Wonderful restaurant with good wagyu meat. Loved the meat but didn’t love the marinated sauce, I think the sauce is just not for me. I tried few side dishes.. it was the rice and the fries. Loved the rice with the meat it helped me eat more. Didn’t eat much rice just enough, so I don’t feel like I am just eating meat. I tried something else I don’t remember what it was but it was good. The pricing is good in my opinion, even tho it would seem expensive but I think if u can eat a lot it’s fine. Worth the try, maybe I will try something else just to confirm whether it’s 4 or a 5.

Ambience: The interior of the place is very very basic. Food is a little bit expensive, maybe because most of the raw products are imported. Food tastes legit Japanese. Staff are attentive. Short waiting time of the ordered food. Nice location and good ambiance.

What I like about this place is a small details that bring a huge value to service. - bringing a small temporary table while serving pizza to cut it in front of us; - leather coaster - perfumed tissues I’ve never seen such details at any other place. Wow, very nice surprise. Who would have thought you would find such a jewel in that location! Casual outdoor seating, the world’s largest menu and an All You Can Eat Japanese BBQ with our own grills. Servers were attentive, decor was simple but authentic, food was tasty and plentiful. If you want a Saturday lunch/brunch where no one is rushing you to eat and leave, you enjoy the fun of grilling your meats and veggies and the variety of add ons is good, then this is a place to try!

absolutely breathtaking ambience. felt as though i was in a foreign country, the gentle breeze mixed with the water views, was enough to glue me to my seat. the staffs were an absolute delight. they took care of us, and gave unbiased opinions of the dishes to help us choose the right meals we were craving after. they also taught us how to eat the dishes in the right manner. i was particularly fond of the beef, and the sushis. that alone with the drinks we had (Japanese sake in particular caught my attention) was enough to fill up my appetite. overall, it was a lovely experience :)

Service: 5/5 Amazing service, constantly ahead of us even though the restaurant was busy during the Friday evening. Venue: 3/5 Feels like home in the restaurant, they have outdoor sitting for bbq so the restaurant won’t smell from the inside. Washroom was very clean during the time we visit! The table was generally a little too small for us if we are going for a buffet + hotpot as the hotpot took the majority of the space. If you have a big company, would recommend having extra 2x seats to spare some space so we can eat comfortably. Seats are little too close together to my liking, felt a little claustrophobic.

Amazing experience with such delicious authentic Japanese food! The waiting staff were very welcoming and the service was fast and enjoyable! We had the wagyu bbq with the fried chicken and fujiya salad, aswell as the wagyu curry and lamb meatballs ! Everything was amazing! I really recommend this restaurant to whoever enjoys Japanese food or wants to try it’s the best place in Dubai! Will definitely visit again!

Very nice Izakaya type restaurant neat Dubai airport. Service is quick and attentive. Food was delicious and quick to be brought to our table. The salad we got was huge while on the picture didn't seem to be as big. Their Wagyu beef bowl with rice (fried) was just the right amount of sour /fried/ salty deliciousness. To be honest I visited a few Izakaya restaurants in Dubai as well as some in Tokyo and Fujiya is the one that resembles mostly the genuine Japanese Izakaya pubs. Located inside Millennium Airport Hotel.

I liked this Japanese restaurant. The food was fresh and good. The staff was a little bit untrained because they misinterpreted two of our orders. But they were kind enough to give us a complimentary dessert and apologize for this. A bit costly depending on what you order. We paid over 775 AED for 3 people as we ordered hot pot to cook our own food and it was just enough food for 3 of us. If you want cheaper, they have other food options too. Overall I recommend this place for anyone who wants to have good Japanese food.

Great hot pot, fresh ingredients and good quality. Everything we received with the hot pot was freshly prepared and good in taste. The meat was thinly sliced and went super well with their choice of soup. The drinks have been good as well. As for the staff, they’re helpful, even though I believe the explanation of the hot pot experience could be better for someone who never tried it before. Apart from that it’s definitely recommended.

The menu is truly large and confusing as they have so many options of excellent japanese food. The udon and sushi is worth trying along with their freshly grated wasabi. The beverages are equally great and would recommend trying the sumo which is a very lively drink . Also the staff is really welcoming which adds to the overall fantastic experience.

It is my second time in this restaurant. It is super authentic and the stuff is very welcoming and helpful and gave good recommendations regarding soup. The food was great also. Great Japanese restaurant including many traditional and authentic Japanese dishes, but also some fusion creations. The food on offer is more izakaya style (like tapas or smaller sharing plates to share) with plenty of variety including sushi and sashimi, grilled skewers, cooked meat and seafood dishes through to dessert. They also offer some single-person rice and noodle dishes as well as shabu-shabu. On the weekends, there's a great brunch option with quite a few of the a la carte menu items on offer for an all you can eat (and drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic) experience that'll fulfill a craving for Japanese food. Food quality is very good, service is ok and the overall experience is satisfying for those looking for a proper Japanese meal.

