It was a nice stay here , staff are helpful and polite but the guest engagement can be improved, they have the potential to do more personalized service if the management provides them training. Sadashiv from the restaurant is doing a good job. Housekeeping staffs are doing there job well. Balcony and toilet needs deep cleaning, towels are rough and old and they needs to be changed.

Loved it, nice and comfy rooms, the rates are very low. They also gave us early check-in at around 10 am. No hotel does that, but they did.

The ambiance of the hotel is odd once you enter. There’s a lot of cigarette smell starting from the reception to the rooms. We found that the bathroom was not well maintained. Breakfast is average. The only good part is that the staff is very helpful and its very close to the airport and metro station.

One of the worst hotel Ive stayed . Pre booked this hotel enroute to KSA. Spent 15 days in this hell. Unfriendly staff , worst food , molded bathrooms. The restaurants were over priced and the food was disastrous. Breakfast was beyond disgusting. Loosing your keys can attract a fine of 50 AED. #schooldays

Do not expect as a 4star hotel and go. Consider only as 2 star. Worst wifi and never gets connected to internet. Very bad service and arrogant staff as if like u borrowed some money from them. Very old hotel and bad smell in room. And ok available if u r looking for bar and other massage services . Not recommend for families. Very bad break fast and room service. Complimentary items u have to ask them and demand. They won't provide as a standard service. Location is good and lot of good restaurants and other hotels available in this area. Never recommend for anyone.

A shadow of its former self. Still going strong though. Once a centre stay of the Al Ghusais area, its has since the years aged out, but still stays relevant as not many Hotels in the vicinity having the amount of options this place provides. There are a couple of sports bars and a discotheque inside alongwith the usual 'amenities' that come with it. Never had the change to stay here so I am not commenting about the rooms here at all. The restaurant at the mezannine floor has amazing delectable food. Access to the place is quite easy with a Metro Station Dubai Airport Free Zone, but useful only during the winters when the weather is pleasant to walk the distance. Overall, fun place.

Not a 4 star hotel and not quiet at night. This hotel is great if you want to party, enjoy Indian food and tv. If you go for a good night sleep avoid it as their are clubs just below the hotel, which means all the drunk come out screaming from 12am to 3 am . Not advisable if you aim to sleep at night. Staff are great and do their best to compensate for this big issue. The bathroom are of a 2 star hotel. First room we had , had no hot shower (apparently pump does reach 3rd floor!) second room given was ok with pressure although you have to fiddle between taps to get right temp. Everything in bathroom was old, broken tiles, and there was mould. The bedroom was nice, spacious and comfortable. The room were well cleaned. The second room given was on the pool which was fine during day but then you would participate to the night life. the windows/doors didn't stop us from hearing everything. On day 2 their was a huge fight which apparently including knives and police involved. Not a good environment for family. The only stars I gave are for the very good staff and the bedroom that were nice.

If you look over the old building, and the half functioning bathrooms. The workers are very grateful and helpful, and the location is close to a lively street and not that far from the airport.

Super staff, ok breakfast. The hotel itself is a little aged, bathrooms are mediocre and tatty, so could do with a renovation and there is a horrid smell of smoke in some areas as it is apparently allowed in the rooms. But, it is affordable. And the staff are lovely so it's a compromise.

Located in the heart of Qusais, the hotel offers easy connectivity and access to amenities, restaurants etc. There are restaurants located within the hotel offering different cuisines and also has a sports bar with a mini bowling alley and pool table. Great for a short staycation with family. The room cleanliness and service is decent.

We had a gala time there when they had made special arrangements for Asia Cup. The atmosphere was electric. They must change a few screens which have gone bad but overall, the place is very good to let yourself out. While the pool table is almost always occupied, it is a pity that they have neither improved the Table which is very worn nor the balls, especially the cue ball which is chipped. Good fun with Friends and Family with well behaved and clean, friendly and professional Staff.

I was there for 3 days with my family and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak rush hours. 1 of the few hotels that ive stayed with a balcony. Room service is 24 hrs and also their in house kitchen serves clean and tasty. Their calamari rings are real good. Also staff are very friendly and kind. They respond quick to all your queries.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Moulded furniture, bathtub and the washrooms had stains and hairs. The corridor sometimes smelt vomit and there were rubbish outside every doors on the corridor. To top that front office staffs were way too arrogant.

