The restaurant that delivers what on promises it makes. During our recent trip to this culinary wonderland we ordered Sikandari raan which was done to perfection the meat was so tender that it would melt in one’s mouth. Paneer tikka this was an ultimate surprise and words can’t justify the taste of this item. Rest the curries and biryani items were also made to perfection. The only item that could had been better were the dessert items firni and falooda which i would rate 1out of 5. But yet on the price the hospitality and the quality of the food i would rate them 4/5.

I have not tried the original Bukhara restaurant in New Delhi, but I have tried many good Indian restaurants in Dubai, and the verdict isn't positive for Bukhara. The ambience is nice, the service is great, but the food is average at best, and the high prices are unjustified. The Lamb Leg Beryani was just good, and so was the Butter Chicken. The appetizers were less than average, and we were not very excited to even try the desserts. Will not visit again.

Amazing restaurant for authentic Indian cuisine in Ajman. It used to be a franchise of the Bukhara in ITC Maurya in Delhi. The decor and service standard is just as it in Delhi. We tried our favourite Dal Makhani, Raan, Butter Chicken, Chicken biryani and the most delicious gulanjamuns. The service is really good, food was delicious and the decor was amazing. Highly recommended and only an hour away from Dubai.

This is the best Indian you'll ever have (for me as an expat living in Dubai). The staff are phenomenal. The chefs are exceptional and the food is incredible. The manager Nizar is incredibly kind, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable about the entire menu. Sumi and Disha are very lovely servers too. If you're looking for something hearty and tasty, get yourself: Chicken Tikka Masala, lamb Rogan Josh, and a few (ahem 3 servings) of garlic naan... you won't need the rice!

Great place for Indian cuisine! We went as a group of 10 and enjoyed every dish we ordered. Love the meat starter. Choice in menu is absolutely good. Ambience is pretty decent, service n hospitality is fabulous. You will not be disappointed. I recommend butter chicken, dal, butter naan, lamb, nelli Biriyani and dessert js must try. The best Butter Chicken in the UAE! We visited Bukhara two times and it was always very pleasant experience. The restaurant is decorated in a very traditional vibe. Whoever likes great Indian food should definitely visit this place!

We went there for lunch on a Tuesday. The place was empty except for another table where I guess the hotel staff was having a team building event. Because of this, they were not serving the business lunch option advertised on each table. The food was delicious. Prices quite high for being Ajman, more in line with Dubai, but I can tell the quality was high and we massively enjoyed the food.

The icon New Delhi restaurant has a branch in Ajman. If you like meat then this is the place to go. Not as good as the original one in India but it’s still Very Good. Ambiance is quite dark and dull. Service is friendly and attentive.

Absolute Heaven. Wow. Wow. Giving 6stars out of 5. I have always wanted to dine at Bukhara, but never had even imagined it will be at Ajman In UAE. Bukhara, known from India, has always been a place i wanted to dine and have the world famous Dal Bukhara and then Fish Tikka, Jhinga (Prawn), Stuffed Mushrooms, Chicken tikka, Chicken Curry, Butter Chicken, Chicken Biryani, Bread Basket and its famous Chutneys (Papaya Chutney is amazing). Fingerlickin food, eating with the hands and wearing a Apron to not mess up with your clothes is one way to say that “Just Dig In” and dont think. Just enjoy. Heard a lot about bukhara and had to try it out. The ambience is allrite they need to do something new as this restaurant has been surviving since 1999. I would give 5 stars for the current head chef Gagan. A very friendly person and makes sure he visits every table and check on guests. The food in my honest opinion is as good as any decent restaurant in Dubai nothing really out of the box. I dont think its value for money. However, they need to change with time and adopt newer strategies and be more creative in presentation, add newer flavours. It's allrite for Ajman.

I honestly tend to avoid eating at hotel restaurants (except for breakfast) since I haven't always enjoyed the taste. However, when we (me, my wife and son) were roaming around Ajman hotel to find a place for dinner we came across Bukhara and then two lovely waiters came to see us and they were extremely friendly and apparently my 1 year and 10 months son loved them and went to them immediately, so I decided to give it a try. The theme is very nice and cozy, but the Menu wasn't clear to me so asked the waiter for help. We ended up ordering Chicken and Lamb Biryani noting that I was still worried about how they would taste since I had previously these dishes in other restaurants and I was very dissappointed. I was shocked on how good it was, it is one of the best Indian Biryani I ever had! The portion was too much, but it was so yummy that we were able to have all of it. P.S. They did not charge for my son's french fries.

