I entered the flydubai business lounge and the Marhaba lounge in terminal 2 and I am Still undecided which is worse. The Marhaba lounge had the following issues: - very small and congested venue - poor ventilation - minimal food variety - cold and obviously old food - too much noise, forget relaxing if staying for a long layover - definitely not worth the money if your paying out of pocket. The only positive thing is that the reception staff are friendly and welcoming

The only thing I can say was good is that the reception staff were absolutely friendly. Unlike other Marhaba lounges. However the lounge is too small considering the number of flights it operates. Hence it was packed and noisy and congested. As usual the food spread at Marhaba lounges all around in Dubai airport is something to be desired of. Cold and stale food. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom. For such a lounge , there are only 2 washrooms. Which honestly were very smelly and dirty, obviously due to constant people using it. I found the washroom outside at the main terminal much cleaner. If you land at terminal 3 and have time to spare. I strongly advise you spend most time at lounges there and only come to terminal 2 nearer to your boarding time.

Not as luxurious as the airlines lounges but it's ok. People are helpful and welcoming. It's clean. Coffee and tea are nice. I didn't eat, but I didn't see a big variety of food here. Chairs are comfortable. You can enter using Visa Signature or MasterCard World. A nice small cozy place to enjoy your time before your flight.

Lounge is ok to kill a few time and get a food and/or snack. The nourishment on offer isn't the burner but it's superior than no relax at all. Amid my final remain staff was amazingly inviting.

Only two lounges are available in this terminal. Flydubai lounge for flydubai flights (business classe only) and this lounge for all other airlines first/ business class in addition to lounge key. Hence, most probably you will find the lounge quite busy. The food is good and well prepared with limited but good varieties. No prayer room available inside and you have to go out for prayer. Overall it was a good experience.

Only two lounges are available in terminal 02. One is Marhaba and Fly dubai 1st class lounge. I happened to stay almost 24hrs. Staff were friendly, restrooms were clean, computer was available, Wi-Fi was good and food was good. Down side is that no relaxing chairs or sleeping pods and at times very loud makes it difficult to sleep. Overall highly recommended.

This lounge if you can call it that is overcrowded with tired furniture and bad ventilation It's nothing like the photos they advertise it with. There were no tissue paper in the toilet, guests used toilet roll for wiping their hands. The number of guests must be controlled to give a breathing space for the guests in side. The two stars are for the friendly staff. Dubai deserves better

A very small area for a Marhaba lounge. Smoking area and the bar is on one side and buffet on the other. 80$ for a guest is a hit too much.

Cramped space, torn seat leather, mundane food. Expect a fourth class seating, barely better than sitting in the public area. Having traveled to many lounges around the world, it’s hard to come up with a worse lounge.

Nice staff and convenient place to fuel up / wait for your flight. They have good bite and tasty plates and drinks to have while the wait. The staff is really nice, the lounge also accept so many credit cards that will allow you using the place for free.

A small and cosy lounge with delicious food! Made with really good quality of ingredients, right amount of spices and cooked super well! Perfect for breakfast! Love the way it teaches us to use resources well. (Large water bottles to use as much as you need and not waste small plastic bottles for no reason, same for juices) Good job team πŸ‘

I have been there for 3-4 times. The receptionist and others are very kind at all, however this time very nice to meet with Mr.Manual who is really very professional and very kind to all of us. Thanking him for the hospitality for the serving and his kindness…

😐 Marhaba Lounge Terminal 3 (Concourse A) The Lounge is a quiet place to relax. However the good variety was very limited and mostly cold foods were on the shelf. The bathrooms were not maintained and cleaned properly. There was water leakage and all the washrooms had wet floor. The lounge is usual...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I have used other airport lounge before. But this place is FIRE!! Completely next level. I can only wonder what the First Class lounge is like? So the skinny is, everything is included. 🫀 The lounge is amazing, the reception staff is friendly and they have a decent food and drinks offering and the place is really quiet, something many people would like their lounge experience to be like. A few dishes add egg but didn’t mention that and i had to go and ask the staff who also weren’t...

😠 Doesn't look like a proper lounge! Restrooms are dirty, food quality and variety is not good at all, most of the drinks are not free. You have to pay for showers, cocktails and even ice cream! There's no resting space, just some uncomfortable chairs! Will never go back.
