I like how the lounge goes to the boarding gate directly. But I was not impressed with the layout and the food. We arrived early in the morning after a red eye flight without a place to relax was pretty thought. Not only that, just to find a table to seat down was such a long walk and hunting until we got one. I wish they could anticipate the busy hour and have more spot people can lay down like the Qatar air does at their Doha business lounge.

Emirates Lounge - Your journey begins from here. A great pre departure area to unwind. Have a quick meal, so that you can avoid the flight food & have a nice nap on the flight. The lounge has everything you need or even more compared to any other airport lounge. The food by itself is a full fledged buffet. A nice prayer room. Ample seating in different configurations. Kids have their own break out places. The lounge is one more advantage of flying Business in Emirates. There’s a shower area too for a quick freshen up. By the way the airport departure formalities were a breeze during this Eid holidays.

(Translated by Google) It is very large, and all kinds of facilities are also available. The favorite is shower facilities. The meals were a bit flat, especially with less Asian flavours. In addition, for the sake of quietness, the whole message area is not broadcast. I am always worried that my flight may be missed, so it is best to adjust the alarm clock before resting. In addition, the Dubai lounge of Emirates does not seem to support such as PP card, Longteng card and so on, but even if you buy economy class, but Emirates Silver card and above can go to the lounge to rest, which is quite good. Generally speaking, the business class lounge of Dubai Emirates is a typical tycoon style. The entire second floor of the airport is basically a business class and first class lounge, which is rare in other airports (Original)

As a First Class guest, I am so excited to visit this lounge. OMG, this lounge can be the best one I have seen. Lot's of things to see and to relax. Food is 100% for a First Class lounge. Good place to stay as well while waiting for your flight. Looking forward to come back on my next First Class flight.

Nice and decently set up. I like the way as you enter as we as checked in for the flight. Wi-Fi is kind of weak that’s probably the only downside I would say. Food and beverage are good and serving staff are quite attentive. One of the better lounges globally I would have to say. Kind of big so need to know where your flight is too to save rushing for boarding.

(Translated by Google) There are sleeping places and food shops and if you can't eat food at the stores, you can bring instant noodles, mashed potatoes ... because there is boiling water as well as cool filtered water at the reception tables. Dubai Airport Terminal 3 is one of the best in the world and the business class launge (not first class because it’s a separate one already 😊) High quality food 🥘 Prayers room Kids play area Bar Restaurant TV Showers 🚿 Very comfortable seating You really enjoy the VIP experience Highly recommend You can access it if you are travelling on business class or if you are silver or a gold member of emirates Airlines Skyward membership. • 3/5 Ilya K. 4 years ago on Google
The first impression is always that it's a very good lounge...but some issues are just being ignored. The food is fine, but has been the same for YEARS. Nothing has been done about the queue to the shower during the peak hours (6:30-9:30 AM). The power outlets are pretty scarce in the dining area. Don't get me wrong - the lounge is still a vastly better experience than anything that you get with European or American airlines, it's just that the lack of improvement of the obvious shortcomings over the past five years that I've visited it is somewhat discouraging.

One again another amazing lounge experience by Emirates. This is in Dubai and it’s one of many business class lounges available for business class passengers. It’s massive and if you walk from one end to another you might loose a couple of KGs. Wide verity of food and drinks available. Coffee and my personal favourite Ceylon tea was available at this lounge. There was also an ice cream cart handing out cones which had a wide variety of homemade ice creams. Staff is very attentive and the place is kept at a very high standard. Bathrooms are plenty and also very clean. Really a 5 star experience.

It's my favorite airline lounge. Spacious and comfortable with the best food and drinks range you could dream off. I am truly satisfied to fly Emirates and access this lounge as I go in and out of Dubai. It almost tempts you to fly Enirates just to enjoy the lounge. World class stuff.

  • 5/5 Tony R. 5 years ago on Google
A grand, expansive lounge that is more of a controlled floor of the entire Dubai airport terminal. Plenty of areas to relax, sleep, eat, work or chat with travel companions. Easy, direct access to lounges from segmented areas of the lounge. WI-FI all around and plenty of charge points for power hungry electrical gear. I recommended taking time out to shower between long commutes as you have you own, secure cubicle to freshen up, change, shave and brush your teeth. Attendants are on hand to ensure the area is clean and stocked at all times. The lounge has very busy/peak times but that appears to be more afternoon to evening, whilst the morning are pretty quiet. Rehydrate, have a beer or snack if you like also. A welcome oasis for travellers from all around the world. Don’t forget, there are no boarding calls so don’t nap or get too engrossed in what you are doing that you miss your flight!

