Wonderful place, wonderful music and show. Music is a mix of Arabic and non-Arabic pop music. There was a great singer as well. They seated someone else in my reserved table and when they found out their mistake, they moved us to the back then just put a table in the middle of the walkway. The hostesses were useless and didn’t respond to our request to move to another table since place was packed. They should’ve corrected their mistake and gave us our original table. Hence the two stars taken off. Didn’t try the food.

This place deserves 5 for entertainment but everything else brings down the rating! Food is below average, service is extremely slow, our waiter was trying so hard to tell us that any bottle of wine is unavailable unless it is the most expensive one! Which was ridiculous. Review your bill because they overcharged us on a few items.

This is the worst place anyone can come too, they are unorganized and very disrespectful. We booked a table one week ago and the table was very close to the show once we arrived we were told that the table was cancelled without us canceling the booking eventually we were able to talk to the person who booked the table and once we went upstairs we found that the table was next to the bathrooms with a very bad view. We asked if we can change the table and sit at the bar, we were 4 people and we were given one chair! This issue happened with several people because we heard them talk and were very upset. The place is not within the limits of our expectations and we didnt get an apology they just didn’t care about the customer satisfaction nor the impression we would be passing on. I would not recommend this place at all due to the bad experience I faced and the unprofessional way of handling customers.

Dear Elie&Alex As this club one of the best club.I was so exited but when you reach things change! from the door that guy wearing white "Ross" the doorman disrespectful &rude , racist have his own policies! Be aware guys don't pay entrance while is free for some others! !the drinks are fake for ladies !

When have been two times with my friends, on the Facebook page it was written "ladies day, free entry and free drinks". When we had arrived, the hostess told us "it's free only for the first hundred ladies". Now it's 100 aed. We complained and she told that we should come back next week it will be free for the first hundred of ladies. We came back, we were in the first hundred of ladies but this time it was not free it was "it's finished, it's 150 aed for the entry and two drinks". Then we looked at the pool and place with a staff, we asked her what king of drink it's included, she didn't know and she was not clear about the fact if she works here or no. We went to another place. This place is not serious, everywhere in Dubai, where it's written "ladies night, ladies day, free for women" it's really free for all and all conditions are written but this place is dishonest. Anyway it's So far, you must take a taxi, there is nothing around, the pool is so small, too few beach beds you have to come very early to get one... Even barasti is free and it's really better, at 1 pm they still have free beach beds and great service. Important to precise that this place was affordable for us of course, but we didn't like the dishonesty to impose your conditions at the place and not on your website as all places of Dubai. You shloud understand that dishonesty about ladies nights or day is not common in Dubai and it's not turning on your side.

Open place which is not a lot in dubai. The DJ is excellent and singers and show is amazing. Food quality taste and portions is good and fair. Service is ok. What i did not like is the tables very close to each other and you really can’t move easily. They allow people more than the number of chairs which make the crowd too much and movement is very difficult.

Please community, what do you tell a club who claims to be supporting women on international women’s day,and telling the rest that they have to dress elegant and classy. What am I suppose to do because as a woman being celebrated I except to be my own type of woman in what I am wearing and appearance therefore have the to right to be the woman I am,women are suppose to support and work together and be difference that needs to be seen but Drai’s made me and my friends out of place,by saying there is a type of way we are suppose to dress, I strongly believe that in Women’s day I can dress as any figure of inspirational women and embrace it. Second/third zone club trying to act like a French Riviera location, whole night is about trying to convince people there are “big players in the club” and if you are not here to spend as much or more “why are you even here?..” ridiculous, stay away from this place, it’s a shame.

I think it is one of the best Arabic clubs in town. The food is good and the service is acceptable for a club. So don't go with high expectations. They have different shows every day, and different charges for ta yes depend on the location and day. NOTE for table booking always there is a .minimum spent to reach, which is a norm in Dubai

Bazaar (meaning in french MESS) this is what this club is a BIG MESS ! The place itself and shows are very nice but it’s Overcrowded ! ZERO organisation, when you arrive at the entrance everyone is shouting like at the fish market, the guys are so rude and arrogant at the door and no one even come to you or reply when you call them to give the table name of the reservation. The tables are packed on top of each other’s so there is no space to move or danse. The music was so bad.. very old songs (for the commercial part) and for arabic songs if you like lebanese songs then you will be happy cause that the only ones. They don’t serve drinks by glass only, it’s either you buy a Full bottle either you drink water or softs drinks. (All the others reviews you can read below from 2 years are for the previous club Draï’s). The worst place I have been in Dubai.

