It was totally unacceptable. In the beginning, I'd like to appreciate the staff who were excellent! Very attentive and friendly. Only the thing I could rating the star ⭐️ ⭐️. Honestly, others were terrible. I really don't understand why every one rating it very high. The ambience includes facilities were not good. I felt like a casual diner or pub. The music was too loud. Even though, I couldn't speak with my company. Eventually we transferred other table. So....The food wasn't delicious at all. I love Spanish food and I went to Spain. I know what really Spanish like. But here wasn't what I'm expected. The gambas al ajillo and mushroom al ajillo were lower average. Gambas was tiny and not juicy and soft. I felt like a frozen food. The Spanish omelette was not ordinary one. I didn't feel tender and very small. Tomato salads was just tomatoes and little bit onions and oranges were sprinkled. I would say they can make better one. We're vegetarian but only few options available. The vegetables paella was also lower average and really expensive. For my bill you can see in my photos uploaded. I definitely don't recommend anyone visiting this restaurant. I will never come back. Now I'm starting to doubt its reliability of google review😂😂😂

Food: 5/5 Massive selection of food, some of our favorites. Seafood paella is better than chicken. Service: 5/5 Big shoutout to the security at the security guard house when entering the dubai creek resort! Would have stopped and ask for his name! He’s welcoming gesture made our day!!! Surprisingly we were the only one in the restaurant during a Saturday Brunch. Service was quick and fast! Location: 4/5 Avoid sitting by the window it gets a little warm during the day. Restaurant music was too loud to chat to my taste, so I would suggest sitting away from window and speakers.

Very noisy in the smoking area but non-smoking area is ok. Very good food I ordered grilled squid, crockets, roasted pork meat and cold cut tapas. All the dishes were good 😍 Sangria was also very good I’ll come back for sure 👍

Lovely Spanish place, beautiful ambience and view and ofcourse, great staff. Food was decent but I felt their paella tasted too salty. Their cocktails were fine too (although I don't drink, that's what my friends said). I especially loved that we had options for having a nice, cozy dinner and at the same time there was a happening bar space with live music.

A great experience for what could be a typical example of fine food restaurants in Dubai. The staff, food, ambiance, and prices are so encouraging to go there again and again. The Paella is awesome and the tapas are so typical. One thing to improve: is not to ad raspberry vodka to the white sangria.. it makes it far less "light and refreshing" as it should be. The place is under new management. We had the most amazing time. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager Lili handled my order personally because of my gluten and dairy allergies. Although the place is not gluten free nor vegan, I found a variety of tapas that works for me. My friends and I were impressed with the service and the food. Would definitely go again.

This place has lost its charm. We visited after a year, food and vibe of the place totally different. The lady at the reception was glued to her seat. The waiters told us about the ladies night after we settled our bill. The gambas tasted like frozen food. Sauce that comes with the bread very watery, the rest of what we ordered didn’t taste right . Smaller portions , higher price . No wonder the place was empty.

Extremely disappointed to see that, a place that once was a great restaurant is now a money maker. Price went up... food quality/variety went down. Been there on Friday, for brunch with 16 more people. To my surprise, no more buffet. They only serve 5 tapas. As per the supervisor, it’s only 5 but unlimited (!!!!). To spend an entire brunch just eating the same thing over and over again makes no sense. After complaining, they brought few extra but still, not enough. The paella is nothing compared to what it used to be. As the deserts... traditional spanish deserts only churros were served. Where’s creme catalaña? Moving from 299aed and an excellent 5 star brunch to 329aed to a very poor, disappointing, low quality brunch. No wonder the restaurant was empty.

We were there for NYE. What a great party it was!!! Food was great, quality was better than usual, service was excellent and the show just made the night special. Great music a true spanish feeling and great psrty to end up the year with view to the burj khalifa fireworks.

Since the time I have got back from my Spanish holiday, I love indulging in Spanish cuisine. In Dubai surprisingly there aren’t a lot of decent restaurants which can serve a good Paella that becomes the talk of the town. Fortunately for me, I recently got introduced to Casa De Tapas which serves delicious Spanish food be it cheese, heavenly Paella or crispy empanadas. Their Friday brunch is one insane place to be with friends or family, you are in for a fun time. With live entertainment and music you cannot complain. The food is heavenly and will transport you back to the little quaint streets of Spain which are known entirely for their tapas. The food is authentic, and it’s easy to say why people adore this restaurant, can’t believe it took me so long to get here! Very bad food ! Not worth the price !! It came to me cold, the chicken doesnt taste .. it tasted like water, no salt and pepper or massala was added .. totally disappointed ! I dont advise visiting this place at all Not worth the price .. expensive for nothing !!

Great place with Spanish theme! Music, food, environment are beautiful and quality, what unfortunately can’t say about service. Visited place with friends, we had ordered paella 2 main course, 2 starters and dessert, plus had few drinks. We paid bill and then decided to have one more drink. When we asked for a check to pay for a last (addition) drink, I asked waiter if I can use entertainer to get 25% discount, he did a sour face and said: - “it is only 1 drink! Why do you want use your discount for only 1 drink?!?” Interesting statement 🤔 I’m sure that I will not use it, as I’m not planning to visit this place again. Unfortunately bad service destroys such interesting concept.

