Nice shopping centre. With several.stores represented. It has a food court too. Carre four supermarket, Marks and Spencer, Aldo, Nine west among others. I do not know about the parking because i stayed in a hotel that leads right into the mall - Swissotel. I like the mall because it's not too busy. All the stores I've entered have been covid compliant. Most Stores open from 10am to 11pm, 12 am on Fridays. It was really convenient for us living so close to it, cos we could chill the whole day and head to the mall at 8pm and still enjoy a great shopping experience.

Alhgurair Center is a shopping complex that has been in business for a long time. Strategically located nestled between the busy streets if Rigga and Almurgabat in Diera Dubai. It has been updated over the years and now includes the swissotel. A mall with many of the shopping stores you expect to find. To my be forgotten given the wide variety of higher end malls in Dubai nowadays but if your in Diera its great to visit.

Seems a bit empty during the week. Went there in February this year and there were literally no people in this shopping centre at 2pm. Overall an ok place to be especially if it is very hot outside. There are a few food outlets and prices are fine. A bit remote from a metro station so it is better to come by taxi or car if possible.

Most of the shops in the mall are closed . There are literally new shops everytime you visit which makes it a mall which one would not be certain to revisit because you are not sure if after driving all the way the particular shop you are interested in might not be available in the mall anymore. How ever this is understandable and the available shops try as much as possible to constantly have sale items and promotions to encourage people for return visits to the mall .

I must confess I am really disappointed to deal with Al ghurair property here in Al Raffa behind Seaview hotel Bur Dubai.I was a tanent for a whole year 2019 and renewed my contract for another year 2020.At first the Agent Abuthahir Sha whose email is [email protected] over charged me for the apartment which is given for 42,000dirhams plus a month free,agent abuthahir gave me for 58,000dirhams which is way too expensive. Due to the Pandemic I lost my job in April,My company asked me to get another job or go back to my country.they might call me back which I explain at the office to the agent.but there was no plane working as at then to fly back home and I don’t want to leave without sorting Al Ghurair.i tried to get another job NEGATIVE and I decided to terminate my contract because I can’t continue the payment.I went to the office 6th of July to request contract termination and I was told to provide termination letter which I did and the agent scanned and he asked me to write an email attached with my termination letter which I did as well. I continue to follow up with the email via calls and Whats app,I sent mails,I called the office but nobody responded to me, likewise the agent never picked my calls since 10th of July till date for more than a month, now It is middle of august I got an email from them saying they cannot terminate the contact when my rent is suppose to expire august ending.. I regret involving myself with you I don’t have a job and I have no money to survive

Now celebrating 40 years, this mall has been my childhood favorite and still is. Seen it grow stage by stage. There was a time when businesses would do anything to have a setup here. Good atmosphere, good collection of shops and stores and not as huge as those giant malls, means you can actually see the entire mall in one visit. A must visit and for those long timers here in Dubai, it's definitely a trip down memory lane.