I GOT ROBBED LITERALLY ROBBED every time we order water the waiter was taking the water back, We ordered bottle of vodka and he took it and hid it and i payed 3500Dhs for that bottle, and then he came to me and asked for extra money our bill was 5800Dhs for nothing 2 hookas 2 bottle of water 2 fruits place and 1 bottle of vodka and we didn’t even drink half of it. And the funny thing is when i asked for the bill he didn’t gave to me and he didn’t agree to give it to me. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I LITERALLY GOT ROBBED

Very nice set up Hard to get a reservation Entertainment is great, even on ladies night which is only AED120 for a full meal and unlimited drinks (possibly the best ladies night deal in Dubai) First time we went we got a table and it adds up to around AED800 per person... is it worth the money? Maybe.... All in all a lot of fun... I just wish the DJ kept a song on for more than 30 seconds

Entertainment and atmosphere get 5/5. Table reservations and pricing should be communicated in advance. Otherwise, you would end up having a bad experience. Chairs are not always as expected especially for large groups. I found the food is v good. Some complaints were addressed about billing. Recommended for entertainment and food. $$$$$

The reception staff there are so rude. They gave me very bad table even i made my booking before 1week for my sister's birthday, to go there sitting in front of big wooden column which block the whole sight. And when I talked to them, they told me this the only available space. But when I got angry they movedus to another table in front th stage. 2nd they over charged us and I'm not sure why it's not fixed charge per person?? 3rd I asked for the location and sent me wrong one so I reached there so late and they didn't even apologize properly. Bad customer service. But the place and the shows are so nice. Ahmad who served us was perfect but because of all the drama happened I didn't tip him, because the tips only for the whole perfect experience. I don't really recommend this place.

I had a great time here for my friend's birthday but beware of extortionate prices !!! So expensive so I would make sure you get there early as first 100 ladies get a bed for free. Otherwise, it's about 1800 for a bottle of spirit ! The music was excellent but it surprised me how not busy it was considering it was a Friday. They do very well to make it look busy on instagram.

Disappointed that this is a Lebanese place. The worst place you can go to, zero hospitality, zero service, zero management. when we arrived, they gave us a very small table which doesn’t fit the amount of people booked for. Waiters not trained, not hospitable, keep complaining the place is busy as an excuse for orders coming late and wrong. Shows are not always nice and not worth what you go through, they give you the worst experience anyways, they don’t care if you come back or no, they just want to collect the maximum cash from you that evening. Plus they have the cheapest design of all places i’ve been to. Never again. It’s not a pleasant experience at all. Don’t waste your night and money.

Having a hard time, reaching the reception, and the responsible accountant regarding my invoice and receipt!! Unbelievably not cooperate stuff keeping me waiting since two months for only one request!!! Yet everything looks chaos and not organized at all at that place!! That’s the Lebanese manager refused to give me the receipt yet he offered to pay it for me extremely unprofessional!!!

The club doesn't comply with Dubai noise restrictions at night, it can be heard from hundreds of meters apart in different residences even with all the doors and windows closed. Absolutely astonishing ignoring of rules and altogether plain disrespect. More than that, very mediocre music taste.

Minimum charge is 500 AED, and it’s totally worth it. They had many shows/ singers and the overall experience was great!! The only negative this is that it’s an outdoor place, and it might be inconvenient during hot summer days.

We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday during the Saturday brunch. The venue is empty barely few tables, the crowd came around 3 baring in mind that the brunch is from 1 to 5. Also, it’s super WARM - we are sweating 😅 Honestly the Saturday brunch needs to be communicated in a better way to guests.

I went for the Neyo concert and it was fun had a great night even tho they required my gay friend to change his clothes into something more manly and remove his make up. Very understandable since we are in the Middle East. Next, Sunday when I came on a Ladies Night, the ambiance was perfect except when it rains ull get wet coz theres no roof LOL. Had a great night was fun! Helpful waiters and waitresses at the bar. I love them all! My new fave go to Club for sure. :)

I went for Friday brunch. They have the fantastic city view over the canal, but the food team can’t work enough fast. We had to spend the most of our time to stand on the line for buffer.

Not enough bartenders to cater for 1/4 of the crowd, book a table or don't come.

I love the music, the atmosphere is amazing very crowded lots of people from different age group. Music is international. Just don’t like the fact that when it’s full house there no more room for reservations you can still get inside but no table, you have to wait until there’s a table available or you have to book in advance if your a tourist in Dubai. Horrible people at the enterance. I had a reservation for 4. They told me to be there at 11 and i was there on time. The Lebanese guy asked me whats the name of my reservation, i gave him my first name and he confirmed with my last minute. 1 minute later he approached and was like sorry there os no availability!!! I asked how is that possible if i have a reservation and this is my confirmation message!!( i showed it to him).. he said this is our policy and i quote” if a company has over 200 branches then this is our policy” …. Such a disappointment and disrespect to the guests.

We visited this place twice. Once on New Year’s Eve and once for Brunch. The venue location is “OK” but you do not have any option to park your car yourself - it has to be valet. The program is more enjoyable at night then it is during the day. The food was great with a good variety. The problem in this place is the service. It was below average. You need to wait to get your order (if you will ever get it). I sometimes had to go and serve myself for drinks.

Went there to see wiz Khalifa. It was super crowded and very expensive to get in. We paid 300 dirhams, which is about £65 to get in. It was an open place but too busy I.e louded and crowded at the same time. Only suggestion is that customer service needs to improve and also need to reduce the price on drinks. Hope it's helpful :-)

Was amazing night starting from the door till back to the door the hostess was very friendly and smiling all the time and we had small issues that we didn’t like the location of the table but zakaria the supervisor help us to get better table the food was great the menu is very selective you can found all what you like the show was really interesting acrobatic fire and many kind of singers (English, french,arabic ( Egyptian style,lebaneese,and khaliji) the waiter was very professional even he informed us when we reach the minimum spend and give us the best experience big thanks for mohamad ayoub he made our night Very recommended
