Loved the new styles of bags and shoes .. unfortunately the cash counter staff was not in the mood to even say hi or say thank you. So i literally handed over the items, the card to pay, collected my bags and left. NO INTERACTION.

There is no credibility in the prices, just fake advertisements on social media sites to attract attention, and when you go to the store and see the prices, you will know the truth. Also, the employees are not qualified to work in such stores. They do not respect customers, especially one of the employees who works on the cash register, who is a Filipino. She has no ethics in dealing at all and is not fit to be a cashier employee. So I will be staying at Centrepoint and never going there again

I’m a loyal customer of center point everything I bought from there but yesterday something happened and i was sooo sad i go there to find a shoes for my daughter and i was have dress I bought from outside and suddenly the dress disappeared! No one helped me to find it! And they show me the video which shown me holding the dress and they keep telling no you’re holding a toy!! And you forgot the dress at home like I’m insane i was depressed sooooooo much and no one cares!

I give 5 star for the excellent services of the saleslady in BAG section sorry I did asked her name salute to her for a job well done.. But when I pay at the counter I was so shocked that the cashier ask me if I need a bag I said of course and she said I need to pay 25 fils ..it's just a little amount but I am just upset that I bought a Bag and then they cannot give free bag????? Thank God that I bought a shoes from THE BOX and they gave me free bag ..so there I put also the bag that I bought from center point.. Hopefully that the management will make action of not having a descrimination..Because to other customer they gave free..thank u

I hate this shop for one reason , we have to spend more than half hour to buy item whatever of amount , the cashier’s capacity’s for 5 employees and you will fine only 2 of them with lllong queue of customers.. you need to consider it could take more than 30 minutes to do such payment

On Sunday 4th July, we ordered a music box from Centerpoint Abu Dhabi online. It was meant to be a birthday gift for a friend (whose birthday is today, 7th July), and we checked the date of delivery; it was mentioned it’ll be delivered by Tuesday, 6th July, and so we ordered it. However, on 5th July, at around 8PM, we checked the order status, and it showed “Order rejected by customer”, which we could very certainly say, we hadn’t done. We called the customer service and spoke to a guy who said the message was auto-generated, and that our order will be delivered and the status will be updated. We were not satisfied by his response because how can a system have an auto-generated message as such? It was bizarre! They said they do not have any control over the delivery service, as the courier company was responsible. Being the customer, we’re not concerned about their third party arrangements. We’ve ordered something and expect to get it on time. We waited until the next day, but the status hadn’t changed, so we called customer service again, the next day, 6th July, only to be told the same thing; that it’s an auto-generated message and our order will be delivered on time. We insisted to see the updated message because our order was supposed to be delivered on the 6th, so a complaint was raised, but other than that, there was no further notice and neither was our order delivered to us. We wanted to speak to a senior representative, but every time they mentioned no one was available. We were completely disappointed and called the customer service again today (7th July), and after talking to a customer service personnel, our order had finally arrived. We quickly unwrapped the box, only to find that it was damaged. A music box requires a key to turn, so the box starts playing music, but the key was missing, and there is no other way for the music to start playing. There were also scratches inside the box. We called customer service to let them know about it, but they put us on hold and disconnected our call. We are very disappointed with the service Centerpoint has provided, and ought to never purchase something online from their website/app again, and would not recommend, as it has been a very unsatisfactory experience.

A very large departmental store with a variety of brands to choose from. Prices are on the higher side even though they have regular promotional offers, the promotional prices are also moderately high. Recommended place for shopping for shoes. Lots of Variety to select from.

One of the worst customer service at the counter as well as customer service counter. Really unexpected.

The worse service ever in the payment counter, me and my 2 kids were waiting to pay in the line where 3 staff available to obviously open another counter instead of only 1. Staff are not working professionally to help clear the line instead speaking to each other in their own native language (Tegalok) and refuse eye contact.

Bad experience, only 2 persons in counter for such a huge center. We have to wait for 30 mins to pay the bill. Prices very high even in promotions. No fazaa or any other coupen or discounts work. Will never visit and will never recommend.

Placed an click and collect order on last month 29th and still waiting for collection, contacted the customer care several time through chat and call no proper solution, its like if u want take it or cancel or collect after 2 days. Need to improve a lot.

Recently we went there for shopping, i paid all my bill like it was 1000+ but when i get back to home and see there was few things which was not in the bag. So i am just saying this is not good experience they take all bill but not put all things in my bag. I feel like i got cheated.
