Great place staff are excellent and extremely friendly , food is amazing lovely place inside the premier inn . Very clean and the staff are very attentive to your needs. This is the way places should be run.

Delicious food. Quick service. Excellent staff. Decent prices. Open till midnight. We stayed at the Premier Inn last week and this restaurant is in the lobby. We dined here twice during our stay, and no complaints. The food was good and the staff was great. Overall great experience. They have happy hour specials and in December they also had a Christmas/holiday special menu in addition to their regular pub style menu. The dishes we tried and recommend: - Peri Peri chicken GREAT (ordered twice) - coleslaw good - penne with harissa sauce GREAT - house salad ok - fries good - chicken burger good

We where staying at the premier inn when we went down to have food at Mr Toads. We had great service from all the staff, Rein was our server and she great. Nice atmosphere with good food for the price.

A great little place in the park inn hotel. It's not huge but that adds to the atmosphere. A fully stocked bar and a comprehensive menu. Shows the sport on the TV screens around the restaurant. Food was really tasty.

Rein assisted me on choosing what I like to eat, explained the food i choose.

Visited the bar one evening had a bottle of wine and some beers. Order for a chunky fries and was shocked when it arrived. It seeemed like the last few pieces were fried. Really small not chunky and noticed that the portion was tiny. The female server mentioned that’s how it is. Then asked the bartender how many grams is a portion he said let me check and get back. Came back saying 170 gms. For sure the fries we had was not more than 90 gms. Then asked for the supervisor who was an Asian female with immense attitude. I mentioned I had three pieces can you weigh this and tell me how much it is. She come la back and says. Sorry I have taken it out of your bill. I asked for the explanation and she said I won’t charge you. I said that’s not the point. Why are the customers being cheated in terms of quantity. She turned around and walked away. Hospitality zero. Attitude through the room. Definitely not what you expect in a pub. Service extremely poor.

I would like to appreciate Ate Trina who assisted us. We trusted her to order starters for us and she did not disappoint. She is very kind and helpful. Everything we ordered were tasty. I personally loved the chicken skewers and the deviled shrimp. We also ordered the meat feast pizza, which we were not able to take photos as we finished it right away. The highlight is the drinks, very affordable—AED30 for cocktails and AED10 for shots. Kuya Christian prepared us an instagrammable frozen strawberry margarita with perfect balance of flavour! We live far from Dubai Airport, but we will definitely visit the place again just to dine. Good customer service, good food, and good value for money!

Laid back pub with decent food and friendly service from Jean and Trina. However, staff are not as attentive if seated outside. Difficult to get their attention when seated outside.

Cozy and relaxing area to stay. Very convenient that it is near the airport and provides shuttles as well. In bar and restaurant you can feel welcomed specially with the help of the staffs... Jean, Marissa, Trina and Pedro. An ideal place to stay.

I arrived at the hotel at 3pm with my kids hungry and cranky and Queenie guided me and my kids to where to go and got us some great food. Louie made sure we were well taken care of and offered my kids some ice cream as well. I went to their bar for a drink and Louie was awesome I wish I could tip him but I couldn’t since they had no dollars at hand for change. I stayed a little longer even if my flight was so early…they really are so nice over there at Premier Inn(Dubai International Airport) Beth is who I saw last and she served me my last drink since I decided to stay longer despite my early flight!!! It’s 5 stars for me!!!

Rein served me well and I like the food ambiance. All staffs are friendly Louie christian.i love them all

Good selection of beverages, average tasting food (Fish and Chips - the fish was over battered with the batter tasting a lot like toasted bread - peri peri chicken was chewy)
