Very rude door staff. The first hostess, beside the fact we had a table, said we couldn't enter because apparently we reached too late. Few minutes later, a girl that we believe to be the door manager (she refused to give her name- blonde with curly hair) was extremely rude, telling us in a very rude manner to move away from the exit area because people were going out of the place and they couldn’t pass... literally nobody was going out. Not to mentioned that she was under the influence of alcohol. I believe that the staff is the image of any place and I advise Mantis management to look into this matter because so far, the staff is not up to the standards of any place.

Rude door manager that can’t even look you in the eyes. Working in the same industry I understand strict door policy 100%, but there is a way of dealing with people with professionalism. Hostess team and bar team are great, had a great time inside but girl at the door no thanks

Hey guys please stay away from this place. Apparently your entry to their venue or event is based on your race, nationality and the color of your skin. And they are not even subtle about it. They seem to forget that Dubai promotes variety and culture and it’s so sad to see that such people are still living in the dark ages. Never again! Dubai is big enough to accommodate us and we don’t need to visit a place that makes us feel any less.

It’s quite disappointing that their door policies are highly volatile. Despite calling in advance to check about it, they never mentioned anything about it apart from the dress code being ‘Smart Elegant’. Being a new venture, they must try to put a happy welcome camouflage rather than trying to push off the crowd!!! No one is going to pay unless they like the place.. Mantis is yet another bubble!!!!

Bouncers are incredibly rude, called ahead of time and asked if we could have a friend dressed up in a respectful fancy dress, for his bachelor party, got to the door and was told we were not allowed in. Would recommend going anywhere else. Don’t waste your time!

I came to visit Dubai with one of my clients, the club was amazing, but I was shocked when we were on the table and my friend ordered champagne based on the pushing from the guest relationship manager, he offered her a glass of champagne, which cost us a good amount of money, when we said cheers, she throws the glass of the champagne behind her back because she just want us to order more so she can finish the bottle and ask us to order more, I saw her but I didn't want to make problems in front of my client, soooo unprofessional way to up sell, but the other staff were nice.

It's a wonderful new addition to the Dubai night life scene. Excellent immersive ambiance. The resident DJ is from UK and guest DJs also play here. F&b is reasonably priced.

Most discriminatory club I have been in a very long time. Hostess very rude and unapologetic. Just be open and tell people that you discriminate. I called twice and confirmed I do not need a table reservation and we were gonna be 4 ladies and 1 gentleman. On arrival every one was allowed in apart from us and they asked for reservation. We went there last night ! We had a chat earlier they told us to reserve before coming ,we did ! It was free of cost ! Then after reaching there 1) No crowd at all 2) place looks shady 3) The guy standing outside told us that the table booking is either for 3000 aed or the small table for 1000 aed And if you have RESERVATION you can go stand at Bar and I was like what ,so you made us reserve online just to stand all the time ! I mean seriously 😂 Hosts are too rude ,Would never recommend going there! Bad place with bad people !!

Great place to spend the night there. The show was really entertaining. Drinks were amazing and the food was delicious with many varieties. Staff is really fun and helpful espacially Haitham he took care of us all night. Amazing service from him. And the DJ had a great attitude and even took some song requests! Definitely going back again.

This place is no less than a fish market and the gate staff including event owner or some owner he was are mannerless, don't know how to talk to people, demand any random amount at the gate for entry and the moment they see people are agreeing to pay they change the value of the entry literally in one second , horribly crowded stinky fish market kinda place to spoil the weekend evening !!!!. I would never recommend anyone to visit MANTIS , there are many desi clubs out there better once rather. At the gate there was almost 10 people standing and everyone will tell you a different cost for entry and when you question, they look at each other out of embarrassment, and then start acting aggressive to hide the mistake they made, this is the sign of an irresponsible behavior plus it is illegal to charge at the gate like this without bill also they ask if you can pay cash. Horrible customer service and as a customer its a shame to revisit this place .

Beautiful club/ lounge in emirates towers. Interiors are fantasic and music is amazing. Service i very nice and server suggested a cocktail based on our requirements. Loved the vibe. Nice place to celebrate your birthday

1. Very crowded although tables will be free, the management wants people to stand in the pathway. 2. Management and staff are very rude. 3. Food options are limited and very costly when there is already a cover charge. 4. With all these charges, the speakers are placed in such a way that there is too much echo and cross interference and you will not love the music. It is just loud and noisy. 5. I will refrain from visiting this place again. I will suggest the same unless they atleast fix the music system.

If I could, I would actually give this place a minus rating. While I could spend hours writing a detailed description of my horrific experience there, I don't have the time nor patience to relive that trauma. Simply put, the staff is beyond hostile, borderline aggressive from the word go. My friend, albeit drunk and being escorted out by us, was basically manhandled by one of the female bouncers. I was actually abused by the man at the door when I wanted to go back in for a second to look for a friend, and then proceeded to make a threatening move in my direction as well. The dance floor is incredibly tiny and opened up only much later in the night, before which you're designated to stand in tiny lanes around the main area. Ventilation at the place is a joke, don't expect to leave without being soaked through and touching at least 15 other sweaty people. I understand that maintaining decorum at a nightclub with freeflowing alcohol is definitely a priority to ensure safety. While I don't expect coddling at such places, I would like to know what the need is for such abrasive and abusive behaviour. Is there no better alternative?

