They are way too expensive, if you have a long lay over its worth it to just get a hotel room. I used them before and was willing to use again for convenience & unaware of how ridiculous their refund policy is..if anything happens with your flight or any kind of circumstance where you're unable to make it to your sleep pod they will not refund you. So I ended up having to pay for a sleep pod and a hotel room since they wouldn't refund me even though I wasn't able to get to the pod. I would have continued using them if they were understanding and accommodating to my situation. I will not make that mistake again. Hotel Ibis is very nice with fair prices and only a couple minutes drive from the airport ! :)

Spent 7 hours here, arrived at 01.00, quick check in and was shown to my pod. Is a mix between a capsule hotel and a reclining aircraft bed. Pillow, thin blanket and bed sheet provided as well as earplugs. Bed comfort is average, the recline motor makes quite some noise as does the privacy cover when you pull it down. As quite a few people came and left while I was there heard quite a few recliner and privacy cover sounds. Sound proofing is a bit of a weak point of the setup. I took a shower at the Spa next door which was fine and adding shower and restroom facilities would significantly improve the sleep and fly product. After adding the cost for the shower it is still cheaper than the in terminal hotel but next time for a long layover I will try the hotel.

DO NOT GO THERE. I booked a room for me and my wife for 1 night. My booking got confirmed days before I arrived. When I got there I was told that all the rooms were fully booked. So I ask for a refund and they said I couldn't get a refund because only the manager is allowed to refund customers. So I ask to speak to the manager but we got told that the manager wasn't in the country and we won't be able to speak to him. Me and my wife had to wait in the airport on a chair for 21 hours waiting for our next connection flight. We were so tired and angry after a 13 hours flight from Australia specially when we are old and have health issues. My wife got sick after that just moment before we boarded the next flight due to her being so tired. These people are big scammers please read all the reviews and have a look at all the other people experience at this place. Most of the reviews are really bad. Trust me do not go there you better spend your money somewhere else even if more expensive.

I did not end up here in the best of circumstances unfortunately. I flew this lousy low cost airline Fly Dubai which took late from Mumbai and do missed my connecting flight. Thanks to this amazingly lousy airline called Fly Dubai I was now stuck for a good 12 hours till my next connecting flight. And since the incompetent staff of Gky Dubai could not offer me a hotel like they promised, I chose Sleep N Fly. It’s actually quite convenient except that their single occupancy cubes are really small and I am serious - really small. If you are tall like 6 feet and above you cannot sleep with your legs extended. But still a much better option than sleeping on those chairs in the common waiting area. It’s located in Terminal 3 at gate B at the Dubai airport. Staff is courteous. Place is clean and the f you want a shower it’s $20. They also have a twin bunker option if you need a cube that can accommodate 2 people. The single cube is designed to mimic a business class seat that extends to a makeshift bed. They offer no toiletries like toothpaste etc and it’s all chargeable. Something like 8 hours will cost you USD 120 - what I paid. They have a Starbucks coffee machine that offers unlimited free coffee and also a soda machine that offers unlimited cold water and fizzy stuff. I would still say it’s worth it as you can just leave your stuff in the cube and walk around. Much better than lugging baggage around. I suggest you try this place next time you are unfortunate like me if stuck at Dubai airport. Toilets are clean too..And let’s be fair - Dubai is one of the better airports to be stuck at…

I had a really bad experience in Sleep n Fly. The bright neon emergency light went on in the middle of the night, and the staff could not turn it off, making it impossible to sleep. Had to argue with the staff, who simply said... "sorry, now the light is on". Something about a technical glitch. At first they refused to reimburse me. After complaining, they promised they would reimburse me, and 1 month later I am still waiting, and there is no response from the staff. Incredibly overpriced for the quality and terrible service. I'd suggest avoiding this place.

Changed our reservation last minute without any notice. Had to move from concourse C to concourse B. Rooms are stuffy and too hot. Beds are uncomfortable. Better off booking a nearby hotel. We were nervous about not being able to reach the airport on time but now that we've experienced the sleep n fly, we will make prior proper arrangements and not rely on the last minute.

Nice idea, poorly executed. The pods are not at all soundproof so you hear everything going on around you.

Arrived early for connecting flight wanted a rest. The place is a sleep pod in a confined space. Personally don't like it. It is noisy because there are alot or movement and talking outside. Dont look like it is sanitized even in the midst of covid. Well I guess if I travel I choose to risk it. Staffed by Pinay and Indian man at 5am. If u r drop dead tired u can give it a try. I had it for 2 hours. Won't ever do it again. There is no toilet and shower facilities here.

