Rameez

a
nice
place
to
get
your
daily
groceries,
but
senior
management
needs
to
address
the
behavior
of
a
few
Indian
and
Filipino
female
employees,
who
are
nasty
to
customers
and
hurry
customers
through
each
other.
These
types
of
women
employee's
staffs
depict
nonprofessional,
no
patience
behavior
to
consumers
and
overconfidently
frame
out
scenes
as
if
they
are
doing
a
fantastic
job
and
the
opposing
customer
is
a
complete
idiot.
There
is
also
a
significant
issue
with
plastic
bags
for
customers
who
make
large
purchases,
as
these
same
female
and
even
male
employees
working
at
the
cash
registers
ensure
that
the
maximum
number
of
items
are
packed
into
each
of
the
smallest
bags
so
that
RAMEEZ
employees
can
SAVE
their
plastic
bags.
and
make
customers
suffer
because
it's
difficult
to
carry
such
small
heavy
bags
full
of
items,
these
ladies
and
a
few
men
staffs
aren't
polite
enough
to
put
less
quantity
items
in
each
proper
bag
so
that
customers
don't
have
to
deal
with
big
heavy
loaded
bags
with
huge
weight
carrying
that
can
easily
tear
off
and
items
fall
down.

Top
Management
should
take
this
feedback
very
seriously
and
provide
professional
customer
service,
attitude,
and
etiquette
trainings
to
these
and
all
of
their
staff,
or
else
many
consumers
would
continue
to
shop
at
other
competitor
malls,
which
are
plenty
in
the
market.
Perhaps
management
does
not
want
a
large
piece
of
the
market
if
its
people
do
not
improve.
