A place to spend evening for quick shopping and fountains experience with good food. Fountains with Fire and laser show every 30 Minutes in evening makes a beautiful evening. You have choices of multiple restaurant's with waterfront view and can try a open area stalls for quick snack or drinks Try your luck, some weekends have programs in a adjacent area of mall ...while you take a walk around waterfront, many times it's kind of funfair with food stalls or live shows. As far as shopping experience inside mall, nothing special about its outlets or shopping experience. Waterfront fountains, & fireworks,/ fire show, with happening experience stands out among other malls. Most important parking is free.

Another fantastic shopping mall in Dubai Festival City, it has some high end stores and a waterfront. At the waterfront there is a fountain show called Imagine, featuring video, sound, lasers and immersive technology to display different shows throughout the evenings. I would recommend a visit as it has restaurants across the waterfront. A great place to relax and shop. Highly Recommend!

Went here with my family. We love their winter village. There is also an acrobat performers the time we visit. The laser show with water fountain are wonderful. They are well organized in the outside area as well, security guards are regularly reminding people to put mask on. The nappy changing room for kids are huge also 👍. Toilets are everywhere 😅

A beautiful mall with plenty of parking space. Connected with IKEA which itself is a big shopping place. That fountain and laser show every hour outside the mall is worth watching. Its comparable to Dubai mall fountain show. The dining options are equally impressive, featuring a gastronomic adventure that spans international cuisines, trendy cafes, and family-friendly eateries. Whether indulging in gourmet delights or grabbing a quick bite, there's something to satisfy every palate. Mall also excels in customer service, maintaining a clean, well-organized environment and providing ample parking facilities and accessibility options. We visited this mall during Dubai festival season to see the scheduled fireworks at 9:00 AM. Unfortunately it got cancelled but there was no information. Outside play area was also bit expensive for routine activities for kids. Deducting one star for these reasons. Otherwise it's a delightful experience to visit this place especially during winters.

Festival city mall is a very nice place for you to visit. Like any mall they have shops , food court , coffee shops , super market , kids park , cinema and an outdoor area . There are so many shops in the mall also some of the shops I don’t even recognize. I love how there is an outdoor area and food court it and there are also mini shops and a mini trampoline park in the outdoor area. There is also a trampoline park inside the mall called bounce . If you are going out with your friends or family and you wanted to get food , there are so many restaurants choices in the mall and also coffee shops . There is and outdoor food court and also in door too . And if you don’t want to go to a restaurant you can just go to the cinema or just go shopping. There are so many new shops there that I haven’t seen before. There is also a super market if you want to get groceries. I would definitely recommend you to visit this mall . 😁

This mall have a lot of coffee shops & restaurants to chill and have some food, some is facing the waterfront makes it even more pleasant. They have a fountain show in the evening every 30mins if I’m not mistaken. The place is not really accessible by Metro Station, the nearest Station for me is Creek Metro Station, but you need to take boat going to Al Jaddaf Marine Station and you need to wait the boat almost an hour.. But for me the place is really worth a visit specially at night. The view from there is amazing! 😻

This was a pretty unexpected and wonderful experience. The mall is really good. Not over crowded compared to other malls. Pretty damn good options of restaurants. And let’s not forget about what’s happening outside. Cool fountain show. Amazing bubble tea. Cool live music from 7pm - 10pm

I had a fabulous time at DFC. The design from the terrace makes it look like an airport. The interior is so breath taking with those signature roofing and skylight. Also, the play ground offers a good spot for families and their little ones. The vibe is so beautiful to live over and over. Looking forward to visit again for the fountain show.

It's probably one of the best malls in Dubai, as it offers great shopping experience with lots of choices. Culinary experiences and catering venues are top quality with a large variety of kitchen offerings. The mall is relatively new and smaller than some other malls in Dubai but offers more easy navigation and parking facilities. The outdoor venues include fountain shows and sometimes drone and fireworks shows.

One of my favorite malls in Dubai. It's not too crowded even during weekends, and you'll find plenty of options inside. Huge mall where you can find IKEA and Ace Hardware, Lulu and Carrefour, plenty of food courts and restaurants, VOX Cinema, Fabyland, kids play area, famous fast fashion and luxury brands, you name it. In the evening you can also watch the amazing light show in the festival city fountain. This area has an interesting story too as to why they named it Festival City. The famous Global Village is supposed to be built here and the area is supposed to be the center of entertainment and festivals of Dubai, hence the name.

Love this place. They celebrate events here with firecrackers work. Loved their Diwali celebrations. A place to hangout, chill and shopping.

Dubai Festival City Mall is a great place for dining and shopping. There are plenty of options, and they have clean restrooms. You can also go to the waterfront and enjoy the view. This place is highly recommended for tourists who want to go on a shopping trip (cause they have good promos too).

Good luck finding a parking space unless your ready to pay for VIP parking. Additionally, the moment you walk into the mall you will be bombarded with all of the sales tactics from the kiosks. It is never ending and you will not have a moment to relax while trying to shop.

A really nice small mall with everything you'd want. Great fashion and other outlets, especially Korean and Japanese gift shops. Good choice of restaurants with all the usual fast-food outlets. There is an attached cinema, Ikea store and hotel. Close to Hard Rock restaurant and shop too. All well-worth a visit

This place is very big, it has lots of restaurants and shops as well. It has a big carrefour which is convenient. Except it looks a bit old fashion. Anyway I would probably recommend this place but I suggest going to another mall first

What an amazing place to shop and relax at bay view. The mall is simply huge and has the biggest ikea store in the whole UAE. You will find all big brands inside plus a cinema. Plus Lulu and carrefoure are inside the mall too. If you go to the back side of the mail you will find the huge walkway beside the bay with water fountains and a lot of options to eat. It’s better to go early in evening if you have shopping plans to get parking space.

