All normal rooms has a relatively small windows on the side of the wall ( not in the middle of the wall ) . No floor to ceiling height glazed window. External dust and dirt prevent any good view . It could be last windows cleaning done 2 years ago .​ Finishes of the hotel noticeably old , the hotel needs refurbishment . ​ Furniture is old. However, the mattress itself is very good . ​ Lighting fitting design is nothing like hotel lighting system . Lighting is similar to apartment system , with old sockets and switches.​ Limited TV channels. ​ They provide toiletries ( one shampoo , one shower gel , one shower cap and one soap ) .​ House keeping keep on missing something, either big towel, or floor towel or hand towel , or tissue box, or toilet paper roles . You see the complete set only in check in day . Other days you need to call the reception to get the missing and needed items.​ Receptionist is kind person and friendly .​ The restaurant team are kind persons and helpful .

Very affordable and worth the money, service is on time everyday for the rooms. Reception is understanding and helpful. Only complaint is the thermostats inside the rooms don’t work at all, you’ve got no control within the room. To change it you must call and complain.

I had a mixed experience at Arabian Park Hotel. I stayed in both the regular hotel and the apartments. Staff behavior, for example, was professional (but of the sorts that feels impatient). Maybe it is because Dubai is a mixed multitude and no one’s form of English is perfect. Their meals were good. Good enough. They always had something for both sides of the meal-spectrum: meat eaters and vegetarians. Their rooms were always clean. Room service was excellent. While at the regular hotel, my room was always cold, yet I couldn’t completely switch off the AC. I complained. I didn’t have that problem when I upgraded to the apartment. A huge plus is that the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Al-Jaddaf metro station. That means in a few minutes you can hop on a train to basically anywhere in Dubai.

We have just completed the registration at the hotel. My father is staying for a week in Dubai, so I was looking for something good and not too much pricey for him. First impression is very nice, polite and helpful staff at the reception and concierge. Although I feel sorry for the receptionist guy, as he was all alone and there were so many guests he had to register himself. It was quite a queue as the hotel is busy. We are thankful though, the check in was smooth and easy. Thanks Mahmoud! The room is nice, quite small but for its price in the peak season✅👌 We will stay and see the experience within a week. The only negative thing - it was mentioned (and still mentioned) there will be a shuttle to the sea. And there is none:( We were putting it as a priority, so were really disappointed as now everyday taxi to the sea will be expensive. The reason is covid restrictions - which I see as an excuse when the lobby is full of people.

This place is fine for those who are used to public washroom type living. The place is below par, the floors are simple and old marble with no rugs or carpet. Cleanliness is missing. No iron and obviously iron board, so practically forcing you to get them ironed at the hotel or wait for hours to get an iron. 2 hangers in the cabinet. No new toilet rolls even when you check in. The room fridge doesn't work even when connected. Blurry TV channels. The rates at other places are so high that I had no option but to opt for this.

The customer service is very bad in this hotel , they think themselves the only hotel in this city. Some employees are not respecting the customer and not well educated to deal with customers. Second, they dont read the signs for cleaning or don’t disturbing the customers. I faced a problem with them, they claimed that i ordered something to the room and wanted to charge me, but when i insisted for them to double check all the employees, they found that i didn’t order anything and they embarrassed me in front of my guests !!!

The staff here are really amazing. They go out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of! During breakfast, I had asked if they had any plant based milk since I am allergic to dairy & even though they did not have any that date, Mr. Karim, who was at the breakfast lounge, made sure that the plant milk was arranged immediately & that I got my coffee during breakfast. These are things customers will always remember. Great job!

We are old time guests of the hotel and have been staying long and short term from before the renovation. It’s disappointing that it was not mentioned at any point that basic toiletries are not provided. Basics like toothbrush, slippers, robe do not come with the room and have to be purchased at an additional cost. Also the breakfast selection was poor and lacking variety even though the price of the stay has increased since before the renovation. I could have got a better experience for the same price. Staff was friendly but there is a lot of improvement to be done for the customer experience.

This hotel made me feel like I was part of the upper echelon of society. I normally go for clean and efficient, however, this was a treat, and was a welcomed change of scenery. Service was impeccable!!! If you are from a society where you use a washcloth bring yourself one because they didnt have any here. Book with confidence, you will not regret it

I had a very bad experience with this hotel, my wife saw the room and she got depressed, even the receptionist indicated the room is not that good in condition and she wanted to help but unfortunately there were no other rooms in a good condition. I requested to cancel but they advised me to contact booking.com since the reservation is none refundable, booking.com told us they will have to request this from the hotel and if they agreed then I will get a refund. I was shocked to know the hotel did not agree with the refund although they advised us to get it done via Booking.com and it will go through and not to worry. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone as their rooms are not in good condition and is expensive for such quality and trapping their customer to believe they can refund the amount and that it is okay to go ahead and cancel then to find that they did not approve the refund. Very annoying experience that I do not wish to anyone.

In Arabian park I stayed for two weeks. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing for the price and the staff in gardenia restaurant is amazing specially the hostess Navodya was so friendly and helpful. And I want to thank housekeeping reception and other staff for everything.I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The worst service, the reception lady behaviour was so disrespectful. I will never recommend this hotel. ALAAN reception lady staff, she doesn’t mind anything. I ask why the service is like this she said that she don’t mind anything. She was very rude behaviour.

Dirty hotel a lot of dust fron public space to the room. Unbelievable there is no refrigerator in my room and they cannot provide that, it is wrong decision to stay here for one week.

Love this place!! From the front and restaurant greeters specially Naseer who is very welcoming and he assisted us with a lot from renting a car to taking a tour he made us feel so welcome. Mavis was very helpful and patient when we couldn’t decide what drinks we wanted but she was happy to wait with a smile. The lifeguards were on point too and the housekeepers we got were also amazing specially Hridoy he is amazing.

