any information about the ambience, the animals or anything you have in mind. It’s a very good project!

It is an exciting experience especially for kids, and zoology enthusiasts! Unlike any ordinary zoo, this place offers a better interaction with the rare species available as you can see them roaming around freely in a similar place to their habitat. Most of the animals are tropical birds and lizards, but there are also lemurs, bats, and sloths. VIP tickets allows you to further experience with more uncommon creatures like sugar gliders, porcupines and anacondas.

Good day! We got 30% discount with Fazza and enjoyed meeting the animals. Mostly parrots, sloth and lemar. The place was a little hot, so advice to wear thinner clothing (breathable). You can take water inside with you and parking is just a small walk from entrance. There is a small outdoor cafe which is shaded, in winter months will be ideal. It took approx 1.5 hour to walk all the levels and exit.

(I came all the way from Canada)This is the first time I have come to green planet and every single time I come I have the worst experience I can not describe how horrible the customer service and organization was for this place. Staff Being under staffed staff being rude as well as unhelpful me and my daughter see there is a place where you can touch snakes as we walk up there they up front refuse as due to the fact we have to walk all the way upstairs to pay for a separate ticket and we were not even informed formed on this. As we enter green planet we are greeted with long and disorganized lines people are cutting lines bumping against each other and there is about 55 people waiting. THIS PLACE IS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. all though the animals are beautiful the place and its employees are not they are absolutely disgusting. I would never ever recommend this place to any of my friends of family. I am utterly Disgusted and Disappointed at green planet given their high reviews. As we try and talk with the employees they repeatedly tell us to calm down and stand back in line as we are disrupting the other customers. The Creatures of the night is useless because most of the animals are not even there. And all these outdoor festivities my daughter and I had to wait 2 hours just to get a face paint done. And whenever we had to scan our tickets Access denied , Access Denied , Access Denied as many times as I tried there system is useless. Keep claiming that there system is broken or shut down. Even as I walk inside there are bridges that say 4 people minimum I see 10 people on there and the security or staff is doing nothing about it there is zero regard for safety and security of the customers and animals. The Platforms will become unstable if this issue is not resolved immediately. Half the animals promised aren’t event there. this place is a no on my list and should be on yours. I don’t expect them to reply me because I am speaking the truth.m

What a fantastic place to be. I felt that I am one with mother nature. Birds are very playful and flying atop of your head. Ohhh I adored the Tucson and that Blue parrot me. U can be up close and personal with them. The monkeys and other furry animals are very fun to watch. I just wish that they put more plants in there. The tree in the midst is very wonderful to see. All staff are very helpful. I recommended it to my friend to come, visit and enjoy the place. Souvenir shop is awesome.

Beautiful place in Dubai , unbelievable the structure which looks like a building hosts as a place to many animals & birds. They have large variety of birds , Australian Animals & Reptiles. My son had a good time, the rain forest theme also has a waterfall & the place is full of birds chirping, you can see them live. They haven't been kept in a cage , they are just kept free but do not try to touch them / feed. You can also get touch a live snake , a good experience. A very good experience for kids & adults too can enjoy. You can feed the Piranhas, do some shopping from their centre & they have a play area outside so your kids can enjoy. They also have a cafe for you to sit order & relax.

This is great place to take your kids and have them experience the encounter with birds fish (piranhas) and reptiles. You can also witness the feeding of piranhas at 4pm(subject to change due to covid). They have some beautiful species of birds with vibrant foliage. Since its an indoor activity, you can spend 1 to 2 hours with your kids even during summer days. The place itself is not so big as you would expect, but still it's a great concept to experience. The information about the species could have been displayed better, but the staff is friendly and helpful to answer your questions.

This place is especially for animals and bird lovers. Here you will find a magnificent species of animals, birds, fishes, and reptiles. You will have the ability to stay close to them and take pictures with them but you don't allow to touch or feed them. This building contains 4 floors ، every floor has different species. I am fond of animals and birds. I recommend it to anyone who loves these amazing creatures. The last thing, Buy your ticket online so you can save 31 AED. Have fun and enjoy and stay safe.

The place is a really nice tourist attraction and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You will see all sorts of animals and wildlife from different environments all in one place. The tress and the bridges and water containers all are well taken care of and truly gives you a sense of being in a jungle. Especially the birds flying freely in the place and having random interactions with the visitors is very cool.

Really cool experience! My son loved the live interaction and learning about the many animals here. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. We did the ant eater encounter with Katie, and it was out of this world! Katie know her animals and was very pleasant to my son, answered all his questions, and made sure we got some good photos! My favorite feature about this business model is that they do not try to charge $100 for the pictures! They let you take your own, for free, as all photos should be!

Built on a rainforest theme, this experience is one of a kind. Kids will definitely enjoy getting up close to the birds flying around the visitors. There is a variety of Macaws, reptiles with feeding activities. The tickets are on the steep side but try to book in advance and get online offer(s).