We visited bukhara again after few years and the food was as memorable as it was in the past. We had ordered few mock tail drinks (which were warmish and were very sugar syrupy). The grilled chicken and dal bukhara were delicious but Rogan Josh was quite watery and not rich, how it naturally is. Every mughlai place offers small papads, chutneys or salads along with meals (and i know bukhara Delhi and even this bukhara used to do it) but we weren't served that and we asked for it and it was not what you expect flavour wise. The lack of depth of flavours was compensated by the quality of service. Mr. Nizar was wonderful and checked up on us and even the other servers were great. We will be visiting again because of the service and the daal (and hopefully for better meats).

This little gem inside Ajman Hotel in Ajman is a beauty! Best Indian I have had anywhere! Proper authentic Indian food just as it should be, full of flavour and spices , all the dishes were amazing! Hats off to the chef! Food was so good I forgot to take pictures but I will go again before we leave! Waitress Sumi was so helpful, courteous and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy with food and service. She was great. If ever you are staying if Ajman you must try this Indian restaurant you won’t be disappointed, trust me!

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in town. The staff are very courteous and polite. Their food is delicious. We ordered the Bukhara Dal and Biryani and it was just super delicious. This restaurant is one of the oldest restaurants in UAE. Yet they are much better than the new so called Indian, Indian Fusion, modern Indian restaurants! The staff served us food on our plates which doesn’t happen these days anywhere. The staff asking is if everything is good during our meals also doesn’t happen these days. What a great experience! Amazing!

To be very honest food was tasteless and very expensive, not worth.

Deserves a definite 5 stars because of ambience, quality of food serving and taste. Tandori Charga, Bukhara Dal and Raan Sikandri is a must must try !! A little expensive but taste much better than anyother restaurant in the neighbourhood.

Had been to Bukhara rest last night. Post Kempinski period. It was a huge disappointment, 1. Hygiene 2. Attitude of staff 3. Food taste 4. Customer service are substandard. No covid protocols maintained in seating arrangements.More over they have a limited menu. It is not worth going there again.

The food at Bukhara was outstanding! One of the BEST Indian Food experiences we have had in the UAE. Our waiter, Mr, Akeel, was super polite and made excellent recommendations. The very talented Chef de Cuisine, Mr. Gagandeep Singh, has been featured in UAE Top Chefs, and it shows on every single dish he presents. Highly recommended. We have already booked a second dinner here. If you like Indian Cuisine, you CANNOT get a better meal than at Bukhara situated at the Ajman Hotel!

After reading a lot of reviews and specially the excellent reviews about Mr Nizar I choose this place for family dinner. We chose all the items which Mr Nizar recommended us and they were really awesome and the best part there was no food wastage as he knew exactly how much would suffice us. I wanted to order 1 more dish and he politely said to wait and order later. Really appreciate Mr Nizar. Thank you so much!!!

We stayed at the hotel so availed the set menu as part of our all inclusive package. It was very good. A mix of different kebabs for starters and then really tasty curries served with rice and awesome naan breads. Staff are very nice and service level is high! Tasted different things and all were absolutely amazing.

We ordered the lamb shanks biryani and it was one of the richest biryanis I've had. The papad that came with our order and raita (ordered separately) were also really great compliments to the biryani. Would definitely recommend! Also, the manager was attentive and was regularly updating us with our order. All of the staff were smiling as well. Really enjoyed our time at Bukhara.

This didn’t disappoint, it is a little over priced. And I struggled to say it because the food was amazing but the price just stopped it being 5 stars. But would still come again when we are here. We will just cut out the water and the drinks as that will help with the bill.

I had not so good experience, not sure if anyone had encountered this, the waiter asked me if I need still or sparkling water, I asked for still but when the cheque came the price of water was added, I checked the menu but there was no mention of the water. It was okay as many restaurants are selling water but the thing that itched me was the price of water was double the price of breads and almost 50% of the main dish I ordered and there was no mention of the water price in menu card. So if anyone is visiting this restaurant then please be careful.

We just got back from vacation. As our first visit to the United Arab Emirates we had chosen the Ajman Hotel and were super satisfied. The people were all very nice and the food was great. That was mainly because of the Bukhara! We love Indian food and have certain demands. All of them were more than fulfilled. The menu was clearly arranged and every starter and main course was excellent. Besides the sun we will miss the food in the Bukhara the most. That is for sure.
