Lovely view outside so seating was all reserved but plenty of seating inside and lots of character in the pub. Not sure why they insist on sitting everyone near each other and by the door/window when there’s so much to see. I’d personally rather they walk you around when it’s wide open and let us choose. Service very friendly. Lots of screens for the games and a MASSIVE Jumbotron screen outside. Only had drinks but hopefully back for food and another try one day. 🤗

An incredible experience, great food, service and ambiance. We love dinning out door, but during the heat in Dubai is not comfortable. Thanks to the few large fans cooling all guests, we were able to dine outside on the beautiful patio and actually enjoy it. Reggie the manager and all the staff were excellent. If it was not our last night in Dubai, we would have gone back again to try other items on the menu.

This is one of my favorite places and it feels me good. They have live band most of the times and sitting outside gives you beutiful view of Burj Al Arab

I generally visit McGettingans at happy hour but the beer selection isn't so good as the most popular beers are excluded. Food is typical pub grub but very reasonable especially on carvery days at the weekend. The place is also licensed for pork so good for an English breakfast. Great place to watch football.

This is a well-known Irish pub with different outlets all over the UAE. I went for lunch with friends, service was great. Paul, Geraldine and Toran were very hospitable. Food was amazing, it was happy hour for the drinks which was perfect. They do nice brunches on Fridays too and have various packages throughout the week. Good for families groups and kids are welcome too. Breakfast on weekends is good too.

Great staff and lovely food. The breakfast was really nice, we had a small breakfast and it was the right size for us. Really nice view and the coffee and orange juice are super tasty. There can sometimes be a lot of traffic noise coming from the road leading to it from taxis and tour buses honking their horns. The food did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but not annoyingly so. Overall a quite nice place to spend a quiet weekend morning.

Ignored on so many occasions, drinks take around 25 minutes to get to you, repeated incorrect orders carried to the table and spoken too like it's our fault. Asked for change of a larger note to give to taxi and told they didn't have any change in the entire bar. No effort to provide a good drinking/dining experience.

They have beautiful location and a nice view in Souk Madinat Jumeirah. We were so excited to spend an afternoon at McGettigan’s, we were actually looking forward to trying it after all. Unfortunately our experience on December 31st was not great as we expected because the staff were not friendly and did not bother to answer or explain any part of their menu. So we did not feel welcome. We ordered 2 main dishes, one the steak sandwich, two the burger, the steak sandwich was fine but it had fatty parts of beef. The burger’s beef patty was smelly and it was not cooked well, and the server never asked us about how we wanted to get cooked. I would not recommend the place for food, but I would recommend them for drinks.

I would say this one is more upmarket than the others however. *Top Tip - If you want to get to it by the quickest method, do not enter the main entrance of Madinat Jumeirah. Rather take the set of steps that are outside by the side of the car park entrance. These stairs lead straight down to the McGettigans and you will avoid getting lost in the maze that is Souk Madinat.

Possibly the best burger in town with good staff and great place to catch NFL games too. And golf. Don't miss the crispy wings, the bacon ribs and popcorn pork belly. There wasn't a typo for the last item.

I love their strawberry daiquiri! Make sure to book to get a table outside with the view of the Burj Al Arab - the bbq wings are amazing!

Great ambiance apart from the weird mood lighting thing they have at the back. It makes dining annoying and just doesn't do the place justice. It be perfect if the lights were kept at a simple single setting that whole going from blue to dark blue red etc doesn't do anyone any favours. The staff are incredible. Popped in for a drink with our 2 small children and they went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. We ended up losing our key (🙈) and the manager and security could not have done more to help us. So grateful for staff that are so kind and showed so much humanity to a very stressed parent on a busy Saturday night. Huge thank you 🙏

We sat at the only available table but nobody came to greet us, bring a menu or take our order, almost like if that table didn't belong to them, it was a busy nigth and a couple of staff were trainees, so we just waited.