I was working in a high gastronomy (Four Seasons etc.), so I can exactly tell to the management of the hotel what was good and what to improve. 1. good - really nice and clean hotel, nice smell at the reception, very friendly staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning etc.), very nice reconstruction of the hotel, really good prices for accommodation, changing rooms after check-out with the shower, really good food and taste, nice pool, free drinks for dinner (water, juice etc.) 2. what improve? We had cleaning in our room just once in all week, I can call reception to tell them clean, but better to do it every day/every second day:).Best 3 star hotel where I have been to.. Great hotel anyway..

Upside is the location is central to lots of places. The downside is sound through walls/windows and if other guests are noisy. Housekeeping is impeccable though! I’ve been looked after so well by Ms. Khin Oo (she’s an absolute angel) as well as Mr. Bhanu, director of housekeeping.

Joannah and the rest of the cleaners did an amazing job during our stay. Our room was spotless every day when we arrived back to our room. I have no complaints about this hotel. I had a convenient and enjoyable stay at the Arabian Park Hotel in Dubai. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I must also mention that the bellboy Naseer was incredibly helpful during my stay. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but they offer shuttle services to help with that. And green metro line 13 min walking distance or 12 AED to taxi. Overall, it was a great experience with friendly staff, tasty cuisine, and Naseer's exceptional assistance. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay in Dubai!

It was a great experience and we really enjoyed the stay as the service was too good and breakfast also had a good variety. The metro is nearby which makes it easier to go to Gold Souk and Meena Bazaar.The reception staff was very helpful. PK super store, Tourist Hub and Green Land, are all nearby which helped us to grab good food easily. A special mention of Usman, Naseem and Shari, who helped us a lot and always replied to our queries very warmly. Thank u so much. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have been incredibly loyal and have always stayed with them unfortunately will never again. Rude staff horrible check out experience they don’t care to such an extent forcing me to carry my own suitcase and three of my mothers from the 6th floor. All the staff did was watch us like Owls. I’d never stay again, the walls are so thin you can hear people talking, the manager heard noise coming from our room (us talking!!) and decided to come to our room knock the door and ring the bell all at once at 1:30 AM !!! He was so rude and shouting at us to open the door + the scent in the lobby is so strong and horrible it made me nauseous everytime i passed by

Just wrapped up a 5 day stay at this hotel for work, and it was top notch! The rooms were not only beautiful but also spotlessly clean. The location is super convenient, just a breezy 10 minute walk to the closest metro. The staff were the real stars here, always helpful and sporting a smile. Tried the breakfast buffet once, it was okay. Despite the not so fancy exterior, don't be fooled, this place is a solid 5-star from the inside. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Prices in the hotel are way too expensive! Restaurant staff has no connection to the guest ! The only guy who was better than the rest was the bartender! We asked an iron and we received none! After 30-40 min I called the reception and they said they don’t have , so I waited for nothing! Location was good , close to center and easy to reach metro station ! Poor breakfast!

1) House keeping is very very good. All ladies & gents are quickly done their jobs. One lady employee joined from Srilanka helps us very ways. 2) Hospitality are excellent 3) All are cooperative 4) Behaviour of all officials are excellent. 4) An official of hotel namely Niharika specially help us to translate the languages and other official works. 5) Food and beverages are good.

The rooms and the place is very neat and clean.Friendly workers at the reception especially Charlotte she is warm welcoming. The good was great though you need to consider people of southern Africa.

Looks like very ideal for working professionals rather than tourists. From the guests aquintance in the property one can easily conclude most of them are regulars with long duration arrangements with the property. The total credit of our comfortable and enjoyable stay is attributed to Mr.Sibin. For tourists from other countries, any one focal point from the property who made their pleasure trip memorable will never be forgotten in the life time. It will be replayed and rejoiced.

Do not book this hotel! They are scammers . Our trip couldn’t happen because my husband was Covid positive . We wrote to them and also called them for a refund and they straightway declined. They are scammers and frauds. My brother in law could make it and he says the rooms are very small and uncomfortable. Very dirty hotel and breakfast was also horrible. So do yourself a favor and don’t book them .

Stayed for 6 nights. The hotel located in a peaceful area close to Al Jadaf metro station.Our Classic room was good, having comfortable bed, good toilet with toiletries, flat tv, tea/coffee maker, hair drier, safe chest, mini fridge etc. Complementary breakfast had good varieties. Swimming pool though was out of bound. Front office staff were helpful. Room was kept clean and linens changed regularly. Overall comfortable stay.

The room was much smaller than the picture and the whole floor was sticky as well as the table, which was tiny and bad quality. The breakfast buffet was nothing great, they didn't even have eggs. If you can go to a different hotel, you for sure should.

Rooms were Nice, but bit small. Food is mediocre. Hotel is on the Rural side of Dubai which is recently developed in the last 2 years. So, a bit far from the main attractions.

One of the worst hotels by far in Dubai , very unprofessional approach, dealing with problems, untrained staff. Basic simple things that’s available in smallest hotels like Dental kit is missing here and hotel doesn’t provide it . Im very disappointed that this is theRotana standard of managing the hotel !

It's a three star hotel. Room service is ok ok. And food served there is not tasty. One must try local food delivery app talabat or eat max for tasty food at affordable price.

We had a stay at the hotel from April 6 to April 12. It was a really good and relaxing experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Regular housekeeping services, was provided. Breakfast options were a good mix of choices to pick from. The staff at the hotel were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was centrally located with great accessibility to all locations that we visited in Dubai. Overall, great value for money and wonderful experience.