Really lovely Japanese restaurant! I went with my friend and we enjoyed the beef hot pot, with the chicken and beef tempura starters, we had as well some sushi and to close the day, the banana tempura with ice cream for dessert. We eat a lot 🙊 and we did love everything! Service is great, very attentive and polite, and the athmosphere is relax (we are outside in the terrace, taking advantage of the good weather). If you have never being in Japan, you need to come this place and experience it, it will not disappoint you.

I was there with a friend for lunch few days ago. We had great time, great food, from the salad and a selection of sushi and sashimi to start, to the raw beef that we cooked on the spot. we closed with fried banana and ice cream with chocolate syrup, delicious. I am always on a quest for good French toast and I have to say, nothing to beat the Peanut Butter French Toast I tried at Opso (the one at Eggspectation would be the closest competition). It was just right and the flavours were fabulous. A lovely place with an exhilarating view and great food. Went there with my sisters and enjoyed every bit of our time there.

All is made to let you feel and breath an air of Japon. My friends and I ordered hotpot with sushis. Unlike many other restaurant in Dubai, the authenticity of the food is unique. Charming your eyes, each sushi is like a piece of art. Each bite provides you a sensation of lightness in your mouth revealing the flavor of the sauce and the fish. Once flowing along your digestive tube, the jasmine rice will flow like a cloud in your stomach. I really appreciate it lightness, because the hotpot was to be served. If eating was a board games, hotpot will be its best representation : meat, vegetables, shrimps, crab balls. Dip it inside inside a few minutes, enjoy the broth, catch it with the soup spoon and eat. Repeat. Such a delighful moment to share with friends and family.

A nice and cozy place serving Japanese cuisine. Enjoyed the ambience; can't comment as a formal place; but more of a casual fast food type setup. My best choice was Yakiniku Don - basically sweet soy bbq-d beef with rice. Never miss the crunchy pickled ginger.. though I hate ginger - loved the salty flavour and the after taste it left in my mouth. Second choice would be the Teriyaki Karaage - fried chicken with teriyaki mayo sauce. Though I wish the chicken had more crunchiness. Fujiya Ramen Shoyu, their best seller was also refreshing and literally, a half portion filled up my tummy. So if you want to try many dishes, take ramen last ;) Not so impressed by the Sushi rolls (rice seemed dried or fried and again a bit saucy for my taste type) as I have had better ones for lesser price. Fresh juice were good but felt a bit overrated. Customer friendly staff who explained the menu well. They even offer free ice creams if you can give an honest social media review. Tempting but had to refuse icecream :( as we were already full on our stomach and cud have nothing more. ;) . But, at heart would have really wanted to try their Matcha Icecream.

Food is good. But there are some dishes that can be improved. Venue is amazing specially on winter as they have outdoor sitting. The service is good but some orders were forgotten due to influx of customers. However, overall experience is good. So yes, i will definitely comeback again. Tried their authentic Japanese hotpot for dinner. I was presently surprised with the wide variety of items that came with the hotpot. It was very tasty indeed. 180 aed per person. A bit pricey compared to the other hotpot places in Dubai. However it’s worth the money.

Hands down my favorite place I’ve eaten in Dubai in 6 years! We ended up staying for 4 hours tasting so many dishes. The WAGYU beef was incredibly fresh and tender, the sushi was impeccable and the other dishes were so inventive and delicious. Staff were so helpful in assisting us. Had an amazing Shabu-Shabu (hot pot) experience at Fujiya. The restaurant is using authentic Japanese ingredients and the food is very tasty. We like everything, from the Fujiya salad through the soup, Wagyu cuts, chicken meatballs, the dipping sauce, Dragon roll, Japanese fried chicken to the fried bananas with matcha and vanilla ice cream. Will be back for sure.

I have visited Fujia with friends and it was my first experience with Japanese food. I like it so much. We tried Wagyu Beef and more interesting that we were making barbecue. It’s so cool.We enjoyed time happy with food specially good Fujia salad very light and delicious. We also liked dessert-Fried bananas with ice cream- incredible. Definitely we will come back again and recommend to all.

I have to say that I have had an amazing experience at Fujiya Dubai! The best bbq! Was so delicious, ate everything! I’ve tried the traditional Japanese bbq and for desert had the banana tempura with ice cream and it was one of the best lunch experiences ever! The staff was very friendly and they explained and did everything for us since it was our first time trying it! I cannot wait to go there again for the buffet!

Great food, especially enjoyed the sushi rolls (different from maki rolls) and the hotpot. We went for the 2 best selling soups that boil in the hotpot and they were both really good. Drinks and flood menu have a lot of variety. Everything was full of flavor, must try!