Very big mall with alot of services like mosque hall, kids play area, food court, parking with levels. Usually i used to go there to see national day fireworks but that was my 1st time to see new year fireworks 💥 & it was amazing with live music concert & DJ. Just one recommend is that they should put parking finder machine as well thanks.

I like this mall more than the Dubai Mall. It doesn’t have Versace on every corner but still has different medium-priced brands. This is where locals go shopping. The area is fantastic and families friendly! The view at Creek is amazing! Don't miss the night laser show,!

A place where you and your family can enjoy. I like this mall. It's not crowded and they have plenty of shops, coffees, restaurants, kids entertainment. Als, laser show is every half an hour and it's amazing. I tried Texas restaurant in the mall and everything was perfect. Cafe bek is also very nice to enjoy the beverages and ice creams.

Absolutely massive shopping and entertainment facility, very popular with all types of shoppers, young trendiest, families, everyone can find what they want here. Just budget more time than you expect, there is so much to do you will not see it all in one visit. It's a destination in it's own right and much easier to visit than it's bigger more advertised family of Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates. The fountain show after dark is OK but a little under whelming really, but we loved watching children riding round on tiny electric bikes, and the little trains are always fun to see both indoors and outside.

By far it's my favorite mall to hang out with my family. Seriously the coolest and cosyiest mall in Dubai. The parking is very good in term of ingress and egress as well as the parking spot size unlike some other mall. I love the food court and fabyland, which has many arcade and rides that the kids enjoy, I love that this mall has two hyper supermarkets.. novo cinema been closed for a while which is not nice. The mall has an outdoor walking zone which is very suitable for families and kids. Many activities take place in the outdoor area. I do miss the waterfall as it brings a lot of memories of when the time was simpler. I hope they return it back someday.

This is one of the popular mall in Dubai. Always busy with all festival events specially in winter. After 6PM Every hour there is a laser light show and fountain show with some fire attraction. All branded showrooms are there. Lulu hypermarket is value added in this mall. Waterfront good attraction..

Very nice shopping that you can go by boat connecting after the last metro station of the green line. Creek Station than walk directly to the boat station. Nice place with good restaurants and very convenient .

Amazing big mall with loads of shops, restaurants and cafes. From 7.30 every half an hour every night you can admire the light show at the fountains just outside the mall by the park lake.

I love Dubai Festival City Mall. It is relaxing, quiet, peaceful. The design is very well thought out and beautifully executed. I go there often for coffee, lunch and to my bank. It is relatively new and sunny during the day.

Nice place if u like rock music. Always busy. Staff also they don't focus alot as it is so much. Food is okay, they serve drinks, and alcohol is alcohol. They have a live band which is nice. Am not big fan of rock music, but I visit with my friends from time to time and I doesn't bother me. It is okay.

I like to visit this mall for the fountain show. The laser show is not as before but still nice to mix it with the light show. Mall is very clean. Variety of shops. Lou Lou market available. Cinema is an added value.

It’s a mall near the creek side where can travel by ferry/abra from creek metro station. The mall is pretty big with lulu and carrefour hypermarkets, a huge food court and many shopping brands to check out. It has a waterfront view which plays laser and fountain show every 30 mins in the evening. Has a children play area too. Surrounded by many hotels, restaurants and Hard Rock Cafe is next to it.

Simply, everything you look for is there, regular retailers, high end brands, entertainment and wide variety of food. There are lot of kids play area facilities inside the mall.

So much fun. No smoking. Busy mostly. Staff was 50% super busy like overwhelmed and 50% sweet and friendly. I had a bit of difficulty placing my order with a guy whose English wasn’t that good but then a lady joined and it was super smooth. Fun live music too. It’s like a mn open music museum.

Just happened to visit this place by chance and was surprised that this place is not spoken about a lot. We reached this place by taking a short boat ride operated by RTA from the Creek Metro Station. We visited this place in the evening and it has an amazing view of Dubai skyline and has many restaurant and also has an amazing light & music show.

Found couple of unique items at good price. A foldable bed which many customers picked, a bed tray.... Kitchen utilities.

I visited festival city last recently and I had a great time there. The place is very spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a lot of shops and services to choose from, such as clothing, electronics, books, beauty, food, and more. I especially liked the bookstore, where I found some interesting titles and got a good deal. The food court has a variety of cuisines and the prices are reasonable. I also enjoyed the entertainment area, where they have a cinema, a bowling alley, and a gaming zone. The centre is easy to access by public transport or car, and there is plenty of parking space. I would definitely recommend al manal centre to anyone who is looking for a fun and relaxing shopping experience.

A beautiful shopping destination to spend a weekends with family. More than 2 hyper markets, Ikea and Ace nearby. A big food court and many fine dining restaurants. They have laser, sound and fire shows in the evenings and walking in the Festival bay itself will give you some relaxation from the concrete jungles. Mall is accessible by bus. If you are coming by Metro you can take an Abra (boat) ride from the creek Metro station (last stop on Green line).

My kids were safe in the kids play area in ground flour, while I did my shopping and rounding in IKEA and others.

This mall is all about family fun and shopping, they have almost everything from a cinema, kid arcade, supermarket, Clothing stores, shoes, perfumes, jewellery, restaurants, cafes, toys. BUT since for a while now, Festival has lacked in electronics stores, this is the only thing you wont find in abundance here. They also have a great fountain display, hotels connected to the mall and tons of underground and outside parking.