Great place for a short nap. If you are a priority pass holder , you get 2 or 3 hours depending on the time you visit. I wish they would extend that to at least 4 hours as then you can rest better. Nevertheless a 2 hour power nap in privacy and quiet is excellent. 1 thing that bothered was the fact that the inside caretaker was vacuuming or going about his chores which would disturb your sleep due to the pods not being sound proof. At this place I was given the pod as an entitlement to the priority pass. So beware, the pods are not noise proof. If you are a light sleeper. The gentlemen at the reception was very friendly.

I had a good experience with sleep n fly, primarily because I was absolutely exhausted and any flat surface would have done the trick at that point! I recommend ear muffs and a sleep mask as the pods aren't totally sound or light proof. The 'bed' is more of a recliner and not very soft. Has an airplane seat feel. It does go totally flat though. In my one there was good areas to store your goods. Would recommend if you're a walking zombie on a 7 hour layover like me.

Great concept, so poorly executed. Check in :- Went to the sleep n fly desk near gate 18 to ask if she could check which of the hotels I was booked into. She asked me to check my reservations confirmation. I think I disturbed her from her texting. I walked around for ever only to find out it had been just behind me and her. Shower :- 3 people asked me what time slot I had booked. I have no idea. Key didn’t work. Nowhere to put your clothes, bags etc in the shower area so you have to put everything outside. No bench or anything outside either so had to place on sink area, only to have the auto taps turn on and soak everything. Hot water takes for ever to come through. Zero amenities like basic toothbrush etc. Pod :- Not ready when I arrived well after my check in time, luckily I had booked the shower. Seat/bed not functioning so is only really a bed. You need to take off shoes etc with door open as not enough space next to bed to stand up straight. Then you have to stand on the bed to undress. Light flickering whole night, door lock “flickering” whole night. Super noisy Arabic guests outside chatting at high volume intermittently, no control from staff. Staff passing by chatting in Tagalog on walkie talkies at high volume regularly. Loud banging on door to wake me up at end time even though I arrived late and room wasn’t ready on time. Could be great, but really isn’t.

OK as a slightly better way to chill but the sleeping pods were not that great for sleeping (I am not rating the rooms with a proper bed). The sleeping pods can only be closed with a thin layered "rolling curtain" which has holes where the light and air comes inside. There is no way to lock the sleeping pod, so when you are sleeping there is still the theoretical risk that someone could steal your things (even if slightly more protected than doing so in the public terminal area). The surrounding is not noisy in general, but you can still hear all movements, alarms or other sounds of the neighboring sleeping pods, so earplugs come in handy (they were provided for free). The sleeping pods themselves are essentially motor-adjustable leather seats, so they are also not very comfortable. All in all, I would probably not stay here if I didn't have a lounge membership which grants me 2h free access.

It's okay if you just need to lie horizontally somewhere dark for a bit. Not soundproof though so whenever someone else gets their wake up call, you get it too. Also expensive for not including blankets or pillows. Very basic, hard surface, so it's hard to get any actual sleep.

However small you think the Igloo Pods are, they're smaller. They're essentially covered versions of the reclined chairs that are plentiful around the airport. If you value comfort at all pay extra for one of their private rooms or an actual hotel room. Also, there is no bathroom or any kind of food/drinks available. It's expensive for what is essentially a private reclining chair.

It's the size of exactly your body fitting into a bed. Very small when you look at it, but then I really got in there. However, there's nothing provided and you have to buy pillows or covers extra if you need them. I couldn't sleep there. It was simply too hard and to basic. Also you hear the noises from other sleepers. Not made for me

Easy to find and central located, especially convenient if your connecting flight is from concourse A. Quick check in with LoungeKey. The pod is essentially a sofa that fully reclines into a bed with a sliding cover to make it dark. Fairly comfortable though I found the ‘pillow’ unusable and had to slide down to avoid it. The pod covers are quite flimsy and aren’t soundproof which was fine with me. All said and done, I did fall fast asleep and ended up being given a firm wake up call by the attendant :)

My parents stay for 12 hour in transit here . They both were a wheelchair passenger and is not very good in English as this is not there first language . The hotel provided the exceptional service to my old dad who is 73 and my mom who is 66 . They basically took care of all the necessities . Accompany them to restaurants . They also called me to check whether they arrived safely or not . My parents were very very pleased and told me particularly to write the review . The girl named cherry and another of her friend went beyond and helped here out . I thank sleep n fly to have such a wonderful employees . I paid 283 dollar for night but would pay more not less for this kind of service . Kudos to all of you .