Great barbecue experience! Their Wagyu Beef was seasoned well. I tried two different variations along with meat and chock balls. All three were really tasty and the portions were more than enough for two people. I enjoyed their fried chicken and fried beef too. Authentic Japanese taste and one that you will remember. I also liked the Fujiya salad which was refreshing and light yet so full of flavours. However I didn’t enjoy the fried banana with ice cream not because it wasn’t delicious. It is just that I don’t like banana in my dessert. This is definitely somewhere I will go again

I absolutely love this place, went with my friend and ended up being and eating there for 4 hours. Portions are good tasty food with very wide selection of food with many options like sushi, sashimi, rice, noodles. Friendly and attentive staff, this place has an ambience very similar to traditional places in Japan simple and cute also outdoor sitting available. Me and my friend went to Fujiya Restaurant and we tried the Japanese BBQ and OMG! That was soooo good! The experience of cooking your own meat is amazing too! We had a great time. The restaurant has a family and cozy atmosphere, which I love! It’s very authentic. We had the Wagyu beef, meat and chicken balls and the fujiya salad. For dessert, we had a fried banana with matcha + vanilla ice cream! I highly recommend it! Was great to enjoy a nice Dubai weather, seating on the outside area and having a delicious barbecue under the lights!!!

Fashion Avenue in the Dubai Mall has some incredible options for dining and we decided to give OPSO a contemporary Greek restaurant a try. The restaurant is huge with indoor and outdoor dining area. We sat outdoors and the view was magnificent. Their menu offers elaborate options and we tried many dishes. The food was flavorful and delicious but the quantity was small for the price. The service was efficient. OPSO is worth a visit !

What I know for sure is that greeks don't mix fish with Greek salad (χωριάτικη). - I'm attaching a photo of some of your menu items that are misspelled and/or make no sense: 1. The salad mentioned. 2. Even the wide multicultural definition of "meze" on Wikipedia doesn't include hummus or sourdough. Greeks don't eat hummus traditionally, and don't even serve it in most Greek food outlets. 3. Panna cotta is NOT a Greek dessert. 4. "Pastitsio" is the right name, not "pastisto". 5. "Spanakopita", not "spanok opita". I could give you more examples but I think you get my points. Do your establishment a favor and hire someone who is Greek, from Greece to help you sort basic things out. we are regular clients of opso since its opening & today’s service was really bad. First they refused to serve us breakfast by the window, they said its a management decision. Then they provided us with a limited menu which was overpriced (a dessert for 145 dhs). Its was a way of pushing us out of the place. And I’m wondering if thats the image opso wants to show thier clients!

Probably one of the most authentic restaurant/izakaya in Dubai for variety of Japanese food. The prices won’t eat you alive like in most of the Dubai good eateries. Affordable and yumm! Apart from nice Japanese hotpot restaurant has great selection of dishes to fit your liking. It’s prepared fresh and with care. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Alcoholic drinks availability is a great advantage. If you are a Japanese food 🍱 foodie it’s a must visit!

They say it's the most authentic Japanese tasting restaurant in Dubai, so I traveled 30 min to have lunch there. I was not disappointed! The interior is straight out of a Manga or Japanese movie, so it gives the instant feeling of space traveled to Japan. We started with a crab salad, and oh my it's so fresh with real crab meat (not surimi). The fried chicken is so juicy inside and crispy coated with magic, the shrimp Ramen had the deepest shrimp flavor I had, and I still want to go back to try the other ramens. The curry with cutlet chicken (tonkatsu) was a total success, because the sauce is so rich and spicy (not in hot chilly spicy, just have spices in it), it gives you warmth and love. Thank you Chef for the meal, I enjoyed it!

Our favorites are the "Burj Fujiya" and the "salmon" sushi rolls. Fujiya roll: Rice, seaweed, shredded crabs, egg, fish egg/tobiko, spring onion, avocado, Japanese mayo Salmon roll: rice, seaweed, salmon, avocado, cucumber. Another thing that we liked is that they serve you Japanese mayo, lemon, and fresh/wasabi or wasabi paste on demand. Another thing that I love so much about this restaurant is how they serve the wasabi fresh from grinding the fresh vegetable in front of you which I really feel is much healthier than the wasabi paste, feels more satisfying, creamier, and smells more aromatic. The only upside to wasabi paste is that it's harsher. On the other hand, the thing which we didn't like is that the service was really slow and we had to ask for the same thing again and again and we had to wait a lot in between.

The place is really well-coming, with fun Japanese artwork and cozy interiors. The staff is super friendly. It was the first time I saw a wasabi root being grated in front of us: the aroma, the taste… wonderful experience!

The food is fantastic! We tried on 3 different occasions. We had the A5 wagyu yakiniku style and also shabu shabu style. Both were very tasty and the buffet options has a large variety of things u can have too! We also tried the curry rice from the buffet. The ramen was also good and karaage was made perfectly. We want to give a shout out to John from Uganda (sorry, didn’t catch your last name!). He was so observant and came to assist us before we even knew we needed something! He was very friendly and kind and just an overall great server. We enjoyed his service very much!

It really nice authentic Japanese cuisine I liked the concept of all you can eat either BBQ or hotpot we tried the BBQ and it was so nice it was Australian wagu beaf and we tried shrimps also and we had so many dishes also unlimited like sushi and rice salads and many plates you have a big menu to choose from and all was so nice and delicious the staff are so welcoming specially when you enter the place the whole staff greets you and they usually have offers the vibes also nice i liked the whole experience and I recommend it
