The washrooms are very far from the ground floor and the lifts are slow and late.....washrooms are very dirty and having no soap..... The prepared food items are kept since morning in the ground floor market or overly heated which didn't make me feel to eat.... The staff on ground floor are very rude and in hurry he told to go other counter and lady was rude said '' I can't do, you should do on same counter! '' Always they are inpatient and in hurry, the restaurant once gave me food expired out of the fridge on top floor I never went there again Many times I saw trolleys even dirty and unsanitised

The best thing in ansar mall is kids area. First 3 weekdays every ride is only 1 aed and that is so awesome if u have kids also there is irani kebab available on same floor that is worth trying. So feasible price of eatables also. There are 5 floors all separate for different things. Electronics, men,women,furniture and grocery. Sometimes they have offers so cheap which is totally budget friendly. Also quality of clothing is good. I like to visit it often. I get good deals on meat specifically most of the time and vegetables and fruits also.

Been here few times for shopping but last visit the customer service was terrible. We kept 3 bags at counter and when the token was given back to collect items the customer service only gave 2 bags back. If not checked properly we would have lost things for 100+dhs worth of goods. They should be more careful when they call the counter "customer service"

The counters are limited on every floor and they are jam packed plus the mall is understaffed you have to look around for a a good 20 to 30 mins to find a customer service support and then at the end of shopping you have to wait for 40 to 45 mins to get the bill it's either the software issue with them or hardware issue at their counters .*THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR SHOPPING*