My travel partner got COVID-19 before leaving and I had to cancel. While they immediately responded to my email saying my reservation was cancelled, when I asked to be refunded they stopped responding. 3 emails and a week and a half later, still nothing. This is really poor customer service and borderline theft, especially for a service that is so overpriced in the first place.

I have stayed in sleep pods in London, Istanbul, Vienna etc and really like them for 112usd for 7 hours, this was woeful, no toilets, no shower, no water. But worst of all is the vinyl covered couch that serves as a bed, it has uneven levels and is super hard. There is also no airflow in the pod just a tiny fan and it was suffocating. It was clean and the staff were trained but rarely have I felt so conned.

Navigation to the lounge: Very difficult. No signs for Sleep and Fly if you are coming from Terminal A or B. We spent an hour walking and asking the airport staff to finally locate the lounge. Room: Room has no air circulation. Not even a fan. I asked the lounge staff and I was told I can write an email to the company for complain. But no on-site manager. Bathroom and Shower; No bathroom or shower. Asked to use the public airport bathroom that is across the lounge. Priority Pass: If you have a priority pass it is accepted here. You get a sleeping pod for 2 hours. Overall I don’t recommend this place. Dubai International Hotel has walkway through the airport. I will stay their next time.

This is my first and last time here. Very very bad experience. I do NOT advice families with kids to sleep here There is no shower, no toilet very(( tiny)) place for 180€ not worth the money at all. Next time i will pay more and make a reservation to another hotel. Even the air conditioning wasn't working properly! Thin walls not sound blocking!!

Its just okay for someone who wants to take few hours of nap while catching a connecting flight. Sometime people are too loud and do not respect the privacy as well. Please make sure to book i at least 6 hours in advance before checking in or they most probably will refuse to provide you the service. I slept in a recliner cubical which was comfortable and cozy enough for me and i am 6’2” so yeah even if you don’t have a room available don’t worry you will find almost the same comfort on recliner as well.

For the price and the convenience of being able to sleep it is worth it. The pods are a little small for a tall guy like me so I kept banging my elbows. Also just be aware that people are always coming and going so use your earplugs. Oh and make sure where you book. I thought I was booked at Terminal C and had to turn around and walk all the way back to Terminal A.

If you are okay with roughing it in general then you can handle these sleep pods. If you are claustrophobic or easily disturbed by other people's snoring / mobile phones then don't expect to get a great sleep. Expensive as well.

This is a good place to take a quick nap when you're transitting through the Dubai Airport. Check in at the place was really quick and they got me to the sleeping pod in less than 2 minutes, the pod is okay. After getting off the plane, you can lie down and take a nap. I'm 6'3" and still for quiet well on their recliner bed. It's not really quiet though, so if you are a light sleeper you might have issues trying to take a nap here. They do come around and give you a reminder five minutes before you check out, which is nice in case you fall asleep. I didn't pay for this since I had the pass so totally worth it for me, not sure if it's worth the cost though.

  • 3/5 F B. 1 year ago on Google
Sleep n fly is a great concept. However there were some issues. Firstly they should provide a blanket because the place was very cold. Secondly the place should be more sound proof. The terminal is noisy and we couldn’t sleep well.

  • 4/5 Vaishnavi S. 1 year ago on Google
Quite and secure. I definitely needed that visit for I was sleep deprived. I paid for 1hour and slept like a baby in there. It was super silent and cozy. Would have worked better with a blanket. Maybe they offered but I did not ask. Check that when you visit.

This amazing sleeping lounge in Dubai International Airport is truly amazing. The information and booking counters exist everywhere in the airport. The lounge entrance is near B24 gate. Sleeping pods here are very cozy and comfortable. Well maintained pods are equipped with complementary facilities like reading lights, individual temperature setting, napkins, earpods, wet towel, bedroom sleepers etc. Pillow and blanket are available with extra charges. Guests can avail unlimited free coffees from Starbucks machine or colas of their choice. Shower facilities are available too. For longer layovers, this is definitely a perfect option to rest before fly.

