Find it difficult to reach, but thanks to RTA Dubai to made it easy. Take F36 bus from Mall of the Emirates to reach here.

Good mall, small size with limited options but it fulfilled what we came fore Some coffee and breakfast, and also little shopping at carrefour Also the parking is available and easy to find a spot, so they have more parking than needed so don't worry about coming to shop here!

Not many shop options but the ones there definitely meet the basic necessities of people in Arjan and Villa Latana. There's Carrefour for groceries, McDonald's for fast food, Al Ansari Exchange for finance, Shakespeare & co restaurant An optical shop, One ATM and a few more

Loved the center ..it has a dollar plus store, carrefour, du shop, vape and hukka store, Tim Hortons, macdonalds, pizza , charcoal barbeque, flower shop, and money transfers and even an ATM..all under a roof..huge parking space as well..

The nearest money exchange facility, du kiosk, car rental are the main attractions for arjan residents.some restaurants,carrefour,tobacco shops also you can find.. Recently opened a flower shop and electric vehicle charging point.

A smaller mall with a good selection of retail, pharmacy, hair dressers and food outlets. You might have to drive around a couple of times to find parking but otherwise good.

Excellent mall. A good selection of shops to keep everyone happy from food, coffee, bubble tea, vape, barbers and more. A lovely Carrefour supermarket too. Small but perfect.

Nice convenient shopping stores. This is a suburban living area away out of Dubai city.

We usually order from here. The quality is getting lower and lower. Today was horrible, we had a broken mustard cap inside one of the turkey and cheese croissant. My mother in law was about to choke! This is horrible and absolutely not acceptable! What happened to you City Centre branch???

A lot of people confused the name with Mall of Emirates. This is a small mall in Barsha South, close to Arjan and Dubai Science Park. There's a small Carrefour, Dollar Tree Store, Vape Shop, currency exchange, Tim Hortons, and salon available here. If you don't want a hassle to go to a big mall and just need to grab something quickly, this mall is quite nice.

I visited two times Al Ansari Exchange there, less crowded, and parking was available most of the time.

Convenient and easy access for the community. EV charger is a plus for sure. Ample parking and with few essential shops there.

Small community center, but have most of the shops that you need, like Carrefour, Tim Hortons, Shakespeare, Macdonalds, Al Ansari exchange, Marina pharmacy, Al Rifai and other shops and restaurants.

I usually have everything from My City centre Al Barsha, you have everything you need, coffee shops, exchange, foods and the staff are very friendly and helpful 😀

Medium scale shopping complex. There are Carefour, Dollarplus, McDonald, Telco retailers, ATM machine etc in the complex. A good place for quick shopping of the groceries.

It's a small mall but a good place to get all the essential items. MC Donald's, Carrefour, Tim Hortons etc are the best attractions.

I just want in to take a coffee from Tim Hortons and that's located right in front of the door so didn't see much inside but looks like the same like any local city center... building is so mall though so I assume only a few brands available in there...but was very clean n tidy place...

I always go to VPerfumes there because they always make a good offers for perfumes. Also, Shakespeare and Co pastry always have a time-up cakes which has 50% discount😉 but quickly finish so you need to go afternoon to get the chance to choose between them.

If you live in Arjan, this is wonderfully convenient. Now that they have finished the work outside, I have never had a problem finding a parking space. It's a nice touch to have dedicated parking for families with small children. Carrefour has always been well-stocked and there are some small niche stores that have really come in handy.
