Poor choice of music and lighting, not many guests but unanttentive service despite of few seats occupied, it's difficult to catch the attention of service colleagues. Good portion of the food, it's value for money and quality is not bad. It's the overall ambience and f&b service which I will score low and needs improvement.

It’s a foreign vacation and it’s 1 am and you suddenly crave for some hops. You search around and find a bar at walking distance from your hotel which also serves your favourite brew (which for some reason isn’t available in your country.) The interiors seemed straight out of Goodfellas and the almost empty vibes and an ever smiling Tapster made the late night drink a memorable one!!!

We spent a night @jumeirarotana to relax from a very tiring work week and found this hidden gem located near the lobby. I thought at first that it was only a bar but I was surprised to see a wide range of menu from starters to desserts. Without a doubt, we ordered their Firsherman’s Basket and a Chowder soup to start my meal. I was blown away by the chowder soup. Best so far in UAE. The Fisherman’s Basket was so good too. The calamari and prawns were huge. For the main course, we ordered T-bone Steak and Lamb Chops. I am a steak eater and I can tell that their steaks are perfectly seasoned and cooked. Loved the mushroom and spinach sides too. The Boston is a best kept secret of @jumeirarotana . While other places are crowded and noisy, it was a perfect alternative with a trendy atmosphere just right for dinner and conversation. Their delicious food, top notch service and warm ambiance made me come back the next day for lunch and they even exceeded my expectations. The Boston’s seafood options are insanely good. We had jumbo prawns and grilled salmon. It was an ultimate seafood treat! I can’t remember how many times I sent my compliments to the chefs! Definitely if you are staying @jumeirarotana or just nearby looking for an amazing dining experience, The Boston is the place to be. Definitely a 5- foodie star from me.