  • 4/5 Omtaco 1 year ago on Google
Loved the place. It was me and one of my family members and we took a bunk. It was a little crowded but very private. The noise was a little annoying with knocks and beeps. I was really tired as we just arrived and I couldn’t sleep at all on the plane. When we go to the bunk it was quite hot so I tried to change the temperature though it didn’t do much, we then called the receptionist and he said that there was a slight problem and if we needed we could change the rooms though even through the warmth we slept like a baby. I definitely recommend for longer layovers. And lastly I forgot to mention free Starbucks coffee and soft drinks! I recommend you go to sleep n fly!! 👍🏾👍👍🏼👍🏿👍🏽👍🏾👍👍🏼👍🏽👍🏻👍🏽👍🏿👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏿👍

  • 3/5 Senthur Balan S. 1 year ago on Google
The pods are not elaborate, quite small. But the room is very quiet, which helps to relax a bit. No blankets or pillows are provided, and the available head rest is a bit hard and flat. This could be improved. The off-peak time is from 12:00-22:00. There will be a guy in the room to wake you up right before your time ends, which is helpful. It's a good service when the connection time is quite long, but the quality of the sleep would not be great. Either the pricing or the quality of the pods could be improved.

If you did not make any hotel room reservations and you really need to lie down for an hour or two and rest your back, this is a good option within the airport. But it is quite expensive so it's better to thoroughly plan your trip by making a reservation in a hotel near the DXB airport: shuttles/buses are available between the airport & hotels.

Great idea. Right in the heart of the airport, these pods offer the chance to catch a few hours shut eye between flights away from the busy hustle bustle of thousands of travellers. I'm so glad I discovered them. About the same price as a hotel room although there aren't shower facilities unless you upgrade. Still worth it though after 17 hours flying from NZ!!

Great place to sleep in (especially if you have the priority pass). We reached at Dubai at 7 am after 14 hours of flight and our next flight was at 8 Pm. just imagine what we could have done without a sleep n fly place!! We were thinking to book the dubai international hotel at the airport, but then we noticed this option of sleep n fly. It is Asian crew at the desk and sometimes they might give you hard time to check in. they initially was tough with us and not supportive at all which made us sleep only for less than an hour.. then we again checked in for some more time. I wish the sound can be blocked like the way the light is... whenever someone walks in to the next pod, you might wake up due to the sound.. Anyways much better than sleeping at a couch beside the lobby ..

Not the nicest of places but if you’re looking for a place to sleep for a few hours it will get the job done. When I fell asleep the room was pretty warm but it was freezing by the time I woke up. The walls of the small bedrooms are not sound proof whatsoever so it can be pretty noisy. Though it’s pricey it is worth it. Also important to know there are NOT bathroom facilities inside, they are close but still in the terminal.

Location is excellent. Restaurants are a few minutes walk..we tried to squeeze in 4 hours of sleep. Rooms are very quiet, but felt slightly on the expensive side. On our return we decided to sleep on the recliners (we had a 3year baby) and were quite comfortable. Verdict: you can sleep free of cost at many places inside the airport. Skip.

This place is exactly as depicted. The igloo pods are small and reasonably priced. I wanted to get one but after I saw that they were the size of a recliner chair, I choose to get a cabin instead. It was great! It was basically a full bed with space for luggage on the side. The sheets and the room were super clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely a better option than a hotel. Note, bathrooms are next door and not attached to this location.

I met Florinda Kafamre Zimbabwe at the check in counter. I was exhausted, coming from New Delhi heading to San Francisco. I believe she saw the exhaustion in me and assisted me right away. She was simply AMAZING!!!! I used my priority pass and got a 2 hour pod without delay. I was ushered to my pod and told I'd be awakened in 2 hours...like clockwork 2 hrs later they knocked. I was so refreshed. What an incredible concept & very nicely run establishment. So simple yet well appointed; clean! I'd like to commend Florinda Kafamre Zimbabwe and have her recognized for her exemplary professionalism. The company is fortunate to have her on board.

(Translated by Google) Great, it is really worthwhile to treat yourself to this before departure ... but unfortunately, as in many lounges, too few seats, everything is pretty tight .... (Original) Top, es lohnt sich wirklich vor dem Abflug sich dies zu gönnen...aber leider, wie in vielen Lounges, zu wenig Plätze, alles ziemlich eng....

👍👍 The service is very convenient as they have everything you need after a long flight. Niño and Pauline are very much accommodating and knowledgeable in what they do. They asked me the right questions which helped me decide the hours to stay in (to avoid jet lag). The place is close to D6 on Terminal...