  • 5/5 Bader A. 6 years ago on Google
One of the best business class lounges I've been in. Besides being large and spacious, you can board your flight directly from the lounge. Toilets are equipped with toothbrushes and shaving kits. There also a phone/tablet charging station.

  • 5/5 Haroon A. 4 years ago on Google

I’d Heard stories about the first class emirates lounge in Dubai. Unfortunately with Covid they are using the business class lounge and have a small section set apart for first class customers. The “first class” lounge was seriously underwhelming. The seats were uncomfortable and It was so full that the only comfortable seats were all taken. The service was good. The selection of beverages was ok. I’ve attached a picture of the selection. But the lounge was comparable to any other business lounge ive been to, and this was their first class product. Also disappointed that the seating area to eat was not socially distanced. The tables are not 6 feet apart and the lounge was so cramped that they sat someone 2 feet from my table to eat.

The amazing Emirates experience starts from the Emirates Business class lounges. Weather you depart from Gates A,B or C All three terminals have their own Emirates first and business class lounges. All of which I have frequently enjoyed visiting. My favorite would be at gates A owing to the newer layout and boarding directly from the lounge it selves. The F&B Servies are always good and with multi cuisines dinning areas. The showers are good, there is also a business desk area. They have their own Costa coffee shop inside the lounge - completely complimentary for its guests. Overall the amazing Emirates Experience 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ultra Low Cost Lounge Experience in DXB. Lounge Managers speak to premium passengers with an ultra low cost mentality.... Asked for a blanket as both of my legs are dead and extremely sore muscle... Lounge attendant said he cannot bring a blanket since I am not in a dedicated 'sleeping area. Well, EK can you clearly label where you expect your premium passengers to sleep as it seems people fall asleep where they get a space and close to their gates... Please abolish the 'I will try mentality' when speaking to premium pax. I asked for a manager but lounge staff said there are no manager- makes sense as everyone males their rules here. Can you also specify what your lounge policy is and make it visible to everyone. What happens if someone falls asleep in a non quiet area? My gate is A23 and you expect me to walk on the other side of DXB for a quiet zone? What are the requirements for EK in appointing Lounge Managers/managers? Do you go through customer service in training? Loved it when one of your lounge staff asked me what the problem was with my legs! Almost disclosed my entire medical history to him in order to have a blanket. Oh and, what is your expected answer when someone asked for a manager? Is it there are no managers? Free advice, train your staff properly and teach them about the meaning of being listened and valued. Why do you allow carts in a 'business class' lounge?

I've never seen a big lounge such as this one. You have many lounges inside the main lounge Different foods are served, from Western, Asian and others. There are long chairs for rest, smoking area, playground for kids, Champagne Lounge and so on. Usually lounges are crowded but this one is not due to its size. You have free magazines, working tables, couches, baby chairs. Showers and prayers rooms. 1st floor at Dubais Airport.

This lounge is quite good but still feel that the pandemic have made struggle in the quality of the staff. Not very well trained and without a genuine smile. I don't know why but I have the feeling that Emirates is dropping the standards slowly, hopefully is just a step back before the big jump ahead 😊😊

  • 5/5 Brad M. 1 year ago on Google
This is more than a lounge, it’s a whole separate section of the airport for business class passengers. You don’t leave the lounge, you board directly from the lounge in a separate boarding area. It is massive, and has all the amenities that you’d expect from an airport lounge. There’s also a spa and beds randomly through the business class gates, where passengers can go to sleep. I’ve never experienced anything like this from Air Canada, and I right doubt I ever will again experience such a massive airport as Dubai’s got.

  • 5/5 Rohit B. 1 year ago on Google
From a few lounges that i have visited, this is one of the best. Business Class Lounge at terminal A is the biggest and has an option to board the flight directly from the lounge. Business Class lounge at termnial B is good sized but you have to exit the lounge to board your next flight. There are 2 Business class lounges at terminal C and they are both small sized ( compared to A and B). There are good food options that keep on changing during the day. Multiple options of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as well. There are quite areas where you can lie down and sleep as well.