Amazing place ,very pleasant and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend to check Mantis out! Just be careful with the dress code they are strict on the door with it!

The hostess was very polite in a rude way. Told us the bottle service is the only way to get in when we just wanted to get a drink and see the place. The same discretion didnt apply to everyone.

One of the best club, located Emirates financial tower literally heart of the city, very easy to access and from entrance to exist the hosts are so helpful and kind, not like other clubs where you feel that hosts are rude, you feel very welcomed , great design one of the best clubbing experience music is just incredible Washrooms are so clean and well maintained what I loved after awesome part when you leave they give you a water bottle, this is such a kind gesture that never happens in any of the club in Dubai I have been to each and every club in Dubai it’s the far best and they really value the party people Keep it up !!

Had the most pathetic experience. We were a mixed group of three, entered the place around 1:30 am. They charged us an entry fee of 400 AED (only to enter) We requested for a table, since we wanted to have dinner, drinks and sheesha (The entry fee of 400 AED was not redeemable for F&B, which is ridiculous) 1) The sound system is horrible. You would have to schedule an appointment with a ENT the following day. 2) The food was below average. 3) Sheehsa will give you a bad throat for three days. I strongly suggest, please DO NOT visit this place !!!

Very bad experience Specially for the guard who checks the ID. We were 5 to 7 ppl, we have entered the club and got out just to go to the car and when we return back again to enter he asked us to wait and we kept waiting, then again we asked him to let us enter but then he treated us as we were beggars also abused us for no reason and specially treated the ladies in very bad way. We tried calling the person with whom we were coordinating and he kept saying us with in 2 mins his coming as we wanted to complaint about the guard but he didn’t come and we left, even the staffs was not talking in professional way Very bad experience as this was my 2nd time visiting the club and both of the time we have faced very bad experience Never going to visit again.

We went there impromptu, there was a private party going on , the music was awesome, Bollywood lovers . The sound quality was excellent. The in-house Dj was really good the choice of music kept your foot tapping all night long . The staff was super excellent, very humble and service never seen before . Always eager to serve.

Let's be honest. The bollywood nights are insane here, initial hours maybe 4/5 (1 less point for bad crowd management). But the most annoying part here is the insane volume they put after 1am. It tears into your ears and makes you go deaf. If you ever go here, make sure to wear earplugs. But still, the choice of music and the DJ, was very nice.

The lighting was very bad. Pricking the eye. Music was average. Sound was too loud for comfort. Crowd was average because of free entry and ladies free drinks. But seems like they covered the cost from gents drinks. Food and drinks extremely expensive. 30ml Vodka starts from AED 80. Glass of Shiraz AED 80. Shisha the most basic flavors star from AED 250.

The staff are not friendly. They don’t have basic adequate and all time fighting. DJ is creating perfect mood by selecting awesome songs but the staff spoil the moods.

Such a unique design and concept that is refreshing to see and far from the norm in Dubai. Its great to see a nightclub that has clearly put a lot of thought and effort in to the experience of the customer. A highlight for me is the attention to detail and service levels provided by the whole team. If you haven't been yet i'm sure once you visit, Mantis will quickly become a favorite, if you enjoy nightclubs you wont be disappointed a definite must go to place in Dubai!!!

Fun night club in Dubai with great music and there's a show going on all night! The staff was great, cocktails were really nice and they serve delicious food all night long.

I spent amazing Tuesday night partying at Mantis! Really great drinks and delicious food! Very kind staff. Amazing music and DJ! I had so much fun. I am sure i eill come back very soon. Ten out of ten!

The DJ is great. However, music is waaay too loud than it needs to be for a great night out. And the F&B service was appalling. We were offered nuts, given dry fruit nuts (not even asked if just wanted peanuts), and were also brought edamame without asking! When we were asked to shift tables they did not even bring us our barely eaten food and someone took it away. When asked about, they didn't even offer another a refill and were charged full (exorbitant) price!!! The hallmark of worst F&B service!

They discriminate among people using the name of UAE Government. Saying its UAE law which doesn’t comes under UAE law .. apparently they didn’t allow me to enter the club where there is a consert going on of my fav singer, just because i cover my hair. And said its the Dubai law And the only reason i was there was to see the consert. I dont understand why the muslim girls are being kicked out from places just coz they are practicing especially in muslim country.

They don't serve reall drinks and quantity. Over charged. Please check carefully your bill before leaving. I would never go on that place again.

Not a good place for hangout , there is two options either you stand and drink or you book a table and enjoy but there are more bouncers than guests who will continuously stare you for you every step like you came here to do a crime , people who choose to stand and drink please think before coming because there is not enough space you will continuously have to hit others shoulders for moving around and also price are high comparing other awesome places in dubai , bad experience.