Free parking nearby. Wheel chair access to the entire building. Single time watchable. Not worthy by comparing to the ticket price. High ticket price is because it is located in the heart of the city. Good experience for bird loving kids. Happy to watch the birds are free to fly by providing proper environment.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Went there on a weekend and it was amazing!! Exotic Birds flying all over.. They also have reptiles and other forest creatures but I was totally in love with the birds. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Entertainer and various other vouchers accepted so prepare for a good bargain. Souvenir shop is decently priced and also has some nature-loving eco-friendly stuff like wooden straws, smart plantations etc.

Good place to visit with kids, birds, reptiles are there. It is a rainforest. The good part is its gives a natural feel as the creatures are left open but unharmed. Ticket seems a bit pricey compared to the place as one can easily cover in 45 mins. Limited place.

It was a wonderful (short) experience. This building has multiple floors where wild animals can move freely around a huge tree for display. It has a variety of birds, lizards, sloths, armadillos, and many more species. You are not allowed to feed the animals nor use a camera flashlight (which I fancy for animals’ safety). The staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Same as its name. One and only rain forest of Dubai. You can see various types of birds, fishes and other animal here. They designed it very well. There is also a night creatures section where you can see all night animals. The mixure of nature and human made is awesome. It feels like real tree but it is man made. Also, there is a cafe so you can enjoy food. Must visit when you go Dubai.

Extraordinary amazing! I've seen a lot, but the setting of the "Green Planet" is just breathtaking. You basically walk down a rainforest tree from the emergent layer to the forest floor. On your way down you literally meet almost all of the wildlife living there. You get as close as you can.

  • 5/5 David R. 6 months ago on Google
Great immersive experience. Most of the animals are loose, so you can be right up close to birds, sloths and similar. Staff on hand were very helpful, plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn. Definitely worth a visit

  • 5/5 Salin M. 6 months ago on Google
Small but very nicely prepared for the birds and animals in the sanctuary. The animals and birds are freely roaming around and are minding their own business. Touching of animals and birds are prohibited as they may turn aggressive if you try to touch them. Compared with the dubai safari park, this place is very much expensive. Free parking is available in front of the green planet.

It was a nice experience to be very close to animals that mostly not live in Arabian gulf. It may take around 1-2 hours to finish all levels. Food are not allowed inside as well as feeding the animals. Only water are allowed.

Very nice zoo and a must visit place in Dubai with children. Although the animals are kept indoors, they have plenty of space and are free to move around. The staff seems to be very professional and caring about both animals and visitors.

Though it’s easier to book and get promo tickets online, but still there’s no queue on weekdays. As well, it’s well-managed and the routes are designed to facilitate your stroll. I would recommend you to take your time and enjoy every detail since you will experience a lot of surprising moments. The rainforest is beautiful and they really did a great job to bring that variety of plants and animals into this area.

Very nice place to experience an exotic animal viewing inside the city. In my opinion it’s way overpriced and doesn’t take more than 2 hrs from start to finish. A better option is Dubai Safari park where you get more than you paid for.

Fantastic learning for kids and adults alike. Take your time coming down the levels and if you've missed something, you can always go back up. On level 2 there's a bug interaction with the kind and lovely Sushi (not the Japanese food), who will help you interact with the bugs and educate you. This place is so adorable. I love how they care about the wellbeing of the animals and birds more than the satisfaction of the visitors who want to wake them up, get close to them, or annoy them in any way. Went there a few times for daily visits, and will soon try out one of their zoo keepers or other packages for the kids. There was no waiting time, it wasn't too crowded, and I bought the tickets in advance. The atmosphere of the cafe outside is so beautiful too.

You feel like you are in forest. Artificial rain makes it more cool. You can find a lot of different kind of rare birds , parrots , insects. You cannot interact with parrots and other animals. Green Planet is a place to visit for earth lovers who likes to make a quick nature trip with close encounter with different animals in the heart of the city. Conveniently located in Citywalk, the 2 hours we spent was truly worth it. Most memorable experience was seeing the sloth in person! Other experience we got without extra fee were holding the boa constrictor and the largest cockroach 😊

A fun place to be with family. You get to see really huge parrots and other birds. There are mainly sloths and lemurs. Bearcat was a unique animal we encountered. Spotted a rabbit too along with armadillo. There is a nocturnal animals section underground. The atmosphere is with red lights since animals don't see the color red and hence feel as if it's dark.

The Green Planet is a great place for kids and families! You'll feel like you're in a jungle, full of cool plants and animals. The colorful parrots are a must-see, they're tame and funny to watch. The best part was seeing a sloth with its baby. We learned lots from the friendly staff about how they live. The Green Planet is a cool indoor adventure that's as fun as it is educational! Definitely worth a visit!
