I bought a Groupon for 1 hour of unlimited rides for my son. He had an awesome time. The employees were very nice. The place was not super busy. There were plenty of rides for my son to get on for his height. We had an awesome time. It's like a mini indoor theme park. My only concern was the depiction if Africans in the character statues for some of the rides. In America this depiction is considered very racist. Please check my pictures for reference. They had these statues in two places. I was shocked to see them because they are very prejudice illustrations to how we (Africans and African Americans) look.

13.10.2022 First time in Adventureland. It was a Thursday and we were surprised that the place was practically empty at around 130pm. It was like the whole place was for us. There are a lot of rides for small and big kids. There is also wall climbing, a train ride good for something that the whole family can go on. There is the fast train and slow train and we went on the slow train. There are snack bars, a lot of benches to sit on should you be tired from walking. The staff are friendly though I felt sad for the one staff at the carousel as I felt she is miserable with her job. 2 of my younger daughters went in and I thought she might help them get on but I saw she’s not making a move so I asked her if I can come in to help them get on. She opened the gate again and I did what I had to do. I don’t know if she’s supposed to help the kids, but anyway I hope she feels better soon. The other staff in other rides like the jungle explorer, the plane ride , the smaller bump cars helped the kids with their seatbelt. The one at the bump cars even had to always steer the wheel for them almost all the time for them. At around 4pm ish, there were more people but not crowded. It was a fun experience being there for the first time.

We hosted our son's birthday party in the adventureland hall today. A few kids were bursting the balloons the staff had blown so the party hall staff would not entertain those kids. They did not allow them to play any games and treating these kids very badly. Even after I asked them to stop this behaviour as they were just kids, still they were not listening to us and just would not let these kids join other kids in the games. After the snacks, when it was time to give out wristband for the rides, he refused to give these kids their bands. Finally when these kids started crying and became very upset, he forced the kids to apologize to the staff and then handed over their wristbands. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable in someone whose job it is to entertain and work with kids. This is very unprofessional and it should be rectified. Ultimately, we wanted my son's friend to have fun and this incident really made their day worst.

it is a play stop for kid as well as adults in sahara mall sharjah. it is a big massive space with many amusming and thrilling activities to be done. the physcally done activity toys are just a top up. The fast track train , with slow track train for younger kids are one of kind which cannot found in other malls of sharjah. The massive playarea for kids is lifetime experience for kids . the topup on membership card makes it possible fo you kids to avail big offers in the set amount of money at a given period of time. enjoy your time!!

Unfortunately at baby area 2nd floor parents or relatives are not asked to wear sock ...high number of adults comes without sock it is extremely disgusting ! They go inside the balls pool and use all baby amenities ! This is a high risk for hygiene for our babies ! This is not acceptable ! Basic hygiene procedure request parents and babies to wear socks ! The plastic floor and many balls are extremely dirty ! For 1 hour play by baby socks becomes all black at the bottom with milions of germs ! Trampoline is broken for many months now big hole on one side which could cause broken legs for babies ! I have brought to the attention of the staff many times but no efforts given wether to ask adults to wear socks or repear of damaged items ! Most importantly adults must wear sock and not jump inside the balls pool !

A really good place for kids and young teens. The rides are much better with more variety than other malls. They often have programmes with activities for kids too (like back to school programs that were on 3 Thursdays with many activities and prizes for entrance of AED 30 and free for gold card holders.) Staff are really friendly too. I'm only not giving 5 starts for two reasons, one is that their prices are high and not very affordable now. Second is that their website is not updated and they do not inform us through email or text message about these activities. My sister went for the back to school activity but only the last day. We accidentally found about it the previous Friday when we were at the mall, if we knew earlier we would have come for all 3 or for 2 of them.

Kept us waiting for 20 mins. No one come to the kids room to open even after complain. I will not extend my membership and shift to another play area. And advise to do it everyone.

A fun filled place for all ages. I take my 19 mo daughter all the time in their kids area and she enjoys doing the kids activities. My husband loves to play games to get tickets and collect it in his card so he can redeem it for a toy (which he likes of course) as for me I'm an all rounder :)

My wife Miss with child choose the jungle rider on 28 May 2022 at around 22.40 and a green uniform lady employee swipe the Adventureland card and allowed my child to entered on the rider with others. A few minutes later she came to my wife and said 'Adult is not Allowed to Enter ' My wife replied 'Our child already used to sit'. Again a few minutes later she came and ask my wife to show give the card in front of other customers. My ask her 'for what' The lady employee said 'she want to check' My wife given and the employee went to the main cash counter and verified the card.