Very poor internet connection . If you staying in the hotel you have to pay 75 AED to watch cricket match other wise you don’t have any option to watch them . I used to get only one dish for breakfast for the first week from buffet, no options and second week they added couple options. No value for money and not a four star standard . Amazing hotel! Location is not so near to the tourist spots. But this place itself has good vibes! There are plenty of clubs/bars in the hotel itself. Staff is good. Room was neat and clean, housekeeping was also good. Breakfast was ok , they have Indian Reaturant inside the hotel and many other restaurants walkable from the hotel. Room is okay but not clean. Water smells over chlorine, toilet bidet is dirty, for ladies I suggest to check first before using. Good thing is staff are very helpful. Food i can say are good at Desi Dhaba, their service is great with an amazing Punjabi entertainment show.

Sometimes they charge for the room more than a good star hotel. Hampton by Hilton is near them. They are charging a lesser amount for a room than this hotel. Otherwise it's a-okay hotel and the Freddyss is good place to visit

the restaurant in G Flr … earlier know as nalukettu, I don’t what’s the name now … the food was a cruelty to the animals that was slaughtered and people who are coming to have …. Unfortunately i visited today with my family… Except for the bottle of water and beer which I had .. rest was uncooked - beef curry, beef fry, butter ch masala, parotta .. The toilet was full of vomit when I entered .. I am here for over 20 hrs n first time in UAE with such an experience .. never to this place again ..

Rooms and facilities were excellent. But I was unhappy with irresponsibility of the reception team. I requested them for room cleaning service while I going out and once I was back after 4-5 hours they haven’t done it. Even after asking twice again for service none turned up and I had to talked to shift manager to get it done.

Actually i stayed here for the past 5 days, Actually i was suprised to see the service and rooms given here, it is not like the reviews in google, they were very polite, And the food was from kerala cusine , I chose the chicken curry with beef and q parotta, the quantity and the taste was worth the price. I loved everything about the hotel except, when we drain our bath tub the water overflows into the bathroom. Thank you

Freddy's Bar-Service was slow but bearable. Nalukettu Resturant-Food ordered and the waitess messed it up and got something different, and the food took time to be bought to the table even though there was no crowd in the hotel.

Hotel itself is decent... rooms are fine but I felt service itself was not up to the mark... food was also ok... breakfast had Indian options daily... we were part of the tour package and the reception mostly had no clue on the plan/ itinerary etc... while checking in we had to carry our luggage to the rooms ourselves as Bell boy was not available at the time... same thing happened while checking out

The stay was good. Service overall was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's basically an old 3/4 star hotel so u can expect not so furnished items around. Many restaurants around and general store nearby along with currency exchange office.

Please keep in mind the price of this hotel which was one of the cheapest. It has 4 stars but they don’t mean much. Hotel is very clean, staff is so nice, breakfast decent, but hotel is old and you can notice it but again the price was my factor but keep this in my if you basing this hotel as per stars. It’s 10 min walk to the train and it’s generally far from everything and all the attraction. You will waste a lot of time or money for taxi to get anywhere.

I faced a very bad reception peoples when I visit the hotel for the first time ever today evening when they informed me about the different policy which is not available on Hotels.com where I book my stay as I book a room for 2 persons but they tell me no not allowed 2 person it’s only one and the second will be charged a 150 extra dirhams which is very bad and dirty, if you have changed your policy then you should apply the correct price on the app by same roles and that cost me a night charge without staying, yes as you heard I left the hotel and lost my money because I came to a cheater place that was a mistake to come here at this hotel. Guys who see this go Booking.com and see how bad the people talks about this hotel, I really regret and learned ☹️

Lunch at Nallukettu buffet on Friday was amazing. Cost per person Aed 45 is very reasonable for the spread. Service is excellent. Our server Subin made it even more amazing. Keep up the good work Subin. We ordered a plate of tawa fry prawns as a side order which was poor in taste , presentation and size. Don’t ordered this dish. But worth a visit many times. We are definitely coming back.
