This SRTIP park just recently opened. The aim of the park is to promote science and technology businesses & start ups in Sharjah. I had the pleasure of working in this park for 4 months as a Sheraa Fellow. I would come in every day for the past 4 months and I absolutely loved my experience. The receptionists are kind. Very bad freezone for startups. Admins are unresponsive after they take your money for the licence. They advertise as assisting with bank account setup, but their "advisor" ignored my emails and whatsapp messages. I had to ask someone from a different freezone to assist. Save yourself a lot of headaches, and find a better freezone.

It is good place to start your own business or startup. State of the art facilities. Nice building design and comfortable offices. Opportunities are available to connect with various tech companies from around the world. 3D printing. CNC machines. AI. Iot. Etc

Always used to wonder what it is whenever I passed through airport road, and finally entered inside for the first time to watch Fifa WC screening. Took a stroll around and I was really amused. This center has all the facilities to handle any big scale events or exhibition. Parking spaces are available inside and outside.

Most horrible experience in my 22 years of staying in the uae. Most irresponsible staff and management. 3 times in a row they have not submitted my documents for visa process after reassuring me that all is done. Resulting in me paying huge fines for over stay. The management takes no responsibility whats so ever. Huge loss of time money and energy. Would never recommend to anyone

They have well connected relationships with Governmental organisations, Corporates, private organisations and tieups with the universities nearby. This place is technologically superior in all aspects that provide the latest in advancements to the researchers and students. Their TechTuesdays is an open forum with a social responsibilty where they share the latest updates and facilitate networking and exchange of ideas. They have great labs, workspaces, ample parking and excellent ambience

The concept is really good. Incubate businesses and promote technology transfer with a lot of options to collaborate. Nice architecture and infrastructure. Is developing into a knowledge hub for the region.

Absolutely loved the Sharjah Entrepreneurial Festival which was held here. Beautifully organised with an amazing line up of speakers. What brought me here is I wanted to give a special shoutout to the valet service there. They had such a high volume of cars to deal with, but each and every valet man was kind, courteous and efficient. Thank you!

Great initiative by Sharjah government to have a technology and research Center ! In conjunction with universities and technology companies they build and impressive Center , with focus on the future Technologies like Artificial Intelligence- AI , Cybersecurity is wisely used on helping the future of Sharjah , UAE and other countries Well done , if you get a chance visit it I was lucky to the Center through an event , and I was also honoured to get awarded in the event but I can honestly say that the above feedback is irrelevant to the award given to me by GEC media in the Center Visit if you can

It was great experience. I heard about this place from few of my friends and that's why planned to visit. It is one of the biggest fab lab in the entire UAE, they have great machineries and equipment. And doing great work. Having great goals and vision. Worth to visit once.

My experience with this freezone license very bed this is very poor services and all uae bank not accepting this freezone license documents if you are going to start Ecommerce bissness then recommend al shams Sharjah freezone don't apply for this freezone .

No support for new owners, you won’t get reply for weeks or months. If you contact Social media, no response then email partners relationship, no response!!! At the same time social media is busy marketing as well as partners relation marketing via emails for their growth but not yours if you take license from here!! You won’t receive even one call until almost a year from them to help you in anything or to even know you!! Disappointing, this causes major confidence loss for fresh entrepreneurs..

Although it’s still in the development phase, but it’s one of the best places to work in Sharjah. There’s Sheraa hub which can help you to turn your idea into a working project. The interior of the place is something else with all the small details to enhance the environment and the atmosphere of the workplace. Electric scooters are available as well to get from one place to another (to be rented).

There is a company called Enventech... They will call you, if you are looking for a job.... Especially for sales position... After the second interview, they will offer 2 month training 😂 for small salary with commission.... The boss will tell you, He will be your mentor and teach you - How to sell ~? 🙄 .. They called me for van sales to grocery shops 😂... Fraudulent interview process .. I lost 200 Aed and my two days to attend their interview sessions from Dubai to this place... .. Stay away ...

Unfortunately no rating in minus, which they deserve better. Its trap. They will open company at least price. Game starts immediate after you make payment. No one will answer you or attend your call and forget about licence. For bank letter they will ask payment 10 times compare to what you pay at other free zone. Hence my strong recommendation is a Big No.

Poor quality service. SRTIP freezone will take your money and not provide any assistance after they take your licence fee. The staff don't reply to emails and offer no help on anything. Their marketing manager is useless also, and has no experience.