We ordered seafood Paella but the look and the taste is not Paella at all. horrible taste not even anywhere near to Spanish cuisine as advertised. I had stomach issues after dinner. not worth the money. The place and the ambiance are good but the food is very poor quality. They need to get a chef who knows how to cook Spanish food. we ordered Tapas and the main course both were very poor in taste. A total waste of money. And the music was too loud. I even told the Filipina waitress who assisted us after the confusion with our order with their African staff that we will not come back again. Even for free it’s not worth eating their food. I highly doubt if the other reviews here on Google are real. Trust me the quality of the food is terrible. too salty, too dry, and not even taste real Spanish food.

Love this place. The food is delicious and affordable. The staff are friendly. It is always busy on week end so better book in advance to get a table for dinner. There is a live band on some days in the evening. Good place to chill with friends and enjoy a sangria and paella!!

We visited here as it’s close to waterfront market so expected good quality of seafood. Plus it had entertainer. Food was decent, service and ocean views were amazing. It was only paella (200-250 AED) that was offered for entertainer.

I booked a Saturday brunch for a group of friends. It was a great experience, friendly staff, coordinated each of our requests, good music and good food. I did feel that the paella could have tasted better and there could be some more vegetarian options in the cold and hot tapas. For the price some of my guests paid, I believe there were not enough options for them.

Visited on Friday and advised that due to social distancing rules 2 families of 4 could not sit on a table together. Which we totally understand and respect ! however what followed was awful. Group's of people allowed to dance, sit in big groups act like they where on a dance-floor in Ibiza pre covid. If social distancing rules are being set out why are these not being followed consistently in the same restaurant ?

Great view, great service, good Andalucia music and lots of tapas. What can you want more? The prices are a little bit high but for me it is worth every penny...

The place was nice, we were received with warm welcome and waiters were very friendly. I had a good experience with the food selection and quality of food. Clean and well organized. Washrooms were also easy access and clean. May be the prices are slightly high. Didn't like the price per person for the paella it was strange that also not clear in the menu and waiter have to tell me. There was supposed to have entertainer but could not find it in the app

Casa de tapas is without any doubt my favorite place in Dubai. The ambience, the live music, the food are simply great. Their brunch is the perfect plan for any ocassion. The staff are always kind, attentive and friendly. Here I have to make a special mention to Estefania, her kind attention makes the whole experience so enjoyable. She is always happy to help and make you feel like at home.

I was looking forward to have some Spanish food, but it was a terrible disappointment! The food was horrible, seafood paella was super dry and tasteless and the pork croquettes were very oily. The staff was friendly and attentive. Just the food quality was very poor.

Covid brunch is great! 265 with alcohol minus beer.. they get the food to you.. fab service.. with a special shout out to Lorenz.. loved the food and ambience. If you're looking for a way to beat the heat with a brunch, then this is definitely worth it. My personal favourite were the cheese and tapas platter, pickled anchovies and prawns. As for desserts, I devoured the mini passion fruit cheesecakes.. that being said, there are also desserts for chocolate lovers and the like... safety measure were adequate and made us feel comfortable. On that note, enjoy!!

I recently went to Casa de tapas for dinner with my girlfriends. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect as I heard a lot of different opinions about the place. Have to tell you that it was .....INCREDIBLE! Tasty Latin- American dishes with vibrant Latin music and sangria made our day. We had so much fun! The warm welcome and the right amount of attention from the team made us feel VIP level important. We will for sure come back for their brunch on Friday.

I called Casa de Tapas Dubai from Sydney and mentioned to the lady named Fatimah that my daughter were going to celebrate her birthday with couple of friends that Friday night (June 19th). I asked her if the restaurant can provide some sort of cake and candle, just to make her night become a little bit more special. And gladly she said yes, and could also help with "Happy Birthday Hana" (my daughter name) around the cake. I then gave her my credit card details and thanked her for the help. That night my daughter Hana called and told me that the restaurant gave the cake as "complimentary", as a kind gesture knowing that I have called from miles away just to make sure that my daughter could have a special night. That then answered my question on why nothing been debited from my credit card. Being away from my daughter on her birthday has crushed my heart, and to learn that Fatimah & team on behalf of Casa the Tapas has done something above and beyond was something that I cannot thank you enough. You all are wonderful and have set such a great example on what great customer service all about. You provide service not only for commercial reason but also by showing your customer empathy and kindness. I promise to visit you all in my next trip to Dubai and to thank you all in person. Extremely disappointed to see that, a place that once was a great restaurant full of laughs and joy is now nothing to what it used to be with poor customer satisfaction ,disappointing uncomfortable restaurant. Price went up... food quality/variety went down, customer service not even Close to satisfaction . Been there to celebrate an event , with 12 people . To my surprise, prices has rise almost to double . They have an offer with some tapas and some of the table wanted to get it and the answer was NO everyone has to get the offer or otherwise they have to sit on a different table. So when one of sat to a different table to eat he wasn’t allowed to come back to ours . And when another one wanted to get the same offer and sit with him the answer was No he already had tasted from our friend so not available for him. The paella is nothing compared to what it used to be ,the seafood must has been frozen you could tell and the price it is written on the menu is for half paella . What a joke. The service really poor watching all over our tables who is eating what. Bill came for 2900 Aed and we made our celebration very uncomfortable. No wonder the restaurant was empty. Never again.

The best sangria in town and the tapas are just wonderful

Great value for money! Went here for Valentine's Day and although it was an eat all you want dinner over 3 hours we were done in under half that time. The staff were very attentive, especially Van and Liliana. The sangria is very good and for the price you pay, you can't go wrong. Next time I will try the a la Carte to sample other dishes. They have tapas night which is a steal! Try it and you won't regret it!
